Fantastic experience: Dr. Allison is incredibly talented at what she does and truly cares about her patients. I have been going to her for over 10 years. I always feel better when I leave an appointment and she's realistic. Chiropractic is not a magic wand, but she'll do everything she can every appointment.

Fantastic experience: I've been going through years of chiropractic and it's very hard to find a hands-on approach these days and Dr Allison delivers just that! She doesn't just do an adjustment but actually gets into the muscle a bit too which I really need! Just one visit so far but I'm happy to have found this clinic and will be going back for sure!

Fantastic experience: I was involved in a rear end collision in August of 2015 ... My car was totaled and so was I ... My back, my neck, my arms, my legs and everything else hurt. I was sitting still brakes applied on Ft Harrison Avenue in downtown Clearwater. I was Northbound between Court and Pierce. I heard the tires screeching and thought it sounded close and then WHAM! A Chevy truck plowed into the back of my car, jamming me forward into the car in front of me. I think I was only out for a couple of seconds - but when I came to my flip flops had been thrown off my feet and my phone that had been on my front passenger seat was now on the floorboards. If I had been in a small metro type car I'm sure I'd be dead. Luckily for me the sedan I was driving provided a large buffer between me and the old sunburned pickup that hit me. I had vertebrae out of alignment, severe muscle and joint pain from the horrible contortion the accident put me through. As the truck bumper hit my car first it was low on the frame of car. This came at a time when I had my head turned - looking at my smartphone which had just whistled to alert me of a text message. The low hit caused my head to snap back against the headrest while my head was turned to the right. Then from the velocity of the vehicle I was thrown forward towards the dashboard and then backwards again due to gravity, cockpit and seat belt design. My greatest pain that resulted from the accident was the very top vertebrae in my neck was kicked to the left and was agitating nerves and muscles that affected my back, arms legs - essentially the whole left side of my body. I was referred to BayWest Chiropractic and Alison Coletti by Dr. Lee Ann Brown, D.O. they worked together to assess and treat my injuries. Through a series of epidural injections and chiropractic adjustments we have been able to get some basic realignment of my spine , hips and other joints that were maligned in the collision. I am by no means returned to normal health and well being - these women don't have magic wands ... They are human just like you and I. But they have managed to get me able to move more freely again. But a lot of it is up to me. I can't expect to lay around writing Google reviews and getting back into shape. But the trainer at Baywest has motivated me and has me working out to get back into shape. I started slow ... Some long walks on the beach, stretches and light exercise ... But now I'm joining a gym and hopefully get things moving fluidly again. I was skeptical of Chiropractic being able to return me to my normal state. But I have come to understand that it's not just adjustments, its diet, exercise, medical science and balance. BayWest has the great hydrotherapy beds,and a friendly pleasant staff who works well together. The office is well maintained and clean. The caring attitude of the office helps the healing process - I've come to feel like I've made some friends as well as finding my health again. Pain is debilitating in many ways, and unfortunately when you remove some larger pains you find others underneath. It's a process to get back to health - but when you start seeing some strides and you begin to feel normal again you realize just how much the pain affected your life and attitude. I highly recommend Alison Coletti of BayWest Chiropractic and Dr. Lee Ann Brown, D.O. of the Spine Clinic. Both working together in their separate disciplines put me back on the road to recovery!

Negative experience: I made an appointment and showed up on time only to be left sitting there for over 45 past my appointment time before leaving. I went there in extreme pain, hoping for pain and they ignored me. I dont understand why they would treat a new patient like that.

Fantastic experience: I've had the best adjustments of my life here! As a new patient, Dr. Coletti took and reviewed my x-rays to see what was actually happening with my spine, which hasn't always happened at previous chiros. She was able to identify a pinched nerve and after my first adjustment my lower back pain dramatically reduced, and I didn't have sciatica pain in my right leg anymore. My adjustments have also been helping my knee pain. My boyfriend has been skeptical of chiropractors, but after coming to an adjustment with me, he wants to get his own adjustments now.
