Fantastic experience: Foundation PT is the best! I had been having pelvic floor pain for months and seen multiple doctors who couldn’t figure out what was wrong with me. I was finally recommended to Foundation PT and I am so glad I was! The entire staff is absolutely amazing and so welcoming! Nikki, Jen, Debbie, Jenna, Matt, Tyler, and Gina thank you for everything! I highly recommend going in for the consultation even if you are unsure because within the first appointment you will know if pelvic floor therapy is what you need! I cannot thank you all enough for healing me!

Fantastic experience: I could not be more happy with my experience at Foundation Physical Therapy! I came in to pelvic floor physical therapy with 8 years of pain, apprehension, and nervousness. After just 10 visits I am finally pain free for the first time in years and happier than ever!

Negative experience: I went in there and laid on a table while the phys therapist hollered instructions to other patients while working on me. He gave me a little mini-massage and even though I asked, gave me no physical exercises to do to ease my pain. That little massage cost me an $80 copay with no helpful information on what to do to make things better. I hated being in a big room and having him holler at people while supposedly treating me.

Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to start. I’m forever grateful to my OBGYN for recommending Foundation Physical Therapy. I had a hard time feeling myself again and figuring out this new version of me after I had my baby. Going to PT was the light at the end of the tunnel for me. Dr. Gina, Nikki and Jen were amazing every single time I saw them. Not only they explained what had happened during and after birth but they gave me solutions to all my problems at every visit. They made me feel comfortable and understood, and I was able to regain my long time lost confidence. Fantastic experience: Very professional and always helpful. I was having pain so I went to a urologist and they diagnosed me with prostatitis, which was not the underlying cause for my testicular pain. I actually had pelvic floor dysfunction, and these fine folks helped me get better!

Fantastic experience: Even though I was freshly postpartum, I had so much improvement in the 12 weeks that I visited Foundation! After my first visit, I already felt like there was hope for healing when Google had made me think I was broken for life. All the staff was so kind and personable, and they always answered my questions. Jen especially helped me understand how to continue my healing at home and in my daily life. Fantastic experience: One appointment in and I am sold for life. Yesterday I had my initial appointment for the PFS PT. My background is being very dismissed by a Department of Veterans Affairs ER doc about a prolapse. Luckily with the help of my amazing primary care doc and a former client and PT Somer, I was able to advocate for community care option. Which is how I fell into the care of Foundation. I told Dr. Gina about my anxiety over this and what brought me there, and after going over my screening with me confirmed I do in-fact have what was dismissed originally at the VA. She with confidence and care in her eyes told me she would never dismiss me. She took time to show and educate me on what she saw to confirm what I had, told me all these other issues I was experiencing was in deed a sign of a prolapse, and took time to ask how she can assure she can help more veterans- and scheduled a follow up on that! I was being treated for alllll these other issues and symptoms with little resolve to find out the one thing causing it- and a great plan for a solution. I am so excited to start my physical therapy ! I can not recommend this group enough!!

Fantastic experience: Hi people I 'd like to share my good experience with everybody who needs help form PT. Foundation Physical Therapy is the place where you will get much more than just PT. Those people are amazing, I feel like they all are my good friends and during all time I was there I saw sincere desire to help me at a time when I really needed it.I am not in pain any more and I must admit there is a huge merit of all staff. Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best physical therapy I've ever been to. They are kind, compassionate, and listen to you and the issues you're having. The therapist help you to achieve your goal and they encourage without spending their time talking to the other therapist there. It may take a few weeks before you start seeing the results, but the therapist will give you an estimation on when you will likely start to see all the hard work you've put in. Sure enough, she was exactly right. I didn't think I would be able to continue, but I pushed through every exercise that I needed to do at home. I felt like I would never reach my goal, but I did. And I hope you will too.

Fantastic experience: When I first came to Foundation, I was in incredible pain in my piriformous glute and groin. It was stabbing pain in both areas I could only walk with a walker, and that was limited. I had gone from going to the gym M-F to miserable pain. I had X-rays, a CT scan and 2 MRI’s. Nobody could tell me what was causing my pain. Within a week and a half, I didn’t need the walker anymore. I’ve had around 20 visits, and am about 90 - 95% better. I have discomfort, but not what I would call pain in my groin area only now. I can’t say enough about the treatment and all the staff of Foundation. Very friendly and professional. I pray I don’t have to go back, but, would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I put off going to physical therapy for over a year due to fear. I wish I hadn't. Within a couple of sessions here, I experienced relief of much of the pain I had been living with for years. Fantastic experience: Foundation Physical Therapy changed my life! I was experiencing some pelvic floor issues and stress incontinence after having my son nearly 8 months ago. Pelvic floor physical therapy helped me tremendously with my incontinence issues and I learned so much about how the pelvic floor works and what I can do to strengthen (not just kegals, people) and repair the damage done during the birth process. I strongly encourage others who struggle with incontinence to go see the wonderful, intelligent, helpful and caring team at Foundations Physical Therapy.

