They have a well coordinated team who help each other and they made sure that I was active every minute of my appointment. Fantastic experience: I was a new patient to Peak Physical therapy about six weeks ago. The business was vey close to my home so transportation was not an issue I found the staff at Peak to be kind, professional and even fun. When I needed therapy it wasn't too good at first. I was having difficulty with some of my daily living chores etc. Today as I leave I am more confident in myself and feel way better than six weeks ago. I have a set of exercises to do at home so now it's up to me to continue what I've been taught. Thanks to all the staff for making my rehab pleasant. I feel way better because of you. Fantastic experience: This is a great place for PT. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Keely set up a program that greatly improved my shoulder. And Mark was great to “pinch hit” when I wasn’t able to schedule time to see Keely. Everyone is professional and seemed interested in my improvement.

Matt is always a great help and adds a super positive energy to the clinic,, Marc is amazing and has helped me gain the tools to manage my pain/eliminate pain, Keely is super knowledgeable and fun to work with, Callie is great with all of her patients although I did not get a chance to work with her, and Samantha although new to the clinic is a great new attribute to the team! This was my first time ever having to go to PT and I was worried based on others past experiences other places. I can say I looked forward to coming to PT multiple times a week because these people are just fantastic. If you are hurting do not hesitate to come here!!

The exercises they taught me helped strengthen my leg and the stretches and back exercises helped ease my back pain. Fantastic experience: I've gone to PEAK PT for a number of issues. They always give the best advise, give good home exercises, and provide you with the best treatment in office. The atmosphere is also very gentle. The team has a great work ethic. I'll keep going to them. They are pretty busy so be sure to book early. All therapist are great and lead by one of the best, Mark!!

Fantastic experience: In case you have not looked, there are lots of choices for physical therapy in Denton, Tx area due to local university. Peak PT is just one of many, but I’m very pleased with my choice of Peak Physical Therapy. All/Most therapy places follow the same regimen as learned in school, but the important differentiation is with the Therapists. My primarily therapist was seen by Callie and she was absolutely wonderful. From day one she was always smiling and eager to hear about my situation and with each visit she first after greetings and all, asked about how I was feeling/progressing. Callie got a work out with me no doubt, pushing, pulling, stretching. Being a big guy, I told her one day she was taking it too easy on me. Wow, that was a mistake. She worked me hard and I was sore (in a good way) for 2 days. Sounds bad but it was good for me and I could tell it made a difference. Not only would Callie listen, I would catch her looking my way to see how I was doing with the exercises she would give me. Based on my pace or grimace she would modify her plan. She demonstrated skills of more senior PT’s I’ve seen in the past. On my final day she spent time putting together an at-home plan complete with paper copies of the exercises she wanted me to continue to follow. She sad down with me and went through each exercise. So very nice to find people willing to provide such caring support. Callie worked a 10hr/4day week and was off on Fridays. So on those days I got to know Keely. Keely introduced me to needling. Huh? Oh, it is Acupuncture needles inserted into your knee (in my case) and then attached to stimulation machine. It was deep stimulation rather than surface stimulation which I received as well. Not only that but she followed Callie’s recovery plan so that I would not miss a beat. There are three others that I should mention, Marc, kind of the over-see-er of the entire operation at this office. He was always very cordial and provided the patrons with a very good music playlist while he himself attended to his own patients. Matt was the busy beaver helping all the physical therapists. He would be running between tables changing heating pads, stimulation machines, exercise balls with every patient. He would check the PT plan sheet to make sure each patient was getting the full benefit of their time there by keeping them on track. He also was the “head” button pusher for those silly little timers they use. I dream about those timers. Sometimes my alarm goes off in the morning and I think it is the timer. Finally there is Sarah. She operates the front desk and I do have to say that she is the rock of the whole place. She has everything organized and running like a Lamborghini. If you have a question she was the one to ask. If you want a physical therapy business that feels like family, come see these folks. I just know you will be treated with great care and respect. PS- One thing I wish they would fix has to do with billing / receipts. For some reason their system cannot email you your receipt. So each visit (I had 24 appts) I would get a paper copy, take it home, scan it, save it to my laptop. I lost a couple before I was able to scan them in. I just despise paper receipts. Maybe next time I go it will be fixed! Otherwise these folks are top notch in my book.

Fantastic experience: I just completed 6 weeks of PT at the Teasley location in Denton for my lower back & my pain has resolved. My primary PT was Marc - he is very knowledgeable, professional & compassionate - good at both listening & explaining. I also worked with Keely for 3 sessions & she is excellent as well. The tech Matt was also great to work with - he’s very patient. And Sarah at the front desk was very helpful and sets you at ease. In short - everyone who works here is the BEST! The facility is clean & well organized. Outstanding PT experience. This is now my PT family for life!!

