Fantastic experience: I first went to Dr. Melilli about a month ago for headaches associated with neck pain. After seeing Dr. Melilli for about three weeks my symptoms have decreased greatly. Dr. Melilli is friendly Dr. who takes the time to explain your customized treatment plan. The office staff and physical therapist on site are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Melilli for all your Chiropractic needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr Melilli is an excellent chiropractor; in fact, he’s the best. I’ve tried others in the past and none were able to do all the healing he has done for me since my car accident that caused several neck and back issues all along my spine. And he has a wonderful staff who are all so kind and willing to help. The entire office is upbeat and fun and he has a team designed specifically to get you well. From the amazing massage therapists to his incredible physical therapist who has a series of excellent exercises to strengthen your body to help it heal! All of them really take the time to help you feel better. I am doing so well now that I am able to not go as much anymore, but I actually miss the routine I had with them 3 times a week! Alls I can say is when you are dealing with Dr. Melilli, you are getting the best care. He is highly qualified and professional and you will leave his office every time very satisfied. I am so grateful I found him and his whole staff. Excellent service! A#1!!! If I could give him ten stars I would! He’s the BEST!

Dr Melilli is a first class Chiropractor with a terrific bedside manner. The physical therapy area is excellent - Shannon is very accomplished and is an extremely capable professional. The massage therapy area is excellent, as well. I would highly recommend this organization in every area of expertise.

Fantastic experience: Such a great practice! All of the staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Dr. Melilli does the most thorough evaluation I've ever had at a chiropractic office. Also, he is like a teacher and really took time to explain my conditions, listen to and answer my questions and explain my treatment options. I feel like not only am I getting an adjustment, I'm getting educated on how to help myself as well. They look at the underlying causes of my pain and are helping treat those too, not just the symptoms . I never felt pressured on what treatments or products to buy. They also have so many great services like therapeutic massage & physical therapy. Fantastic experience: Absolutely love coming here. I'm 18 and I've been coming since I was around eight or nine. I started coming with my mom, and eventually started needing my own treatments. Dr. Melilli is amazing, kind, and a over-all great guy and doctor. Normally I dread going to the doctor, any doctor, but it's a treat to go in and see the staff. The massage therapists are kind, approachable and very easy to talk to, and the receptions desk always feels homey and inviting. I've never had a bad experience with any staff or treatment here. They do their best to make everyone feel comfortable and get them better at a good amount of time. I find prices to be pretty reasonable as well, and they will work with you. -Pamela Grierson

I was in a horrible state and they got me in the same day I called. Amanda at the front desk is a doll! Mike the Physical Therapist is the bomb! My massage therapist Laura literally has healing hands of.magic! She really knows her stuff and is now my permanent massage therapist. Dr. Melilli is one of the most thorough, compassionate, personable , and knowledgeable physicians I have ever had contact with. They treated me like a family member and I am now a client for life! I travel a lot for work, and sometimes I am in an area for a while, which means I have to find services in a locale and tell you that NO two Chiropractors are the same…. And for me, it is a whole package. From the moment you walk into the office, you are greeted with friendly, supportive service from the office staff (every step of the way). 5 Star Service all the way! When we meet with Dr. Melilli, he gives you all his attention to understand your needs/pains/issues. He takes a step back to understand the whole situation and not just one piece and then gives you his recommendation and different treatment plans. His office is ready and able to provide a full range of solutions for all areas. I have and will continue to recommend his services! Having the right Chiropractor is the difference between Qualify of Life or Living with Pain!

Fantastic experience: Dr Melilli and all the staff in the office are amazing. They always know who is calling and greet you by name once you arrive. The office is spotless and comfortable,the atmosphere is light and happy. Dr Melilli has been able to help me stay pain free for 3 years now. I go in for monthly adjustments and once in a while do something crazy and he is always available to straighten me out! I highly recommend him if you have any kind of muscle pain not just with your aching back!

Fantastic experience: Melissa Solevilla, an Attorney at Carey Leisure & Neal referred me to Dr. Melilli after I wasn't able to move due to a chronic lower back issue. The office was able to get me right in even though I have never been a patient and I was self-pay, no insurance. Dr. Melilli and the staff was very kind and caring. He did an adjustment and the office even has massage therapist of which I took advantage of with a deep tissue massage. After only a 3-4 visits I was back to normal. I highly recommend his services and a huge thank you to Melissa Solevilla for the referral!

Fantastic experience: I visit Dr. Melilli office about 2 years now, and I’m always very happy with the results I’m getting after my adjustments. In my opinion Dr. Melilli is great chiropractor and I can recommend his office for others.

Positive experience: Staff are friendly and do a great job. Perhaps it depends on who, but I felt like Melilli was not interested in adjusting me. Only time I would see a chiropractor is if I really really need it being that I avoid doctors. 1 minute of decompression for low back is not therapy. In my opinion, neither is a 5 minute- hesitant adjustment. Disappointed.

Negative experience: When checked with front desk, I was told my insurance is accepted. And in my first visit, I was asked to pay just 18$. But when I went for 2nd visit, it came as a full surprise. It seems Aetna considers this clinic as out-of-network and we were asked to pay whole 165$. May be for 5min treatment. I don't feel it is justified. Had I been informed about the out-of-network thing before hand, I would have never visited. The initial exam fee of 110$ is totally unjustified. I don't even know when the exam was done. But I was charged. Bad experience. I had tough luck. So, I didn't even go through my 2nd visit.
