We are Tri-County Healthcare. Our agency provides Pediatric (age birth to 21) Nursing and Therapy services. Currently we have Registered Nurses (RN), Occupational Therapists (OT), LVN, PT and Speech Therapists (SLP), ready to treat kids in their home environment and caregiver’s home or at daycare.

Our team of nurses and therapists strive to provide the highest quality of professional care. We work closely with your healthcare team and develop a plan to meet your healthcare needs. With proper care and treatment we can improve your child’s ability to overcome any challenge.

Our agency provides private duty nursing to medically dependent patients. This includes patients with cardiac or respiratory compromise requiring ventilator support, BIPAP/CPAP use, tracheostomy care or oxygen dependency, as well as patients with nutritional conditions requiring gastrostomy care, or with complications of prematurity & genetic syndromes.

Home health therapy consists of our services taking place at a home setting. This can include: Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy.

Rehabilitation is care that can help you get back, keep, or improve abilities that you need for daily life. These abilities may be physical, mental, and/or cognitive (thinking and learning).
