New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital

Fantastic experience: I am very impressed with the care I received. First, this is the cleanest healthcare facility I have been in. The housekeeping staff are friendly and very helpful and thorough, they always asked if I was satisfied with their work. Every therapist from speech and occupational therapies, to inpatient and outpatient therapies are top notch. I must mention the food service staff. The food variety, quantity and quality was some of the best I’ve ever seen. My special thanks to Zack, Daniel, Austin, Garret, Katie, Megan, Courtney, “ACE” (thanks for drawing the cat) and all the staff for their dedication, compassion and friendly attitude.

Fantastic experience: This facility is excellent both as an inpatient & outpatient option. Hannah - an outpatient physical therapist has helped my husband tremendously. He is forever thankful for her support and dedication to his recovery. thank you!

Positive experience: The staff is amazing and the therapy got me ready to go home. I'm not the greatest of rule followers and the alarms on the beds and chairs drove me a bit crazy, but the staff was impervious to my shenanigans and still made me feel quite welcome. This was my second visit and if, please G-d no, I find myself having to go to rehab I will trust this place above all others' with my care. Thank you team.

Fantastic experience: The staff was very professional and very helpful with all aspects of rehab. Rudy/Ashley, Kristina, and Christy were great therapists. Very compassionate. The nursing staff was second to none. I always had the help I needed. They also serve the best food in town.

Fantastic experience: This place is Tops for me. I have stayed there 2 times now. Everytime they make you feel like part of their family. The staff is very knowledgeable in each of their profession. Each person that is on your medical team is right there for you at anytime. They make you laugh and enjoy yourself while working towards getting you better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to heal and feel loved and cared for during there recovery. High 5's all the way!!
