MINT Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: I know it’s cliche but if I could award more than 5 Stars I would! Dr. Samantha Ayala and her PT Skills were nothing less than amazing! Shortly after retiring from the military, serving with US Marine Corps units for 15 of my 21 years, I tore the medial meniscus of my knee while running. Afterwards I could not run, climb stairs, etc. I did not want surgery and MINT Physical Therapy was recommended by former clients I personally knew. After 8 months of therapy sessions every 2 weeks, including specific exercises for my condition to be performed at home between scheduled sessions, I trekked around Europe with minimal difficulties and am now running again. Not as fast or as far but I’m working on it. Thank You Dr. Ayala and MINT Physical Therapy!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a fall that caused some knee damage, went on with the pain for months without it getting any better. Decided that I was going to give PT a shot and it was by far the best decision. Cody Raygoza is great and got me feeling better quickly.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Mint since May. I have scoliosis and a lot of joint and muscle issues because of it. Nathan has been amazing at helping me get my stability back, pain relief and is always looking for new ways to help me, including manual manipulation, stem with dry needling, and at home exercises. The atmosphere is so fun in there you almost forget you’re being treated! Highly recommend them! *oh and ROLL TIDE????
