Baylor Scott & White Outpatient Rehabilitation - Flower Mound

Positive experience: I have used BS&W Flower Mound twice for Physical Therapy. Their therapists are knowledgeable, professional, and show genuine concern for patient care. Therapists are scheduled to work with 2 patients at once. This sometimes leads to one person waiting to get instruction from the therapist while the therapist is occupied with another patient. This is manageable but it an area where they can improve.

Fantastic experience: Great service! All the employees are very friendly and professional. The physical therapist are knowledgeable and motivational. They encourage you to do your best performance, so that you have terrific results. The place is clean and organized. If I ever need physical therapy again, then this is the place I will go to again.

Fantastic experience: Best physical therapy experience I've ever had! Honestly, I was a bit nervous to start my therapy. Kim called me the week before my appointment and set my mind at ease! She is by far the best medical receptionist I've ever encountered...she even explained my insurance coverage in detail to me and gave me a run down of what each session would look like with covid procedures. Kim is always so sweet saying 'hello' and 'good-bye'! My therapist is Ashton, and she's incredible. She definitely cares a great deal about her patients and she makes each session fun, engaging, and unique! Ashton challenges me, in a good way, to be better and go beyond what I think I can and motivates me to achieve more than I think is possible. She is always upbeat and makes me look forward to my session (shh don't tell her though...she might make me do planks all day! the worst!) Megan isn't my therapist but I love getting to interact with her and I can tell she genuinely cares about her patients too. All in all, this location is wonderful and I highly recommend it to anyone needing therapy. I know the recovery of my knee is in good hands!
