Fantastic experience: Sylvia has made it possible for me to keep living the active life I want. She has helped with several injury/recuperations, but the most fundamental involved my lower back. After a laminectomy and a spinal lumbar fusion (some years later), I was prescribed an immobiliser ankle brace for my drop foot syndrome. Sylvia showed me what to do to strengthen and stretch, while she worked on the specifics of the problem. Two years after receiving the prescription for the brace, I got on my bike and rode the 184 miles of the C&O Towpath trail, just before COVID. I'm looking into booking a hill walking trip in Scotland. I'll be 79 next week and look forward to spending my remaining years doing the things I like! p.s. I never did get that brace...