Fantastic experience: Incredibly knowledgeable staff. Very impressed by these techniques and WHY more women DO NOT know about this, I don’t understand!! My symptoms as related to having a c-section are cured. I have less urgency to urinate, more comfortable intercourse, less pressure and tightness in lower abdomen area nor irritation near the bladder. Many thank you’s to Gina, Jen and Christina.

I went for pelvic floor therapy for pelvic pain after having a child and having chronic urinary symptoms (urgency and frequency) starting from childhood myself. Fantastic experience: The initial registration process was efficient. Next, EVERYONE at Foundation quickly learned and remembered my name, a positive sign of a patient-centered practice. Karen kept track of my visits authorized by my insurance company. Gina's periodic assessments were accurate and professional. As far as treatments and physical therapy workouts, Cendi and Matt (and Tyler, although he guided only one physical therapy treatment) KNOW EXACTLY what to do. Cendi's pelvic massage is magical -- I went from 7 or 8 trips at night to one or two. Despite the weird description of the treatment, it works! Cendi and Matt kept their sense of humor throughout my 20 treatments. Other providers may claim results with their treatments, but Foundation delivers! (Disclosure: I'm not related to anyone at Foundation nor did they bribe me to write this.)

Fantastic experience: So glad I found Foundation! I've learned so much from the therapists and have seen drastic improvements. I'm telling all of my friends who are experiencing issues that we women think are "normal". I had been dealing with a pelvic issue for years now. It didn't affect my day-to-day but it was persistent. Dr. Gina, Jen and Christina not only helped with treatment, they taught me what was going on and how to prevent it. Can't rave about them enough. Even if you're not sure you need a pelvic therapist/therapy (like I did) go talk to them anyway. They're great teachers and will steer you in the right direction!

Fantastic experience: I was anxious to attend pelvic floor physical therapy but Foundation Physical Therapy eased all of my anxiety. Fantastic experience: I came to therapy at the same time going to see three surgeon. First surgeon wanted to operate on my shoulder. Rotocuff tear was giving me pain. Came to Foundation Physical Therapy Gary and his staff after working with them my decision not to have surgery.

Negative experience: I was going for Pelvic floor and hip issues. I didn’t get any relief or didn’t see any change. The pelvic floor therapy was different and awkward.and didn’t see any change. The physical therapy portion is not worth it because they have one person giving several people in a small room various excercises to perform and they check back with you. They never stretch or touch you which means that you are not stretched to push yourself to the max. It’s like someone giving you a list of excercises to do at home and you go through them in 20 min. This is probably better for someone who never excercises. Also, the office manager is not a very nice person. She is harsh and I suggest to avoid her if possible.

Christine has been amazing in her physical therapy treatments, as well as the exercises she has suggested to do at home. Fantastic experience: After months of physical therapy in Boston, I did not expect much improvement in my symptoms after moving to FL and starting at Foundation PT. Thankfully, I could not have been more wrong. Over the course of the past year or so, I have visited many times; each time, everyone I encountered was kind and knowledgeable. The young men who run the gym are great at explaining the exercises (and not making you feel out of shape), and everyone else seems to genuinely listen and care about your symptoms. After months of seeing no improvement with my old physical therapist, I was shocked when I started here and began feeling better almost immediately. Like it did for many others, their great care helped me avoid surgery. I would certainly recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I was referred here for pelvic floor therapy a little hesitant on what it was and how it would help manage my endometriosis. After my last session, my constant pelvic pain was virtually eliminated. Christina, Jenn, and Gina are all so caring and wonderful at what they do.

Fantastic experience: I had a summer plagued with ‘faux’ urinary tract infections. Having unsuccessfully tried several drugs, my doctor recommended Foundations as a rather unorthodox, but possibly helpful solution. It is WORK to improve pelvic muscles that have been ignored for decades, but the results are a relief. I am so much less nervous about love-making since addressing what seems to be the root cause for urinary inconsistencies. Foundation Physical is quite professional, enough so to make me realize they would be who I might consult for any number of physiotherapy concerns. Matt and Tyler are kind and businesslike in working with the variety of patients needing exercise coaching. Gina and especially Jen are a wealth of knowledge, both having “been there done that” themselves, wherein pelvic therapy was a solution. I am now a proponent of pelvic therapy, especially having seen the muscle response results after 10 sessions.

