Fantastic experience: As a patient I must say this is one of the most professional places I have been to in my recovery journey, starting from the young lady that answers the phone and sets appointments she is one of the most empathetic and kindest humans I've ever met, I couldn't make my appointment and she even called as to inquire if I was alright after explaining my situation she proceeded to show me empathy and for that I will always be grateful, she even rescheduled my appointment without hesitation, now to the staff the physical therapist I hear how they speak to their clients and I see nothing but such professionalism, Tracey is such a sweet, professional and very knowledgeable person I am grateful for them and definitely would recommend them, nothing but class, professionialsm and empathy for their clients... I give them a five but they deserve much more than that, they earned my respect ...Thank you Mercy outpatient therapy you guys are making a difference and setting a standard!

Fantastic experience: I've had rehab services in many places ..none compare to Mercy Hospital. Lucia is the finest therapist I have ever had. She identified my problem and has me walking more normally. At check in, Anita is pleasant and has great patience. I am grateful for the entire wonderful staff

The clinic was clean and smelled amazing.The Staff was friendly, helpful and very respectful. My Therapist was the best I’m feeling 100% better after therapy. I’m so thankful for the service there.

Fantastic experience: Best physical therapy experience I’ve ever had! I’ve been to other PT clinics, but it just seemed rushed and I never connected with the doctors. But they’re so sweet at Mercy, they actually CARE about their patients. The PTA are awesome also! 100% recommend!
