Fantastic experience: I highly recommend. I am training for a half marathon at the age of 62. I had a "want to die" shoulder injury and within a week I recovered with the help of the therapy and exercises Mia provided. Then I had a lower back issue that came from over stretching. Mia provided the correct way to do it and I was amazed that in one hour the pain went away. She even showed me the correct way to tie my shoes so I don't lose my toe nails. If you are a runner you won't go wrong with connecting with Mia.
