Positive experience: I'm a little sad that I spoke with LaDeja on a Friday asking for copies of my records to pick up on Monday morning. Dala and Elizabeth were so helpful! Thank you! I get there to pick up for another dr appt. No records to pick up, then find out LaDeja isn't even there!. What the heck.

Fantastic experience: Office staff was all very friendly. Dr Butler spent a lot of time showing and explaining my imaging and treatment options. I’ve been a nurse for over 17 years and have worked with a lot of physicians. Finding a doctor who is not only knowledgeable, but easy to work with is a rare find. Collaboration of care involving the patient…what a novel concept.

Fantastic experience: The staff has been friendly and helpful while being responsive to my needs. Dr. Butler spends time reviewing the disease and treatment options. He takes the time to listen and his communication skills are excellent.

Fantastic experience: Always professional and courteous service provided by the staff and all the doctors. The facility is always clean and up to par. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes to get called to the back and placed in a room to see the doctor. And within 5 minutes the doctor is in to see me and always go over my past visit to relate to what is going on with me at the current visit. They are always concerned not only about my care with their practice, but how it relates to all my other physicians that I see as well and what they are doing for me for my overall well being.

He takes time to put in the work to research the latest treatment approaches, procedures and medications. He also helps the patient to make an informed decision about the nature of their condition. Dr. Butler's bedside manner is warm and inviting. It is very rare that you find Doctor's in this world that really care and are concerned about their patients. Dr. Butler operates on a multifaceted level. He is more than capable of getting the job done in the business of pain management. Dr. Butler is kind, sensitive to the needs of his patients but carrying out his duties as a Doctor as professional and objective as possible.When selecting Regency Pain clinic, You headed in the right direction. Everything about this place speaks healing and well-being.
