Positive experience: Dr.Ugarte is the best . I absolutely love her she has helped me so much with my health. Doesnt treat you as a # and is very kind.the front desk ladies are also very sweet and helpful. The staff on the other hand are NOT efficient. I've never gotten a telehealth call on my scheduled date or appointment. There's alot of back and forth to force them to follow thru with sending orders to specialists ect. Everyone on the phone says yes no problem right away and you'll wait forever and call back 30x . Also the insurance coordinator is on such a high horse she doesn't feel the need to return calls. Still waiting on her call back about my insurance questions since october... thanks for that.

Positive experience: Very positive results. Dr. Conrado has been my doctor for many years. I appreciate his knowledge and understanding.
