Kelley here! I want to introduce myself and my husband to you so that you can feel comfortable and confident knowing us before you ever step in our doors! Josh and I were married in July of 2016, and our first home was the Watermark apartments in Roanoke, Texas. Josh and I fell in love with Roanoke from the get go, we are members of Milestone Church and if we eat out it’s usually on Oak Street. Josh is an athletic trainer at a local high school and is from Saint Jo, Texas, a small town about 1 hour north of Roanoke. I am from Waco and I graduated from UNT Health Science Center as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and am excited to become a part of the Roanoke community professionally. We love anything to do with family, football, and our friends and we believe in loving others as Christ first loved us.

Our goal is to provide the best quality care to people who need us. We want you, the client to be involved in your care and we want to provide you with all of the tools you need for long lasting relief and a healthy lifestyle. Unlike other larger chains we are able to work with you to come up with the best treatment plan, and be your teammate on a personal level.

Helping people is what we do. Getting to the bottom of your pain or irritation is our goal and that means determining conditions you may have and defining the correct treatment.

Fantastic experience: I had a back injury back in 2015 and had always had pain from my lower back to my sit bone, I had many rounds of injections over the years that helped me get some relief, when I reached out to Kelly and her team she said they could help fix the pain. After my first visit I was more then 80% pain free, just when I thought for sure I was going to have to have surgery, Kelly proved to me that there was hope of being pain free with no surgery. Kelly and her team are the best around, thank y’all so much for your hard work and dedication to me and my family!

Fantastic experience: Caring n knowledgeable staff they took care of my friend Lisa Cook. Now I am in need of care after my hip replacement! Im excited to see my recovery! I’ve been to one session and Kera was so up beat and explained every and gave me a regimen of exercises to do till my next appt.

Fantastic experience: We enjoy working with our physical therapist, Alexia. The stretches we do at home are great! Jorden is always ready to jump out of bed on PT days.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough great things about Kelley and Legacy! My wife has had two surgeries in the same area around her neck/shoulders within the last two years. This caused her muscles to shrink, shifting her spine, ribs, and shoulder into all different positions. Kelley takes incredible care to identify the root causes of pain or movement limitation without sacrificing comfortability. In addition, she gave my wife resistance bands and exercises to continue treatment at home until her next visit! I would highly recommend scheduling an appointment. They also offer services outside of recovery -- you can get improved methods of stretching, exercising, and general knowledge about taking care of your body. Their facilities are clean and include a wide variety of equipment to meet your needs!
