Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Stonebridge Health!! 5 stars isn’t enough to show the appreciation for the staff, clinic and services they provide. I’ve been a patient over the years for chiropractic work, physical therapy, x-rays, PRP injections for bad joints, IV’s for energy and even foot scans for custom orthopedics in my shoes to help eliminate pain and posture issues. Love the staff, doctors and everyone there.

Dr. Middleton is not only fun to be around but also genuinely cares for each and every patient. He'll motivate you and put you to work!

Fantastic experience: Stonebridge Physical Therapy has been amazing in helping me recover from back surgery. Dr. Middleton, Alexa, Jacob have been so great to work with and all offering different exercises to help me strengthen my core, legs and back. They ask questions each visit to determine what my course of therapy will be that day. They listen and change up my PT, so that I work different muscle not the same dull exercises. The atmosphere is extremely positive. They truly have my best interests at heart and have been very encouraging along the way! That is why I am giving them 5 stars and I highly recommend going to see them for your Physical Therapy needs! Stonebridge offers great Chiropractic care as well! Nice to have it all at the same location.

Fantastic experience: I've visited other physical therapy facilities and this by far is one of the best. Dr. Middleton and his staff makes you feel a if you're family and they genuinely care for your health. Whomever you get as your therapist you can't go wrong. Alexa is so attentive and thourough, Jacob treats everyone as if he were treating his own parents, and Mark goes the extra mile to ensure your comfort. Fantastic experience: I have never encountered more caring people than I have at Stonebridge physical therapy! Every time I arrive, I receive a warm welcome and the physical therapists are awesome! Led by Dr Middleton every one of the physical therapists knows me by name and are very helpful in getting me to do everything I need to do for my back & knee problems! I cannot recommend them highly enough!!! My brother was here visiting me from Oregon and went to one of my appointments with me. He was amazed at the professionalism and dedication that I received. He even commented that he wished he could get PT from Dr Middleton & the other physical therapists because he said that it is so far superior to the OT he gets in Oregon! My daughter, son-in-law and both of my grandkids now all go to Stonebridge and feel so much better! I highly recommend them!!!!!!
