Fantastic experience: I hardly write reviews but found it necessary after my positive experience with the UTRGV Family Med Lab! Ms. Polly (the phlebotomist) went above and beyond when drawing my blood after many bad experiences and my immense fear of needles. She made me feel reassured and I felt very safe under her care. She is down to earth and the kindest soul! I would recommend her to absolutely EVERYONE!
