Select Physical Therapy - Lakeland North

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for about two months and let me say at first I was very skeptical reason being I was going somewhere else for therapy from 2016 till the beginning of 2024 my previous therapist did not go the lengths these guy went. I honestly thought going here would be no different than where I went previously to be honest I was wrong. They show real concern regarding your recovery they are kind, caring and genuinely nice people. My leg was pretty messed up and have always been swollen I was told by previous doctor and therapist that this is as good as I'm going to get regarding pain swelling and limited mobility they were all wrong thanks to the guys here a select physical therapy. I'm generally a healthy guy who likes to be active run/jog play soccer ect.. since my accident I've been depressed ???? and has had a lack of energy because I don't feel like myself and can't do the things I want to even with my kids. Putting on underwear, pants, sock and shoes were challenging for me i Normally would have to sit to get those things done now select physical has put me in a different mind space as far as healing since going here I've seen and felt a dramatic change in range of motion muscle weakness bone and joint pain and I'm beginning to feel certain sensation that I haven't felt for almost a decade I am extremely happy with my treatment because now I'm making real progress due to the excellent care I'm receiving from these wonderful people. I would like to thank Mike, Jen, megan and julie you are all amazing and I'm glad I came to you guys for treatment.

Fantastic experience: This is my second visit to Select PT the first was two years ago, this visit is for a different issue and I must say the physical therapist are top notch and they all in my book all 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I am six weeks post op from knee replacement surgery. I have found Michael to be an excellent therapist. He has kept the exercises varied and challenging. Today I was able to bend my knee 120 degrees. He has also been very honest about the time it will take for full recovery. I am extremely pleased with my progress after just five sessions.

Fantastic experience: My Select Therapist, Michael Bonner, has been both a pleasure to work with and inspirational in this therapeutic journey. He makes therapy fun!

Fantastic experience: Kim has been amazing helping me learn how to manage my pain levels and was able to explain things to me that the doctor wouldn't break down so that I understood the way my wrist worked/functions. She is sweet, funny, kind and considerate. I have loved attending therapy because she helped guide me through exercises that allowed me to gain some range of motion and strength back. If I ever need more therapy in the future for anything else, I 100% want to return here! I would also like to say that the receptionist, Theresa (hope I'm spelling it right!), was AMAZING! She was always a smiling, funny, cheerful greeting and brightened my day. Honestly I could have spent hours talking with her because she's such a lovely person. I also spoke with Julie a few times and she is hilarious and kind. She happily explained the FCE to me when I was very nervous about my exam and helped me feel comfortable in the knowledge that I could return to working out with modified behaviors. I love this team!