Fantastic experience: I wasn't sure what to expect when I went to Foundation Therapy. I could not have found a better place to go for therapy. I didn't know how weak my pelvic floor muscles had become, to the point where I was having a lot of "got to go" incidents. Gina took the time to explain everything to me in a very understanding way. Jennifer and Christina were awesome with the therapy and giving me valuable tips to strengthen my pelvic area. I will forever be grateful for the introduction to the squatty potty. Life changer there. The whole staff is amazing. You may be going in for some form of physical therapy, but it's more like you are meeting up with good friends. They always greet you by name and they work with your limitations in a way that doesn't make you feel bad. You actually feel good from the time you enter and when you leave. Matt and Tyler are the best in what they do, when it comes to your workout and therapy. The whole office runs like a fine tuned machine. Yet there is warmth, friendliness, compassion and genuine care for your well being. I am so glad, that my doctor sent me to Foundation Physical Therapy. I am 97% better than when I walked in the door. I send a warm "thank you" to all of the staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone, whether it's a weak pelvic floor or if you're dealing with a bad back, knee, shoulder or whatever. They cover you from head to toe.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Foundation Therapy off and on for a year and a half. The therapy I have received here has been amazing, I have made such an improvement . Everyone here is so nice, helpful and caring. I will especially miss Gina and Jen, they are the best.

Fantastic experience: I was frustrated with the side effects following a complete hysterectomy and for more than a year looked for answers to a prolapse from two OB-GYN doctors, both highly qualified in their field. They suggested surgery. I did not want another surgery. A very compassionate PA for one of the physicians suggested I try physical therapy. She phoned Foundations and I began treatment within one week. Exercises to strengthen my pelvic floor were tough at first, as my hips had deteriorated with osteoarthritis over the years. Within 10 days I was already feeling stronger, and a device was fitted for support of the prolapse. I continued at Foundations until tests revealed I was strong enough to be released to continue the exercises on my own. I feel so much better than I have in a very long time, the staff of Foundations understood exactly what I needed and it has been a game changer. Do I recommend Foundations? Heck yeah!! Will I return if I ever need physical therapy again in my life? Absolutely.

Fantastic experience: For the past two months I have been going to Foundations PT for bladder prolapse issues. With the help of all of the staff as well as the pelvic floor exercises, I have improved so much. Fantastic experience: Foundation physical therapy has the nicest and most welcoming staff I’ve ever dealt with. They fixed my issues when I thought no one would be able to . Gina is so professional and her like everyone there really cares about what they do and it shows.

Fantastic experience: I had issues with urinary frequency and retention post a robotic myomectomy. Foundation PT was recommended by my OB. Gina and Jen are so nice and professional. I did not realize how tight my pelvic floor was until I started working with them. But with their help and recommendations for exercises, I started to feel so much better. I was able to come off of my tamsulosin and now I feel like a normal person! I would recommend Pelvic Floor PT to any woman who has a baby or had abdominal or gynecological surgery.

Negative experience: I am under the impression with this therapy Gina decided not to treat the one who filed several complaints and had an explanation and experience she shared with many of us Gina has proved she doesn’t care about anyone like this one…. “concentration camp prison” interprets that Gina and Karen silenced the one, ignored one, unwillingly opened up to one, obviously abused one mentally, verbally, emotionally and spiritually. They refused to understand that all levels of sign language are important. For an example, you learn Spanish language. You only know this language at 1st grade level you are officially a qualified interpreter that’s how the office believed. They hired a so called interpreter that was only knew at 1st grade level that could lead to malpractice one interpreter for an hour costs only between $50-60 an hour if asked for 2hours interpreter be aware at between $100-160. Of course we got the impression that the office thinks they be offended no not true they already discriminate against the one including us in the deaf community as well. Not to take the one back in therapy, Gina and Karen are awfully very selfish and thoughtless!!! This office is turning us off that makes me disgust.

