Physical Therapy Now of Homestead

Fantastic experience: This review has been 6 weeks in the making. I have been to other physical therapy offices before, however, none have ever impressed me the way PTN did in the short amount of time I was there. I am a 50 year old below knee amputee who was lucky enough to have a strong mind and strong-enough body to allow me to be mobile enough to attend my therapy sessions. Orlando's knowledge of the emasculatory system and ability to explain the why behind each exercise made the physical part of the PT very seamless. The main reason this review is being written and, better yet, the main reason I will return, if ever need be, is because of Vicky. Her warm smile that emanated from over the phone the 1st time we spoke and the empathy and care and her willingness to just speak to you and work around your schedule was... is refreshing. She handled everything with my insurance company and I witnessed her actually hold with them for over 30 minutes to get an approval. I've dealt with my insurance company plenty of times so I know that was not an easy task. I was raised to pride myself in my abilities to do my job correctly and with pride. Vicky has more than surpassed my core values and traits on how customers (and people overall) should be treated. Thanks, Willie

Fantastic experience: From what I know about Physical Therapy Now, it’s an outstanding, well trusted physical therapy clinic.. with plenty accounts of this as I noticed in the reviews. This was my expectation when I started the therapy sessions and I was not disappointed whatsoever. The staff was extremely welcoming. The person at the front desk Chris took all my medical information as far as injuries and discomfort in my muscles. The therapy itself reflected similarly this attention to customer service, as well. Overall I had a great experience in Physical Therapy Now Homestead location and I recommend them to anybody with any physical injuries.

Fantastic experience: This place was a godsend. When I first got there, I could not bend my left knee. Therapists like Orlando let me move at my own pace, just tweaking my workout every few sessions, to keep me making progress. After three weeks of therapy, I already noticed a difference. After just four months, I could bend the left knee just like my right. It took a-lot of hard work and effort, but without their guidance, I could have never made this kind of recovery. They know what they're doing and I owe them a-lot.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service. My therapists Orlando is spectacular. He always go above & beyond for us & because of him & his expertise my injury is starting to feel much better. The place is always nice & clean & there is always little to no wait te to be seen. Even the musice genrethat's being played is great. Highly recommend PT Now.

Fantastic experience: I had fractured my tailbone back in January and been coming to Physical therapy now since than. Orlando is the best therapist and thanks to him I had recovered well since I can’t do surgery, he has the best magical hands ???? I recommend this place 100% everyone is really nice. Christian is also very helpful and once I’m done I’m going to miss this place and the people.
