Optimal Performance & Physical Therapies - Clearwater

Fantastic experience: I was having a chronic back issue. I worked with Jordan for several weeks. He focused on exercises that addressed the specific issue and I am now back to my normal activities. Jordan is very professional, organized and extremely competent. He also provided me with a menu of different exercise options I can do on my own to focus on problem areas to prevent any recurrent issues. I would highly recommend their services!

Fantastic experience: I have been to a lot of therapy and seen a lot of therapists but OPPT, Bill and Cameron have been wonderful for me. But not only are they good therapists, they really care about the patient and what we're going through. I haven't seen that before. I love the way that they all get along here their true friends each other and each patient it's just wonderful. I think them very much

Fantastic experience: Love going to my physical therapy appointments. Codi is knowledgeable and fun to work with. I highly recommend this Codi and this facility. It’s clean and everyone is very helpful and kind. Not a huge facility but has everything needed and that makes it more comfortable for me.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at OPPT. I had never been to physical therapy before so I was not sure what to expect. All of the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and created a great environment to promote healing. I highly recommend any of the staff, but especially Dr. Cameron Lowery. He was very knowledgeable and thorough during both the initial exam and all of my visits. Working through a knee injury has been challenging but Cameron pushed me each visit and maintained a positive attitude to keep me on track. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of physical therapy!

Fantastic experience: This group is fun! But trust me when I say they will push you! They want you to be as good as possible. If you listen and take the advice, The results are outstanding so with this said, I thank them all, but especially Codi And that’s only because she is my normal therapist! I have had PT before and felt like the therapist didn’t really care about my situation or me as a person. Everyone in the office is great. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Clearwater OPPT by my ankle and foot specialist. I was experiencing pain when walking due to Achilles Tendon injury. My PT, Cameron Lowery, was patient, knowledgeable and kept me on track. As a result, I am walking once again. He showed me a variety of exercises which kept things interesting and provided support and encouragement to stay focused. The atmosphere at the clinic was positive and upbeat. The work was challenging but yielded effective results. I am grateful to Cameron and Clearwater OPPT.

Fantastic experience: I been having a lot of neck and shoulder problems. I had physical therapy in Europe and New Jersey but this was the only place that helped my problem and moved recovery in the positive direction. From the first minute I arrived Cameron was very attentive, carefully listened to all my history and then did examination. Therapy was very appropriate, challenging with great variations of exercises so I was never bored. Cameron is very knowledgeable, caring with great listening skills and super nice to work with. When he was out on Vacation he made sure that I was in good hands with Bill another extraordinary therapist. The whole atmosphere is very welcoming. Fantastic experience: What a great experience I had at OPPT Clearwater. Ray is my Therapist, he is very knowable & professional. I’ve been doing martial arts for 20 yr’s., & I’ve had a lot of injuries along the way. I almost gave up on PT because a lot of companies just checked a box when treating their clients. OPPT really cares about making u 100% active again. Examines you thoroughly, & designs a custom program for ur injury. All the Therapists are friendly, a great atmosphere to have PT! Fantastic experience: I started physical therapy not being able to put pressure on my left foot due to tendinitis. My goal was to get this fixed and to be able to walk pain free. What a great group of people to work with! Dave started me slow and continued to work with me to get this problem solved. My physical therapy is now complete. Fantastic experience: After dealing with a terrible pain in my knee for almost a year, I could not be happier with my progress at OPPT. The process from start to finish was A+++. Jordan had a routine each time which was different and challenging. Not only is my pain gone, but my confidence is back knowing I have the knowledge and exercises to get stronger. I would recommend Jordan 110%. With that being said, every other employee always had a smile and contributed to the welcoming environment.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of therapy. The staff here is excellent. I took my 85yr old mother-in-law who has dementia and I'm always concerned how people will take what she says at times. Jordan worked with her and was wonderful, he has such a soft, fun sprit about him. Everyone there works so well together, they were a little short staffed the first week or so we started but you would never have known. PS Stacy you rock your job!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend OPPT. When it was discovered my insurance wouldn’t cover as much as expected, Jan gave me an affordable rate so I could continue therapy. Ginny my PT was very professional and made the workouts fun. When I challenged her to come up new exercises she came through! I am now continuing the exercises at home and my condition is constantly improving. Stacy at the front desk is awesome. Great place!!!

Fantastic experience: I am so pleased with my OPPT experience. I entered therapy walking with a cane and having significant hip and back pain. I could put very little weight on my right leg. Dr. Jordan Kaylor designed an excellent program that addressed my individual needs and helped me make steady progress over the weeks. When I “graduated” I walked out with a strong gait. And best of all - No Pain! I can’t recommend Jordan or OPPT enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kaylor was fantastic. I fractured four vertebrae, and after a month he had me moving around like a champ. He helped me make appointments around my work schedule, never had to wait and was a really nice guy. Can’t recommend these folks highly enough.

Fantastic experience: After a work injury sustaining a meniscus tear with surgical repair, Dr. Jordan Kaylor, DPT was knowledgeable, outstanding, professional and caring during my entire recovery. He was able to take me from a non-weightbearing status to full recovery with confidence and challenging therapeutic exercise within the protocol as referred by my Ortho. The entire staff is warm, friendly, focused, respectful and welcoming. Stacy was very helpful with all required paperwork being sent/received and I was able to schedule all appointment's with seamlessly with ease. Fantastic experience: My experience with OPPT Clearwater was excellent. I had 31 sessions and each one was unique and different. Jordan Kaylor was a master of mixing it up and motivating me. The space is small but met all my needs to get better quickly. I would recommend the entire staff. It is a very special place.

