CareNow Urgent Care - Lewisville

Fantastic experience: Staff was very good and patient. Went in for job screening activities and learnt I had a shy bladder. It was near closing time but they were patient and friendly while my bladder gathered itself. Highly recommend. Isaiah was a gem!

Fantastic experience: From web check in to out the door was less than an hour and half. Once in clinic and checked in, I waited less than 10 minutes and was called back, roomed promptly and provider was in to see me quickly. He took his time to explain everything and to review my history, meds and give me a plan!! Very satisfied with my Care at the Lewisville location.

Fantastic experience: The Dr. was amazing. I forgot her name. I had an infection in my jaw. I never felt rushed, the Dr. explained everything very well, she was genuinely concerned. It has only been a couple hours and I'm already feeling better from the treatment she recommended. Check in and out was easy with the app.

Fantastic experience: From my check in to me leaving your establishment was a 5 star experience. The girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful and the girl that helped me with my drug screen was awesome. I’d highly recommend CareNow in Lewisville for fast, friendly and sufficient service. Great job to your entire staff there. Again thank you ladies.

Fantastic experience: One of the best service I have ever received. Jessica Jordan and Mercedez were very polite as soon as I walked in. They welcomed me with a smile. Both the nurse Alexis and the lab tech Kalyn were very professional the whole time I was there. Dr Paul has great bed manners and a great listener. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone 10/10
