Select Physical Therapy - Fort Myers

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked into Select Physical Therapy I was greeting with kindness and professionalism. Then I met Megan my physical therapist. Megan was also kind and professional but is didn't stop there. After a through evaluation of motion and pain Megan educated me on how to correct my issue together. I am so pleased I am now a patient of Select Physical Therapy and see a new life ahead of me.

Fantastic experience: I recently underwent physical therapy at Select PT, and I am thrilled with the exceptional care provided by Megan. From the start, Megan's professionalism and expertise put me at ease. She personalized my treatment plan, addressing my lower back pain with a perfect blend of compassion and skill. Megan's guidance, along with the welcoming atmosphere of Select PT, made my recovery journey not only effective but also comfortable. My lower back pain has significantly improved, and I can't recommend Megan enough for her outstanding service. 10/10 recommend.

Positive experience: This was my very first PT experience. They were able to fit me in at the time that was convenient for me, which I appreciated. My therapist was very knowledgeable and honest. However, they do not turn anyone away. This seems great, but it really means that they are overbooked and understaffed. When I was scheduled for my PT, so were 5-6 other patients. I ended up feeling like I wasn't receiving the one on one time that I needed. There was times where I felt like the therapist didn't remember what we had done two days before or the week before. I stopped going after 4-5 weeks, somewhat felt like a waste. There is also a lot of socializing and unprofessional conversations between some of the therapists. Very dramatic and segregated environment. There are "clicks," that make it somewhat uncomfortable. A lot of time spent texting or playing games on their phone during the appointment. All in all, I don't know if I would go back, only because they are so overbooked and understaffed and you can tell that the therapists are unhappy, which shows.