Fantastic experience: I was a bit skeptical when my PCP recommended physical therapy for my herniated disc flair-up because past physical therapy experiences (out of state) weren't that great. From the first call with Stacy at the front desk, to my final therapy appointment with Jordan Kaylor 9 weeks later, the entire experience at OPPT was phenomenal. Fantastic experience: My experience with this place was terrific! I had arthritis in my shoulder causing severe pain and decreased mobility. Before,during, and after my arthroscopic surgery and later total shoulder replacement; my therapist Jan was there giving me exercises and support to deal with the pain and increase my mobility! They worked with my Orthopedic Doctor so I had a smooth recovery. The Office Manager(Stacy) was very helpful with my insurance company. Everyone who works there is pleasant,knowledgeable,and supportive! If I need therapy in the future I will definitely return to Optimal Performance and Physical Therapy!

My physical therapist was Jessica Ferguson, her skills are second to none, she is very detailed and methodical with the treatment process. Fantastic experience: This is a first rate group of physical therapists. My therapist, Jordon Kaylor, has been diligent, thorough, careful and patient. He has brought me along in an exceptional manner. Their physical environment for treatment is pleasant and they observe all appropriate steps to prevent any Covid spread. As someone over age 60, I naturally had concerns about this prior to starting treatment anywhere, but these evaporated upon seeing their hygiene protocols first hand. I strongly recommend this practice group.

He was very knowledgeable and patient. He gave me challenging workouts specifically targeted for the soft tissue that was injured in the accident. He would call me when he had earlier availability. The staff does a wonderful job of keeping all exercise equipment organized and clean for each patient. Fantastic experience: excellent place very nice people Christopher Pasqual was able to understand immediately the scope of my diagnosis and the exercises needed for my back injury. All major pains are reduced within a week. i am able to do the home exercises taking little time 15 to 20 minutes twice daily. Very good communication. always looking forward to attend and evolve in new exercises. thumbs up Chris!!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at OPPT in Clearwater for a few months. After a car accident, I was seeing a chiropractor for treatment and didn’t feel like I was making progress. I was referred to OPPT and started treatment with Chris. I only wish I had come here right after my accident instead of trying chiro first. Every appointment is personalized and Chris challenges and treats me based on how I’m doing each time I walk in.

Stacy and Daja were always very welcoming and helpful in making appointments at whatever day and time was convenient for me. Chris was my therapist and was always very professional. He was consistently checking with me to make sure that I was getting a good stretch without overdoing it. I will be returning to them for my next round of PT after my 2nd knee replacement.

Fantastic experience: This is my second round of PT with OPPT in Clearwater. All the staff has been caring and professional. I have been seeing Jan for hip, spine and some back issues. He has listened carefully and has got me on the road to recovery with a stretching and exercise plan. They are always on time and devote more time when needed. I am still in PT and doing better than a month ago. With my issues, I am sure that I will need more PT in the future and I will gladly come back to this location and staff. Thank you all.

I had such terrific results with therapy for my neck and arm, I asked my doctor to send me back for therapy on my knees and hip. I just graduated and feel great! Fantastic experience: I came here with lower back pain, hip and balance problems. Thanks to Chris Pasqual, I am leaving with little pain and a well organized exercise plan. I have regained my mobility and feel confident again in my daily routine. I am riding my bicycle, swimming, exercising and enjoying life fully. Their office manager, Stacy, is terrific, too. She pushed you just enough to help you improve but not so you would hurt, Always asking about if I was comfortable with a certain exercise and was quick to modify it if I could not perform it. Ms Stacey Temple was outstanding. She made sure I could make appointments on my schedule and was quick to adjust appointments if there was a problem or conflict. Fantastic experience: I have been going to OPPT Clearwater for over 3 weeks to rehab an ankle injury, and I have been very happy with the treatment and the service that I have received here. The physical therapy treatment plan has been developed to not only get me healthy now, but valuable exercises I learning will help me maintain to continue to strengthen my ankle once I finished so I can continue to do the things that I love. The therapist will give you the tools you will need to get you where you need to be, you just have to show up and do the work in and out of the office, and you will be amazed at what your body can accomplish. Ginny has made me a believer in physical therapy. Fantastic experience: OPPT Clearwater is great! I came to see Jan in April 2019 for persistent tennis elbow issues. Jan is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and a pleasure to work with. And Stacy is great as well! I would highly recommend Jan and his staff to my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: The staff at OPPT Clearwater is awesome!! Ginny has excellent patient rehabilitation skills and fantastic patient relationship skills. Her unique application of her training during sessions and personal attention to each individual greatly enhances the progress towards recovery. Julia adds her talents to keeping things in order while adding interesting conversation during sessions to make Physical Therapy an enjoyable experience and not just a chore. My short interaction with the rest of the staff has always been pleasant and valuable. I highly recommend OPPT Clearwater for everyone needing Physical Therapy!!

Fantastic experience: I have been to many physical therapy groups and this has been my favorite. They know what needs to be done and got me working harder than I thought I was capable of doing. It wasn’t surprising that I saw positive results quickly. Chris was my therapist and he was very friendly and made sure that I knew what I needed to do to get better!

Fantastic experience: I have had great sessions with Jan. He is attentive and listens to what any issues you are having with your injury. The whole staff are nice and friendly.

Fantastic experience: My Neurologist sent me there because I had fallen a few times because of my CIDP. I basically had a problem with balance. I had problems walking off curbs or being knock down if bumped in a crowd. After working with Riddhi Desai the Physical Therapist for the last few months. I have improved drastically. I can now walk off and up on curbs, walk in crowds without the fear of being knocked over. She was a very friendly yet still stern enough to get the job done. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. I actually enjoyed going there the whole staff treated me with respect and courtesy. Even the receptionist was helpful with any issues I had with appointments.
