Fantastic experience: Dr. Ryan Ross at Professional Therapy in New Braunfels is awesome. His knowledge and hands on approach to physical therapy works wonders. Ryan knows the mechanics of the body and works one on one to relive my issues. Ryan is professional, courteous and thorough. I would highly recommended him!

Fantastic experience: Staff is very attentive towards their patients. They listened carefully to my issues and explained why and how the treatments will help. Sent me home with instruction and the different stretches and exercises I need to do. I felt comfortable and at ease in their care.

Ryan has addressed more than what I expected for my treatment. His knowledge of treatment for conditions I am experiencing displays that he is very experienced and is the right therapist for me. From the time you check in with April and the treatment you receive from Ryan PT and his assistant Jordan is amazing patient care. I find it hard to believe that anyone could fine a better team of professionals.

Fantastic experience: I had the absolute pleasure and opportunity of working at Professional Therapy Services of New Braunfels as a tech for about 2 years, before getting accepted into my Physical Therapy Assistant program! The clinic’s physical therapists and its staff gave me unbelievable knowledge and experiences that I've been able to carry with me on my journey. I got to have guided experiences involving various interventions and extensive patient care training, which ultimately made me a better person! Not only did the staff constantly ensure to provide each patient with their own tailored treatment, but they ALWAYS listened to the patient and made them feel seen! They respect each other, which transfers over to having respect for their patients. I could go on forever about the reasons why anybody should go to them for treatment or employment, but honestly, experiencing it firsthand will be the blessing you never knew you needed. I have nothing but love and the utmost respect for the whole staff, April, Jordan, Ryan, Brian, and George!
