Highlands Lake Center

Positive experience: When visiting a dear friend there, I was able to observe how clean and neat the inside of the facility was and the room where my friend lives in. The staff seemed friendly and walking through the hallways, I also observed them caring for the residents in a respectful manner. My only constructive criticism is that the outside of the building could be refreshed with new paint to reflect how the inside is. Though, I want to clarify that there was no garbage on the floor outside and landscaping was done.

Fantastic experience: My wife has been at the nursing home for almost 3 tears. When she first was admitted to the nursing home, we met a care employee named Emily Chastain. Emily became my go to person if I had any issues or questions about my wife’s care. Emily had been invaluable to us in dealing with this very difficult time in our life. Emily has always been available to discuss any issues i have had and ensure that they were addressed. She has also been invaluable in helping my wife’s and my difficult times. Highlands Lake Center is very fortunate to have Emily as part of their staff. We will never be able to thank Emily for the efforts that she puts forth for the patients of your facility. We look forward to continuing to work with Emily relative to my wife’s future needs.

Fantastic experience: Highlands Lake Center is a great facility. The people from the administration to the care givers go above and beyond to take care of their residents and the residents family. I could not have chosen a better place for my mother. Thank you Highlands Lake Center.
