Healix Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! They are new to the area, but have been in the PT business for a long time. Wayne, the physical therapist, is very knowledgeable about the body and how to heal it with PT and modalities. I had a consonant nagging pain hip pain for 2 years due to working at home online during covid and the way I sat. Nothing fixed it. PT was recommended. After a few weeks of learning about my body and doing exercises individualized for me, my pain started to subside. Wayne got me to a place where I was confident to do the exercises at home, and now I am pain free for the first time in 2 years! Most of the time I was the only person there so I had vip service. They are also open late so I did not have to take off work & they are easy to get to (right in front of Lowes).

Fantastic experience: After having a horrific experience at First Colony Aquatics and Rehab Center, I found Healix PT and they have been absolutely wonderful. Wayne is a knowledgable DPT with excellent people skills. He has tailored by rehab to fit ME. I was a former ballet dancer and current instructor and he is helping me tremendously. One on one attention, tailored exercise regimen and flexible scheduling. It's been a great experience!
