Garden Ridge Physical Therapy

Fantastic experience: I cannot express the gratitude and sense of sincere appreciation I feel toward Dr. Diana Schonhoof and her entire staff at Garden Ridge Physical Therapy and Wellness. From my very first appt. with Dr Schonhoff, I felt hopeful and encouraged that my 10-year battle with chronic pain could be manageable. Dr Schonhoff is a caring and active listener; her energy is that of a dedicated and active hands-on Dr. of Physical Therapy. The entire staff showed me such compassion and understanding. My body may hurt all over, but once I have finished my time at Garden Ridge Physical Therapy, I leave feeling better; not just my body, but my emotional and mental health, feel an improvement. I am healing and have not felt this supported in over ten years. Garden Ridge Physical Therapy is responsible for dramatically changing my well-being. I would recommend Dr. Schonhoff and her PT practice to anyone who needs sensitivity, understanding, and hopefulness. It helps if you are committed to your physical well-being as well. From the first minute you spend with this committed team, your spirits will be lifted and a sense of “being in the right hands” will be recognized within your body, mind, and soul. I am sincerely grateful to Garden Ridge Physical Therapy for all the support and hard work they put in me and all their patients.

Fantastic experience: I can not overstate how life changing my experience was. Dr. Schonhoff and her team really do care. The ambiance was relaxing. The staff was very thoughtful, informed and kind. Not once did I feel scared or out of control. After a difficult labor I was left with a number of issues I believed would persist. I came in after my OBGYN referred me. They assessed me and gave me a plan to rebuild my strengths and help with recovery. After a few sessions they checked my back, which was not the reason of my initial visit but it was affecting the level of care they could provide me. And what would I have known, that was exactly what I needed. My back was not fairing well after a mishap with an epidural placement, I could not rest on it for more than a minute without being left in so much pain and unable to move. This impacted the exercises I could do. Even lifting my baby was difficult. I was very limited. After a few sessions of dry-needling I felt my back returning to normal. I can sleep on my back now. I can carry my baby without fearing a sudden pain spasm. And I was able to put that painful experience behind me. Thank you for taking care of me.

Fantastic experience: Just finished my third series of treatment at Garden Ridge Physical Therapy. Dr. Schonhoff and her staff (Ryan and Courtney) worked diligently with me each session helping me through my discomfort and to regain a level of relief that got me back to normal daily routines and lifestyle. Fantastic experience: Garden Ridge Physical Therapy is absolutely amazing. Not only have they been able to work through all of the problems I originally came for, they were incredibly helpful and compassionate when I inquired about other pains I have been having as well. They have gone above an beyond as a health care provider. They work around my schedule to ensure I can reliably come to my appointments, and they also allow me to bring my 2 kids with me to appointments when I need to because they care about my access to care. I simply would not be able to get the care I needed if it weren't for their flexibility. They are amazing Tricare approved providers and I have loved being one of their patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Schonhoff, and her team ( Ryan and Courtney) are amazing. They helped me when I did not think anything or anyone could! Dr. Schonhoff and her team took the time to get to know me and understand my condition and what worked and what did not work. They had many different services that they were willing to try to help me feel and get better. They were also very flexible and would work with my schedule so that I could get the care that I needed. I was so relieved that they let me bring my 2 year old to my sessions. They were so accommodating, friendly, and patient with me and my young son. They have a small chair for him to sit in and he would just hang out and watch shows while I had my therapy. This was amazing since I would not have been able to come very often if they did not allow me to bring him. Thank you so much for not only letting me bring my son but taking away so much of my pain and getting in control of my condition and helping me feel better.
