Fantastic experience: The survey skipped ahead to here. My experience with the rehab was excellent all around. My injury was so severe that I could not walk and did not think that I would be able to walk again without surgery. Adam read my MRI and explained my 3 herniated and protruding lumbar disc's. He developed a plan that everyone followed and now I can walk. Everyone I interacted with was professional and friendly. I have recommended him to several friends and strangers I have meet in medical waiting rooms. I do also mention that my experience at Mease PT was better than any other facility I've been to in the past. My quality of life depended in the work ethic, values, and culture of that facility. Excellent!

Fantastic experience: Abby is great to work with and she really knows what she doing! She helped me with my torn hamstring PT and did a great job. She is passionate about making sure I did the correct exercise and it really got me back on track.

Fantastic experience: My 2 Physical Therapists, Adam and Jeff, are both excellent. They make a great team and complemented each other with their approaches to my PT. I highly recommend both of them. They are caring and compassionate and they both have helped me immensely. They only downside is the availability of handicapped parking, at the south end of the building. I saw many people parking in the parking lot and then walk across the street to the hospital.

Fantastic experience: Stephen Younger was a caring and competent therapist. He tailored my sessions to my capabilities and to achieve my goals. The receptionist and other staff members were friendly and professional. I would attend this office in the future. Thanks to a great team.

Fantastic experience: I had incredible PT service!! Adam, Jeff, and Cedrick were fabulous, not only showing me how to do the exercises, but explaining to me why I needed to do them. Everyone there, from the sign-in desk, to the appointment setters, to the therapists were fabulous and knew their jobs!! They were so good, that I set my 80 y/o mom up to get therapy here also!! I would highly recommend them in the future!!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Mease Countryside Physical Therapy group. The therapists are all knowledgeable and professional as well as warm and caring. My therapist has been Abby. If I need more therapy I will try to schedule my appointments with her. She has inspired me to work harder for my recovery after two back injuries. With her help my healing process was faster.

Negative experience: After waiting a month to get in, I showed up for my first therapy appointment but sat in the waiting room 25 minutes. My appointment was for 11:00 and at 11:20 I asked the receptionist, and she finally went to get the therapist who then told me she would “do what she could” with the remaining 20 minutes as she had a meeting to go to. I refused to pay full price (for me, out of pocket) for half a session and left. Horrible service and organization. Won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: Ced and Stephen were both outstanding. They both communicated with each other and me and they LISTENED to my fears and anxieties. Ced excelled at connecting his education in a manner that became mantras for me. I could not have reached the goals that were set without them. Both Cedric Theverand and Stephen Younger set the bar for care! Angela at the front desk greeted me at each visit and was efficient at assisting me to reschedule an appointment and processing my copayments.

Negative experience: They dismissed me even though I was bringing up concerns about pain and had not met my goals. They said I could email them if I had issues. But I was telling them I had issues currently that were not resolved. They said to stretch... After two weeks of stretching and still feeling pain, I emailed a different PT that worked with my surgeon who could not believe I was dismissed in the first place. I have since found a new PT who also can't believe they would dismiss me as I'm not passing the assessments listed on the surgeons protocol, still haven't met my goals, and still have pain. So I will never be going back to this office. One positive, they had a lot of equipment. More than other PT places I've been.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I have dealt with in the rehab center has been very courteous and professional. The receptionist always has a smile and my therapist ( Kurt ) really has a great attitude and is very good at keeping things moving and showing me new exercises. Overall, this is one of the best rehab centers I have been to.... and I have been to several.

Fantastic experience: I had complications, needed a new surgery, and had to return to Bay Care Rehab. I requested Raymond because he realized on the first round that I was not progressing as expected. He wrote a note to my surgeon, I made and appointment and together the surgeon listened to me. I asked for an MRI, which my surgeon did not want to order. But he relented, I got an MRI, and the results were that my knee had become necrotic. Without Raymond, I think I would have suffered a lot longer and eventually be unable to walk. He did a great job treating me and an excellent job of listening to me. Thank you, Raymond.

Fantastic experience: The young lady that helped me, Abby was a great help. She was patient and kind. Understood how much I was hurting and how very dizzy I was after my accident. I would highly recommend this little lady to all in need a rehabilitation.

Fantastic experience: I have had two occasions to use this phenomenal group. Once, after an injury and most recently for rehab on a knee replacement. I have used other PT facilities multiple times over the years. I found this facility so amazing that I felt compelled to pass a review on. This facility is head and shoulders above any that I have been to. The dedicated professionalism, expertise, and patient-friendly atmosphere are immediately recognized (by me anyway!). My therapists were Ced and Stephen. I observed other therapists and all appear to be most diligent also.

Positive experience: Therapist know their stuff, they have helped me alotMost of my experience this time was with Jeff and Adam, who were both very nice and explained exercises and the PT process to me clearly and concisely. This was not my first time in therapy due to back surgery. I highly recommend BayCare therapy. My only con to the experience would be a facility is old and the equipment is old it desperately needs updating.

Negative experience: Time and time again of staff that doesn’t listen and less then decent care. Tyneshia at the front desk for Optimum Healthcare INC suit 303 is incredibly rude, disorganized, and she absolutely does not listen. It’s so disappointing to have someone in a position where they deal with patients and not have any customer service skills whatsoever. She messed up an appointment swore it was an error on my part, didn’t listen to me the SEVERAL times I explained to her what times I could come. She insisted she was trying to help me get an appointment and I had no need to be rude, and I did not call her a name or was disrespectful in any manner but I am understandably upset because my grandmother can not walk and has a problem with her spine, she just came for a referral to a specialist, to an appointment that didn’t exist. Tyneshia has no empathy or understanding and doesn’t have emotional control to attend to patients and should not work with the public.
