Dr. Flores is a native of the Rio Grande Valley.  Victor went to Rio Hondo High School and did most of his undergraduate work at UTPA, now UTRGV.  He went on to Hardin-Simmons University and earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy.  He then went on to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Evidence in Motion Institute of Health Professions.  Aside from the hundreds of hours of continuing education and certifications to improve client outcomes in the shortest amount of time, Victor enjoys spending most of his time with his family.  Please ask him how Nathaniel, Alessandra and Emma are doing.  He loves to talk about them.  If you have the opportunity to meet them in the clinic, you will understand where all the gray hairs come from!