Positive experience: This is my second time to use Peak P T on Teasley Ln. Both times I have had Keely Bass as my primary physical therapist and it has been the best experience I could’ve imagined. This time around I was there for post-knee replacement rehab. I am thrilled that Keely was able to restore my mobility and improve my range of motion and function. I can also say I love her firm, yet gentle, rehab techniques that got me to my goal with minimum pain. She has a bubbly personality that had me looking forward to all my sessions. Let me also say this group of physical therapists, techs, and awesome office coordinator work together as a happy family and treated me as part of that family. Fantastic experience: Awesome experience at Peak Physical Therapy on Teasley!! This was my first time going to PT, and all of the staff did an excellent job helping me strengthen my body. Keely was my primary therapist, and I would highly recommend her to anyone, but especially women recovering from childbirth, as was my case. She coached me through tightening my core muscles, and I feel better than I have in years. I doubt many would look forward to having to return to physical therapy, but my husband and I aren’t finished having kids, and I know I’ll be well taken care of here again whenever my next postpartum phase occurs.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Peak Physical Therapy. Everyone here is very nice and do everything they can to be super helpful. Not only did my symptoms and issues get much better through the exercises they taught me, but they have also made sure I am set up to continue these exercises at home so I can be pain free for the long term. I appreciate everything that everyone here has done for me during my visits. I do highly recommend them for anyone needing physical therapy for any kind of issues.

Fantastic experience: After treating golfers elbow in both arms with rest and various suggestions found on YouTube, I finally caved and saw a physical therapist for help. Five weeks into my therapy prescribed by Marc, my forearms and elbows are well on the way to recovery. Marc's input was invaluable in understanding how to properly rehab. I found Marc to be very knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. I highly recommend him!

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Peak. Keely was my physical therapist and really helped to figure out a plan for my specific needs. One method we used was dry needling which helped tremendously. The entire staff is friendly, fun and supportive. Although I'm glad to have graduated today, I'm sad that i won't be seeing them all the time anymore.

Fantastic experience: Peak Physical Therapy did a great job for me. I had a total knee replacement and worked with Keely. She was awesome. I finished therapy today and I am able to get my knee to flex to 125 degrees on my own and 130 degrees with Keely pushing on it. I returned to the gym two weeks ago and last night was able to do squats with no pain or discomfort. Thank you Keely and Matt also for helping out.

The entire staff is so helpful, friendly, educated, but most of all caring. You can definitely tell they care about their patients getting better. Fantastic experience: Could not be happier. Woke up one day a few months ago with a "shoulder impingement", i.e. could not use my left arm anymore and I was in a great deal of pain. Marc and the crew at Peak PT were very thorough and genuinely cared about my recovery. Today I am 99% recovered and the 1% is up to me to commit to ongoing long term exercise. Highly recommend. Fantastic experience: I shed a few tears yesterday as I said goodbye to Keely, Sarah, Marcus, and Matthew. I had PT two or three times for the last four months, and they not only healed my knee from knee replacement, but helped lift my spirits, and heal my soul from three years of basically being isolated because of Covid and my leg and back pain. Sarah greets you as you walk in and within minutes you are being treated with a customized plan to help you heal and gain strength. Marcus is so knowledgeable and he asked more questions and gets more detail than any orthopedic doctor I had seen over the last three years, plus he’s a graduate of Texas Tech (like I am) Keely is so kind and attentive, and her smiling face with her dimples, just immediately lifts your spirits. Matthew is just a wonderful young man polite, helpful. This team of professional, fun people helped me heal my body and soul and I will forever grateful for their wonderful care.

Fantastic experience: Went through prehab after a torn acl. Then went on to have tkr on both knees within 8 months. The support staff is so kind and helpful. And I can’t say enough about the therapist. Marc stuck with me through it all. He helped me become mobile and confident, encouraging me and reminding me of the rehab process. Fantastic experience: I had complete knee surgery Sept 28. I had to learn how to walk again. Peak Therapy helped me both mentally and physically achieve my goals. By stretching muscles to make them stronger. I walked in with a walker. As I got better a cane, to finally walking good on my on. The complete staff are professional and know so many ways to get you up and working your problem area. You will be greeted with a hand shake every time you go to your appointment. That speaks volumes of the integrity of their business.

