Fantastic experience: This is an amazing place! Everyone I met was friendly, professional, and not intimidating in any way. It is a very clean and well-organized facility. I went in for a VO2 Max Test to find my true hear rate zones and am so happy that I did. I now have real science to rely on, not the incorrect measurements from my Garmin watch that I have been training from. The prices here, are also the best around. Cannot wait to try an ice bath next time!

Fantastic experience: I thoroughly enjoy BodyFX and all it has to offer! I have done PT with Brett and Courtney, stretching with Brian, and I do the monthly recovery package! I highly recommend BodyFX and refer patients there for treatment and recovery. The facility is clean and everyone is so friendly.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend BodyFx to anyone looking to keep themselves in the best shape to fit an active lifestyle. Courtney runs a top notch facility - all the recovery equipment is extremely clean and she always works to fit you in even on busy days. The new sauna even has a Himalayan salt bar to keep you as relaxed as possible. I’m so glad I found BodyFx to help with all my recovery needs and I would recommend Courtney and her team to everyone!!
