Fantastic experience: I never post comments or reviews, but I felt compelled to bc Gavin really helped me. My lower back and upper shoulder were both very tight and in pain, but after a few sessions I feel dramatically better. Not only is Gavin punctual and professional, but more importantly he is extremely knowledgeable and really understands the human body. He can he get deep into tight muscles if necessary, but also performs perfectly targeted stretches. Lastly, he shows you exercises that will help to make permanent corrections. I’d highly recommend Gavin to anyone with tight / sore body parts.

Fantastic experience: I had a tight hip and lower back, and after JUST ONE session with Gavin I was almost 100% again! Gavin explained that it was how and where I was sitting while working that caused it. Gavin's stretches were incredible, and also the expensive machine he used on me. I have had a lot of world-class body work done in my life, and the results that Gavin achieved after just one session were the best I have ever had. Highly recommend! Fantastic experience: Gavin is very knowledgeable at his craft. He knows exactly where to target the muscles with his deep vibration device to melt type fibers and find the restriction in the range of motion to restore healthy functionality. As a busy massage therapist I have used Gavin several times to have him break up the Deep tension in my muscles and allow me to work more effectively I highly recommend his services
