Ho Rehab Center

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my dentist at the Pain Clinic through Cedars Sinai for Physical Therapy for my neck and jaw. I had excellent care and Dr. Ho himself checked on me each time and did all of the hands on work himself. The other therapists who brought the heat/ice and connected me up to a machine for electrical stimulation were kind and caring. Since going there I have heard from two other friends who were referred there by their doctors and were pleased with the care they received.

Fantastic experience: I'm a DPT student from National Taiwan University and I had my overseas internship here in August. Thank the entire team of Ho Rehab Center for taking care of me. Especially thank my clinical instructor, Dr. Larry Ho, for giving me lots of clinical feedback and life experience that inspired me so so much! Fantastic experience: Der How and the Ho Rehab staff are the best physical therapists in the country. They are incredibly professional and knowledgeable about everything. I had a SLAP tear that Der How helped heal without surgery. If you have any injury that needs a PT then go to Ho Rehab. They are incredible people and take care of you. Fantastic experience: I went to Ho Rehab for debilitating back pain that I had for over 2 years after back surgery. I had pretty bad nerve damage and recovery was brutal because I waited 6 months to have surgery for a severe disc-herniation that required immediate attention because of the loss-of-function I ended up having. At one point I felt 90 and was in chronic pain that was both physically and mentally debilitating. This alongside the fact that I was starting post-graduate school one month after surgery, made these last two years of recovery a difficult experience. I moved from California to New York and spent a year switching physical therapists here trying to find someone that actually helped. Not until I went back to California for break, I had visited my surgeon about my back and he had given me another physical therapy script with recommendation for Ho Rehab Center. Dr. Derhow was my physical therapist, and after honestly 3-4 sessions of attacking the root issue of my problem (after thoroughly assessing what was actually going on with my body) I started to regain function on the left side of my body. He gave me exercises and stretches (nerve glides) to do that no other physical therapist recommended or ever mentioned. And the thing is, none of them ever took the time to really figure out what was wrong with my body after surgery and nerve damage, but Derhow did and it made the difference. For someone who has been in pain for so long, Dr. Derhow was a professional that I really appreciate came into my life, because I'm finally on the right road to recovery and Ho Rehab definitely helped facilitate that.
