Nicklaus Children’s Homestead Outpatient Center

Fantastic experience: First timer here. I brought my son in this morning as he's had a cough for some time now. We arrived just before they opened and there was a line (we were #11). I believe it was maybe half an hour before being called inside. They got his weight then we were taken to the examination room. We were there maybe 45-50 minutes as we waited for the nurse, got checked out, waited for the doctor, got checked out again, then waited for the nurse before being discharged. We left at 12:30 with our prescription. The front desk as well as medical staff were all friendly and courteous. The waiting room was clean as was the rest of the facility. I have 0 complaints and I'm happy with our visit as well as the information that was given to us. The doctor was knowledagble and confident and I am beyond pleased with our experience. Hopefully my son doesn't need many urgent care visits in the future, but if he does, we will gladly come back.

Fantastic experience: We have been lucky to be seen by Dr Borchetta the last few times and he is amazing. He is kind and patient. He answered all my questions with a care. If I could have him be our primary dr I would. Thank you Dr Borchetta for showings what warm, humane medicine looks like

Fantastic experience: Loved the amazing care my son received. Indeed all staff was wonderful though nurse Bianca was extremely amazing, caring & had so much patience.

Fantastic experience: I went in 15 minutes before they closed hoping they would still take me in because my son had a high fever. My whole visit was 30 minutes. From the security guard, to the sign in lady, the RN and the doctor were all amazing. I forgot my insurance card trying to rush there and they were able to look it up with the name and DOB. The nurse and doctors answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with their care.