Negative experience: I was sent to collections, which is on me. I lost my job during COVID and had no source of income at the time after my appointments. I told them this when I canceled my future treatments. They told me "well it's not that much money." I'm catching up on my bills and wanted to pay them directly. The office manager is rude and would not take a payment. No doctor's office turns away a patient trying to pay money to them. Additionally I was charged for an appointment I didn't make and had any knowledge of. I ended my treatment in August and was billed for an appointment in December. Sounds like fraud.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at Foundation has been wonderful! From Gina to Christina to Jenn and to Tyler and Matt - what a professional group of people! I admit I was skeptical but their calm, reassuring manner won me over. I will periodically need PT so I have found my first choice in a provider. They will definitely see me again!

Fantastic experience: Was very pleased with my experience at Foundation Physical Therapy. I entered with some arthritis in my back. With a therapy plan designed by Gary I looked forward to no or little pain. Both Matt and Tyler worked with me demonstrating proper techniques with my stretching exercises. Fantastic experience: After dealing with excruciating pain, I had the option to come here and try pelvic floor therapy, or have an invasive procedure that might not alleviate my pain. I'm so glad I gave pelvic floor therapy a try. I was skeptical, but open minded. I had no idea that the pelvic floor could be too tight, and that was my problem. I did my hip exercises every day and didn't need to complete the standard 12 sessions. I think I did about 9 sessions. I did not believe Gina when she told me she could solve my problem. Prior to seeng you I had suffered for over 2 months with chronic leg pain and foot numbness and I was begining to think that it would be permanent. Fantastic experience: I am extremely happy with the results of my pelvic floor physical therapy. I tried many other methods for urinary incontinence to no avail. This has literally changed my life! No more leaking, no more UTI’s. I’m 63 and very active riding horses daily. I don’t have to use pads anymore! . If you stick with it and do the exercises they will help you. I am committed to keeping up with the exercises so I don’t have to worry about sitting in a wheelchair peeing in myself when I get older. Well worth the effort just for that. Fantastic experience: Gary and Staff did an excellent job healing my IT band injury. I got this IT band injury about 3 years ago. I tried various massage therapists with cbd oil and such. I had no luck and thought I would just have to live with the pain for the rest of my life. Gary worked on my IT band injury for a couple of weeks and I am pain free today. That was a couple of months ago. If you are in pain go to Gary to get healed.

Every member of the Foundation team that I encountered were engaged in finding solutions for my recovery from beginning to end with every visit. Fantastic experience: I had 2 rotor cuff surgeries in the past 18 months. There are three things you need when you go through a procedure like this or similar. First is a good surgeon, second is make sure you have the right frame of mind to get ready for the pain and discomfort plus the physical limitations. Last but not least is you have to have Gary and the Foundation team help you rehab your body back. These guys know what they are doing and I can’t imagine how my shoulder would feel unless I had the right PT. Thank you Gary and the rest of the Foundation Team!

Fantastic experience: When referred to see a pelvic floor therapist, I was embarrassed and overwhelmed. I did not quite understand my diagnosis and what the therapy would entail. However, when I had my initial appointment, the embarrassment and confusion quickly subsided. Gina was absolutely amazing! Fantastic experience: Was blessed to find this place that came highly recommended by two doctor at the top of their field. I have learned so much about the pelvic floor muscles and ten weeks brought significant improvement with protocol that I will continue to follow at home, selected just for me. Fantastic experience: I cant say enough about the quality of care I have received from Foundations. I was referrred to them from the Womens Care center for pelvic floor issues I was having. I could not of been made to feel more comfortable about my therapy. Months later I had problems with bursitis in my hip and chose to go there on my own since I had just great care. I think they are the best and they make you feel like family. Gina, Jen, Gary, Matt, Tyler are just a few. Normally I wouldn't pay much attention to all of their names. I don't remember the name of the gal who works in billing but she is the best also. As I age and things tend to give way they will see a lot of me. Thank you Foundations for such great care!!!!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff was courteous and professional. Appointments all started right on time, and over the course of one month, my shoulder improved dramatically thanks to Gary. I want to thank him for his personal touch of encouragement and his healing expertise. He really made a difference.

Fantastic experience: Gary and Fran are amazing. I tore my labrum in my right shoulder in 2019 and saw them in early 2020. I had been suffering pain for months and had issues with range of motion. After several months of PT I had full range back and limited discomfort. In August of 2021 I tore my left labrum and had some issues with my rotator cuff. I saw them again at the beginning of 2021. After the first visit I felt a great deal of improvement in my range and pain. After a couple months of PT I had most of my range back and will need to continue doing at home exercises to build it up over time. Gary was very knowledgeable, always friendly, and the group was always happy and upbeat. Scheduling was always easy and staff was always friendly, which made for some good conversations. I will definitely return upon my next injury.

