As CEO for Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of the Mid-Cities, Ashley brings over a decade of inpatient rehabilitation experience including direct patient care, business development and healthcare management. She has a passion for providing exceptional, high quality care to the community she serves. Born and raised in Texas, she graduated from Texas Tech University Health Science Center with her doctorate degree in physical therapy, and later went on to receive her master’s degree in business administration from Texas Women’s University.

Dr. Maduri assumed the role of medical director of Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of the Mid-Cities in 2023. She obtained her medical degree at Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed an internship and residency at Larkin Community Hospital in Miami, Florida, and at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York. Dr. Maduri also completed her fellowship in traumatic brain injury at Mount Sinai Hospital in Manhattan, New York. She is double board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and brain injury medicine. Dr. Maduri is affiliated with Physiatry Associates of Texas.

Laura joined Encompass Health Mid-Cities in April 2022. She attended Texas Tech University where she earned her bachelor's degree in human development and family studies. She went on to obtain a master's degree in social work from UT San Antonio. Laura has been serving the DFW community as a licensed social worker since 2016, including three years of case management in a neurological acute care unit.

Katherine was named director of quality and risk in 2022. She began her career as a CNA in 2007 at Fort Worth Encompass Health and became a program coordinator in outpatient therapy in 2008. Katherine graduated in 2009 with her LVN from Concorde and then worked for six as a LVN. She also worked as a backup to PASC and swing shift near the end of that six years and helped educate the nurses on FIM. Katherine worked as a PASC for seven years in Mid-Cities before being promoted to director of quality and risk.

Dennis has served as the director of pharmacy for Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of the Mid-Cities since 2014. He has more than 30 years of experience as a pharmacist. He graduated from the University of Louisiana-Monroe School of Pharmacy in 1988.

Danielle is a human resources professional with more than five years of experience in human resources and multiple years of experience in a healthcare. Her years of experience as a human resources professional include employee relations, leave of absence, full- cycle recruitment, workers compensation and payroll. She received her master's degree in human resource management from Tarleton State University. Throughout her career, Danielle has learned that employee satisfaction, engagement and a strong leadership team helps to create a successful organization. Having a successful organization is very important in healthcare. She uses her experience to aid in both organizational and employee success.

Jenn is the director of therapy operations at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of the Mid-Cities. She brings 14 years of physical therapy experience to the team and has been with Encompass Health for 12 years. A graduate of Texas Woman’s University, she earned a doctorate of physical therapy in 2011, her master’s degree in physical therapy in 2008 and her bachelor of science degree in human biology in 2005. Prior to becoming the director of therapy operations, she worked as a PASC for two Encompass Health facilities and was a treating physical therapist for more than 10 years at the mid-cities location.

Josh has served in his role as facilities management director at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of the Mid-Cities since December 2022. He is responsible for the plant operations management including all aspects of care compliance planning, facility equipment maintenance/certification, building repairs, maintenance and environmental services. He is also responsible for scheduled drills, implemented emergency management plans and coordinated assistance and allocations for emergency preparedness with the North Central Trauma Regional Advisory Council. He is the designated safety/security officer charged with regulatory compliance with TJC, TDH, OSHA and FEMA. Josh has worked with facility management and in the life safety field since 2015 and has a vast knowledge of building automation, fire and life safety and other facility management systems.

Becky has more than 10 years of healthcare experience and graduated with her master's degree in social work in 2007 from the University of Missouri. She started her career in healthcare as a social worker in a community clinic and transitioned into hospital case management. In 2016 she pivoted her career into sales and marketing, where she has combined her love for helping people and passion for inpatient rehabilitation.
