We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, complemented by around the clock nursing care and daily specialized rehabilitation services. Residents enjoyed a Valentines social with love songs, sweet treats, and handmade valentines from the local elementary school. What I like about Cross Timbers is the staff, the environment, the overall feeling. Everybody’s very giving and makes my son feel safe, so it’s been a very positive experience from the time we first called to the checkout date, which is today, so almost two months. We are going to miss you. Grant has been very happy and I just appreciate everybody. Y’all have been fantastic and I feel I’ve been been through this with parents before and I didn’t feel like I could leave. Grant is happy and I feel like I can leave and have a life and come back and visit him. That has been very important. I appreciate everything. Thank you so much and we will definitely keep in touch.

My mother-in-law is very happy here! She’s getting excellent care with lots of attention. She’s enjoying the food, which is a huge deal as she is very picky! Putting a loved one in a nursing home can be hard, but having her here helps so much as we know she’s in such good hands!!! Highly recommend this place!

With all my heart I would like to say if anyone has been hurt or needs to restore their body back to health, Cross Timbers should be your first choice. This is my fourth stay here and I know without a doubt I will go home safe and healthy. Everyone here makes you feel welcome and at home. Everyone I have had any dealings with are very caring and gentle. Each stay I have had here, I’ve been honored to be here. I have very bad vertigo and fell three weeks ago and broke my right ankle, heel and four bones on the top of my right foot. Without Cross Timbers I don’t know where I would be. I have dealt with great caring people. We send you our love!

I started working for Cross Timbers Rehab in 2002 as a CNA. With the support of my family and work team I’ve worked my way up and am now a certified wound care nurse. I was so proud to receive an award from Texas Health for nurse of the year in 2017. I love working for Nexion and am thankful to work with all the amazing people we have. It makes me feel good to have such an amazing team of support and encouragement. I would recommend Cross Timbers for anyone looking for a career in nursing or needs a place for a loved one to get excellent care.

I absolutely LOVE working at Cross Timbers Rehab & Healthcare. I’ve been the Admissions Coordinator for almost two years now. I enjoy helping patients and families navigate through the process of admitting, answering their questions and making sure they feel comfortable leaving their loved ones in our care. I treat each patient as if they are family and am so proud when a patient is finished with their therapy and can return home. We have a great group of staff that genuinely care about the patients.
