South Psychological & Physical Rehabilitation, Inc. (SPP Rehabilitation, Inc.) is located in Homestead and has been serving the needs of the southern Miami-Dade County community since 1998. We are a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility fully licensed by AHCA. Our facility offers services for all age ranges (0 – 99 yrs).

Fantastic experience: This center is amazing! The professionalism of everyone here is incredible. Juan, who did a thorough evaluation and gave me advice & suggestions! Marlene H. who with Vestibular Therapy (I didn't even know what it was!!!) rid me of my dizziness and vertigo ... I will refer anyone here for therapy!

Fantastic experience: This place is worth recommending, not only for its cleanliness, its kind and nice staff, but for the Physical Therapist, Elias, who is very knowledgeable, has patience, he’s caring and all around great person. I wish Elias the best. My experience at this place was wonderful and my hand feels 100% better. THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: The staff are great friendly very knowledgeable. Owner interacts with patients greeting them and taking time to see if everything is ok. Very clean and organized A must go for all your physical therapy and primary care ????

Fantastic experience: Finally, a PT and OT place where the staff genuinely cares about their patients. My 8 y/o son suffers from a rare and degenerative neurological condition that weakens his motor skills, balance and coordination. Kadel, Marlene, Ms. Lisa and the whole staff have treated my son and us with so much care and love. They go out of their way to ensure a fun and friendly environment that makes him want to do his daily therapy. Well worth the drive from anywhere to be treated so well. Thank you SPP for the great care given to my son.
