You get one on one sessions where he spends half the time working on the troubled area with massage, dry needling, etc and the second half showing you exercises to improve for long term healing. Through his treatment I am active again with some limitations. I am trying not to be stupid and re-aggravate it! The office is very accommodating and welcoming. The therapy room is neat and clean with all the available equipment needed. Mina is very thorough and explains his treatment plan well and gives you very clear instructions on what to do in between sessions. I have tried other offices, but even if the therapist is good, its like a day care where the therapist cares for multi patients at once.No other therapist came close to how good Mina was. In addition, office is really neat with up to date technology for my injuries.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Shehata is a compassionate and caring clinician. I would trust him with my own parents, and in fact I have! His location has convenient parking and offers a clean, welcoming environment. You are able to contact the office directly with the friendly receptionist (shout out to Maria) or you have direct access to the doctor through his application messaging service. The application not only offers contact to Dr. Mina, but it offers a library of exercises that he continuously adds to throughout your sessions; I refer to them to this day. The real magic is in his hands with his use of manual therapy, but if you really want to improve, the work is up to you to do at home consistently. The best part about him is his beside-manner and unmatched patience. He genuinely cares about your progress and does the exercises with you during the visits to ensure you are accurately doing them. If you mess up, he will keep guiding you with his kindness and warmth. I also benefited from use of his Piezowave therapy; a state-of-the-art treatment that sends thousands of sound wave pulses into targeted tissue/ muscle to break it down. It’s the exact treatment that soccer/fútbol players use to come back from recovery so quickly; or you might know it as the same sound waves that break kidney stones down. I cannot speak more highly of this Doctor of Physical Therapy and recommend you go to him if you’re looking to improve your quality of life. Trust him and trust physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Mina is an expert! I started getting mobility from a frozen shoulder on the first session. He doesn’t just give you exercises to do, he physically works on the shoulders pressure points, manipulation and stretches. Ten stars if possible!

Fantastic experience: Mina is just amazing. I broke my tibia many years ago leaving me with a lot of scar tissue. This impacted my ankle in many ways, mostly with limited range of motion, stiffness and swelling. In one month Mina has more than doubled my range of motion, almost negated stiffness and reduced the size of my ankle to the point it almost looks normal! I am beyond excited and thrilled to have found Mina. He is caring, professional and just really, really good.

Mina has a strong working knowledge of anatomy and physiology which is apparent in the personalized program he has designed for me. His physical therapy goals for me are long term. Fantastic experience: Dr. Shehata is a gifted healer. He can tell just by touch exactly what muscles and joints are hurting. He works with the sore spot until all the inflammation and pain are gone! Fantastic experience: After 4 months of chiropractor’s treatment that didn’t yield the expected results; I decided to take my son to physical therapy. And after a month of treatment I saw some substantial results. My son has constant neck tightness that affected his daily activities. Now his neck problem has been greatly alleviated. I could also see vividly the results since I had x-rays before treatment and after treatment. I like Mina, he is always trying to accommodate my son’s needs and working with him to get some results. He is considerate, well manner and always willing to listen and answer all my questions and my son’s concerns. Fantastic experience: It has taken me awhile to get this review written. I simply didn’t know where to begin to try and convey what Mina has done for me. I had surgery on my right shoulder in April where I had some tears cleaned out and my shoulder was frozen and they unlocked it in surgery. After surgery I searched for a physical therapist that offered one on one treatment. One that really cared about your recovery. I had a frozen left shoulder years ago and knew the importance of having a good therapist and not one that just gave you an exercise to do and called it a day, hands on physical treatment was needed. I unfortunately had less than satisfactory therapy on this shoulder prior to surgery. So as I read Trust physical therapy’s reviews I called and Mina spoke with me and answered all my questions and knew what I wanted from a therapist. He checked all the boxes for me. It was so important to have the best physical therapy at this point because while they unfroze my shoulder in surgery, that didn’t mean that my shoulder was brand new and I could move it freely again. There was still intense physical therapy to be had as the muscles, joints etc had weakened and so on. I had my first appointment and knew I made the right decision and so we started the journey to get this shoulder and arm moving again! He is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and has me back to being able to do the things on a daily basis that we take for granted. Thank you isn’t enough for what he’s done for me, and continues to do.Don’t look any further for the best, because you’ve found him!