Negative experience: The office and workers don’t really seem to care or know exactly how to communicate with eachother. An office that just wants to sign up and charge as many patients as possible doing the bare minimum. I would pay almost $100 for ONE 20 minute exercise….another update. This office NEVER answers the phone. When they do answer the phone they are extremely rude. I stand by what I say. They don’t care about their patients. All they care about is charging their patients as much as possible and billing them every chance they get. I was booked for 12 appointments by one physical therapist and then never saw that one again. I saw a different one that just went through the motions. No one was letting me know this is the plan of action or anything. This office seriously needs a wake up call. They literally told me, “we take your insurance, but since it’s not enough we aren’t going to process it through them because our doctors say it’s not enough money”. First bad review I have ever left in my life. The front office people are awful. The doctors don’t communicate. Oh another great thing to add. My first visit the physical therapist told me “are you sure you don’t have cancer?”. Literally, who says that!?!?!? I don’t recommend this place unless you don’t have another option. If you don’t have another option they aren’t the worst. But 5 stars….no way. Bedside manner, patient care, 0%.

Fantastic experience: GINA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! AND ALTHOUGH IT IS A SMALL OFFICE IT"S GOT A WHOLE LOTTA HEART! I was referred for pelvic floor therapy after my second child was born and I went through my second episiotomy. Although I was in the health and wellness industry and have been an athlete my entire life, I had not really heard of pelvic floor therapy and decided against it at the time as I wasn't in much pain. I went back to my usual two months postpartum-yoga, running, biking, gym, HIIT, CrossFit-you name it, but when I started to travel for work in addition to all of this I developed extreme lower abdominal/pelvis/psoas muscle pain. I took 5 months off from running and swam and stretched exclusively. Got better. About a year later and right in the midst of Covid, that entire area flared up again and I was debilitated and in some of the worst pain I had ever experienced. I couldn't even sit in the car for long stretches of time. After a loss for what to do I went to a chiropractor and a massage therapist. Neither helped. I went to my gynecologist as a last ditch effort and she tested my pelvic floor muscles and lo and behold they were in SO much pain! She referred me to Gina (the same doctor my midwife did 4 years prior). Although I was a little reluctant, I decided to go. Immediately Gina made me feel comfortable and gave me HOPE that things would get better. I was in tears after the first appointment, hopeful that maybe after so much time I had found a solution. After being in pain on and off for over a two years and dealing with so much anxiety around the pain, her HOPE and her ENERGY were exactly what I needed. I committed to 3x per week on the onset, then 2x times, and eventually got down to 1x per week. And now I am PAIN FREE and had my discharge appointment today and then hit the gym!!! Please if you are in PAIN do NOT go anywhere else! Gina is the absolute BEST! She is so so so KNOWLEDGEABLE in her work and will go above and beyond to find the answers to any and all of your questions. But know that this is a commitment from both ends and that the work doesn't stop once you leave her doors. You have to commit to your healing as well and commit to the work. This was a complete body awareness shift for me and Gina gave me my life back. She absolutely loves and believes in the work she is doing and it shows, not just in the work ethic and optimism she brings into every session, but in the healing she is bringing into so many peoples' lives. I used to not invest in my healing...thinking, "Oh, in time it will get better." But the reality is sometimes it doesn't. Gina was the BEST investment I've given to myself, my body, and my life! Fantastic experience: Once I had tennis elbow in my right arm that lasted well over a year that finally got better on its own but when I got it in my left elbow I decided to seek physical therapy. I tried other physical therapy places in the past for other issues but I decided to try somewhere different and I found Foundation Physical Therapy through my insurace company and I am glad I did. Gary got my tennis elbow better in 12 sessions. Everyone I saw and worked with there is awesome. I almost can't wait till something else goes wrong because I know where I will go!

Fantastic experience: 4 months ago I gave birth to my baby boy and I had to go through vacuum delivery and episiotomy. I did not recover quick and my OBGYN recommended to visit this place and do physical therapy. I was very skeptical in the beginning thinking what they could possibly do to make me feel better again. And I was wrong, after the second session I did not have the tension anymore and after 5 sessions I was almost pain free, after my 7th session I’d say my recovery was at 95%. I got 3 more visits to have that 100%. I wish I’d gone to them right away instead of waiting for my problem to go away on it’s own which it did not for a long time, until I’ve met my saviors Gina and Cendi. They are great specialists, can’t thank You enough! I am definitely recommending them if you have postpartum pelvic pain and want to have your life back on so many levels.
