Fantastic experience: Hello, no North Beach rehabilitation center. My name is Michael an Carol is my family. And we love her dearly What I'm doing is I'm trying to thank 2 members of your staff For such great work that they're doing there and how much they are helping. It's always a pleasure to know that your loved one is being treated good, and that's exactly what Andy and Sarah has done. They've done a very good job in taking care of my family. Fantastic experience: This letter is to provide an insight on my latest experience. I have a very uncomfortable bed sore and have been requesting a new mattress which was changed yesterday due to the help of Sara Soleh and Andy Arauz. After Sara facilitated the request , Andy came to tell me about it and brought the mattress as soon as they got me out of the bed. Andy had it cleaned as soon as it was installed so I could get back to bed. I'm very thankful to have the help in restoring my comfort. Carol Lumpp. 01-23-2024.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful for North Beach Nursing Home/Rehabilitation Center. Our father became very sick while his immediate family was in another state dealing with a medical issue. After long stay in hospital he was transferred to North Beach. We cannot thank the staff of this facility enough for keeping us informed of our father’s condition. Specifically, Ms. Baez, Admissions Director, who made sure we had consistent communication with our love one. She understood our situation and immediately became an advocate for our father; seemingly a part of our family. Ms. Baez went above and beyond her duties to make sure our family was well informed and gave us an open communication on our father’s daily progress. There are not enough words to describe the comfort that gave us from miles away. It will be incredible to have every nursing home facility follow the blueprint of patients’ care that North Beach exhibits. The caring and patience of understanding means so much to family members. My family and I are eternally grateful to Ms. Baez and the staff of North Beach Nursing Home/ Rehabilitation Center. Kudos to a job well done!
