Keystone Rehabilitation and Health Center

Fantastic experience: As a family we had to make the difficult decision to place my step dad in a nursing home initially we were not sure if Keystone was the place for him but we were willing to work with the facility as a family to ensure he is as comfortable as possible. For starters Leanny Delance was very welcoming and she was very attentive. She went over and beyond to ensure all of his needs were met when he initially went into the facility. My mother goes to the facility every day sometimes twice a day to see him having to place him in a facility has been very hard on her. Candy Hernandez has been so amazing to my step dad and mom she goes over and beyond on a daily basis to ensure that my step dads needs are met and that my mother is comfortable with the attention my step dad receives as a patient. Theresa the CNA that takes care of my step dad is AMAZING she goes over and beyond to make sure he is comfortable and the care she gives him makes us feel as if she is taking care of one of her own family members I can't express with words the peace she brings to my mom when she knows Theresa is on the floor as his CNA as my mom knows she will be giving him the care and treatment we want for him while being there. We are very greatful as a family to Leeany, Candy and Theres for all they do. The immediate response from these 3 ladies whenever there is an issue and the care thus far for my step dad has been exceptional.

Fantastic experience: This is the first facility that treats their patients like humans & not just another number!! The staff have been so welcoming and have shown their genuine care and concern for my mother by going above and beyond to contact the overseeing Doctor to run labs or change meds to get my mom the care she needed. Miss Candy was the first person who gave me a tour of the facility and she made me feel so sure that my mom would be safe. The admissions department went above and beyond to inform me and communicate with insurance and ongoing care companies to set up mom for a safe discharge. The staff has seen my tears from feeling overwhelmed and they’ve given me uplifting words of wisdom with a comforting hug. I am forever grateful!!! I would have mom come back if she ever needed to in a heart beat and with peace in my heart knowing she’s being taken great care of. And a HUGE bonus is the food! Moms been loving it! Thanks xoxo
