Fantastic experience: The staff and care we have received here has been nothing short of amazing! My fiancé suffered a traumatic brain injury and we’ve been here recovering the past couple months and they’ve all been so phenomenal. Terry has been quite exceptional with her knowledge and assistance my fiancé has been doing great in his recovery. Tyler and Sarah have also been amazing through this process! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This community medical center for outpatient rehab services has been a wonderful experience, especially for my husband who suffered a catastrophic stroke in 2017. After months of inpatient rehab therapy and home health rehab services, the FMH Sports and Rehab Center offered top notch professional physical, occupational and speech therapy on a one-on-one basis. They became a welcome relief for reliable, consistent critically needed rehab service that we both came to depend on. The facility’s staff are all warm, welcoming, and professional, who treat their clients with respect and individuality. Not only are they the best outpatient rehab therapy center in SWFL, they take the frustration out of the process of medical insurance and billing. Accepting most insurance plans, including Medicare, they also offer an affordable “personal payment” program if or when insurance is maxed out. For a monthly package of 12 therapy sessions, they charge less than the usual monthly premiums you pay for medical insurance. My husband is consistently making progress in the 2 years he’s been going here. He looks forward to each scheduled session, motivated by hope, seeing the positive results every month, and a future where he’ll be able to walk, talk and become self-reliant again. Fantastic experience: My teenage daughter has been coming to physical therapy here almost a year on and off.. The staff is very nice. The therapist are very caring. There is a variety of equipment and even a pool for aquatic therapy! It's nice they see adults and children.
