Also a patient on many occasions, PT, OT, and recently Speech therapy, (again) with Beca and in the past also Casey. They are tops in their profession!

Fantastic experience: My experience in speech therapy was educational and effective. When I was examined by my physician he reported that my vocal cords had improved significantly by the vocal exercises that I was assigned by my therapist. My Doctor recommended continuing the exercises to continue the improvement.

Fantastic experience: Laura, the Speech Therapist, is excellent at her job. She always comes up with ideas to help make things easier for me after the stroke. She really works hard to get my memory working again. She’s always positive, even when I feel frustrated.

He is friendly and encouraging. I had two appointments with Joe and he also was very capable and caring.

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the valet parking staff to the desk personnel at check in and the medical professionals were great. The ER physician was very good and the attending nurse Emily went above and beyond. She was the best of the best. Kudos to the staff and care given.

Fantastic experience: I'm an amputee and Jenna is fantastic. She is encouraging and gives true feedback. Trying to deal with losing a leg is hard and she has seen my moods swing more than I ever expected. With Jenna being the only Therapist dealing with amputees she has seen how difficult dealing with relearning to walk can be.

Fantastic experience: Austin Armstrong is an excellent, professional concussion Therapist! He gives a thorough and accurate diagnoses. He provides you training, education, encouraging, and confidence. He is a pleasant expert and great teacher. I see significant improvements with my symptoms.

Fantastic experience: My going for the lipedema treatment was a God send.I didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly suprised.I felt much better afterwards. I look forward to my next session. Everything was wonderful no need for improvement that I can tell .It is a ways to drive out there we will just have to work on that.

Fantastic experience: Archana was amazing. I think with neuropathy it's not as cut and dry as with orthopedic surgery for example. She constantly evaluated to see what I needed to do next, to further my progress and she was always right on. The variety of exercises and activities she had me do, improved not only my strength and ability, but my confidence. Carly too is awesome. More great ideas to build up my weak areas and improve my balance/walking. They both sent me home with a great home exercise program for which I am grateful. These two have made the biggest difference in my mobility (and confidence) and I am so very appreciative.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with the care I received as a recipient of physical therapy at the Morton Plant Hospital. The staff was courteous, very professional and attentive to my needs.

Negative experience: They could not adhere to a schedule, no advance notice of visit, totally out of control, when I called to ask about visits, the lady said the therapist sets their own schedule.. who's in charge?

Negative experience: Brian, the supposed therapist, out and out said, "if anyone tells you that they can fix your _____, just walk away". I vote no confidence in him or your service. I am retired from medicine and I have the knowledge and experience I'll fix it myself.

Positive experience: Facilities are great and staff was very helpful but I don't think having a different therapist every time or every other time helps. It feels like I took a step back when someone new was helping me.

I especially enjoyed working with Austin. His sessions were challenging but I left feeling stronger and better about myself. Thank you Austin.

Positive experience: I thought my insurance was covering my treatments, but on my 4th visit I was hit with a $124 co-pay. I was scheduled to go twice a week for 15 treatments I couldn't afford 2 grand for treatments that may or may not be working. Come to find out I was now on the hook for my 3 previous treatments as well. Swell

Fantastic experience: Marty, Brian and Jenny are amazing. If I need PT there is no place other than PTAK to go. From stretching to exercises, they have been fantastic for my back surgery and knee replacement.

Fantastic experience: Archana work with me to restoe my balance and remove my vertigo. She provide therapy techniques that removed my vertigo. It hasn't returned in over a month. She also showed me exercises to increase my balance. I feel that she helped me return to independence. I highly recommend her

Their evaulations, guidance and support made the whole process a joy. They progressed me at a very comfortable pace and the end result has been even better than I hoped. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Josee was my therapist and she was very thorough and informative on what to do to help my issue. She was very friendly and always made sure I wasn't in pain but working towards strengthening. Every appointment I had she made sure to push me to try and make a new "record" (Without hurting myself of course) and she gave me so much advice and support so I can get back to doing small things I had struggled with before. Overall it was worth every appointment for the improvements that I made. She is a wonderful therapist.

Positive experience: Not all therapists are at the same level, I've had three so far, and some are much better than others. The shorts for the gravity treadmill are disgusting, you need disposable shorts to wear with them.

Fantastic experience: Jennifer Ham is an excellent physical therapist/pelvic floor therapist. Jennifer is personable and very friendly. She asks the appropriate questions to identify the root causes of distress within my body. Along with working to resolve the focus pain, she goes above and beyond to ease other painful and tight muscles near the problem area. She shares her knowledge and gives exercise guidelines to educate me for my future well-being. I highly recommend Jennifer to assist BayCare patients to find resolve with their therapy!