Fantastic experience: I came in with a problem with my hands. After 6 weeks of working with Marc, I'm able to play the piano and live my life again! The staff is consistently friendly and professional. When it was raining heavily outside, the staff carried umbrellas and escorted clients out the door to their cars, to keep us dry and safe.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with my physical therapy at this place. I have had knee injuries for years due to dancing and a car accident I had a while back. For years I went through knee pain and was very skeptical about going through physical therapy. This summer I finally decided to try physical therapy for the first time and it was life changing. I used to struggle going up the stairs, lifting my toddler and I definitely couldn't do any dancing without knee pain. However, after going there for two months I can do the things I couldn't do before and my legs are stronger than ever. I should have done this before, but I am so happy I went ahead and gave it a try. Marc and everyone there are so knowledgeable and professional and really care for the patients. If you have injuries and haven't tried physical therapy you definitely have to see them. This could change your life. Thanks for all your help.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Peak by my PCP after injuring my hand in a fall at home. The staff and interns were professional and personable and very knowledgeable. After 8 sessions I regained strength in my fingers and flexibility in my wrist.

Fantastic experience: I recently had shoulder rebuild surgery and knew going in that therapy was the key to recovery. The staff at the Denton office was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. They assured me from day 1 that I would be able to make a full recovery. To which I laughed because the thought of lifting my arm over my head was terrifying. Fantastic experience: I graduated! Mark was amazing! Sarah, at the desk is so sweet! And Anita really watched and made sure I was doing my stretches and exercises correctly, so I didn’t injure myself or waste my time. I discovered Peak Physical Therapy after going on the Nextdoor AP and asking for local referrals for PT for a frozen shoulder. After several recommendations, I decided to try them out abs I was very satisfied! Mark is easy going, laid back, and thorough! I heard him directing one of his PT techs to always ask and re-evaluate the patient. He doesn’t want each patient coming in and “just going through the motions”. Mark is very educated and has many credentials. Also, when he manipulates the injured area, he’s great at pushing through just enough for progress but not leaving you in pain! I went for six weeks. His PT gym is simple, inviting, and perfectly equipped. I am so confident that this staff can help any issue. This was my first time doing PT. I still do exercises and stretches at home to keep the flexibility I gained. It’s amazing how it works! You’ll love it at Peak!

Fantastic experience: I chose to have PT at this location as it was very close to where I live, and noticed they had great reviews. I have had a fantastic recovery! When you walk in the door, you immediately feel welcomed. The atmosphere is light and fun which is great if you happen to be in pain. I started physical therapy before I had surgery on my shoulder and I felt confident about my experience to continue PT with Marc. He is very attentive, knowledgeable and is great at explaining how and why certain exercises target the right areas. I realized that you have to trust the process as recovery is not always linear and you may have some bad days that feel like set backs. Those days feel like disappointments, like you're starting from the beginning again. Marc was great at being patient and adjusting my home exercises to my ability that week. Fantastic experience: I recently experienced a humerus proximal fracture. After healing and time for therapy, I decided to try Peak Therapy right in my own neighborhood. What a joy to step in, be greeted by Sarah, have Marc start treatment and see such amazing results. I cannot thank this team enough for such a kind welcome and great work. Negative experience: Nice place. nice people. There are you two stars. Buyer beware- $478.50 for one hour of Physical Therapy...maybe 20 minutes of attention and 40 minutes of your therapist calculating every treatment to bill you and your insurance company. When you try to reason with the billing department, good luck getting someone on the phone, good luck getting itemized bills. But I am being threatened with collections at the moment. Never again! Good luck with your injury.

Positive experience: I am so glad Peak was recommended by my doctor to learn the proper way to do some strength training exercises to help with osteopenia. Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable and professional. I worked mostly with Marc and Anita. Sarah was a big help with my billing and appointments.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Peak before and then after my shoulder surgery. I must report how satisfied I have been not only for the professional care bestowed, but how they take care of you as an individual. Marcus takes pride in knowing your specific condition, and makes sure you know how to exercise where most needed. Aside from the way Marcus and his staff take care of you, their facility is extremely clean and current with COVID protocols. Every time I walk out of there I feel refreshed and confident I received the very best physical therapy care.

Fantastic experience: I am 63 years old male and just recently went through a Robotic assistance Anterior Hip Replacement Surgery. My first 5 days I followed the instructions and exercises that the hospital recommended and to be perfectly honest based on the pain, stiffness and swelling I had from the surgery I could barely get out of bed and the pain level was between 8-9. I used a Home Health Group which did nothing for me in fact all they did was just follow the same exercise sheet that I received from the hospital which did not help at all. I request from my surgeon a better physical Therapy and they referred Me to PEAK PHYSICAL THERAPY IN DENTON. I called them explained my type of surgery, how long since the surgery and the pain level that I was in and they scheduled me for the next day. The day of my consultation, Marc asked a lot of questions and also answered a lot of my questions. After half hour of consultation he went to work on me with ice and heat, exercises and message at the end of an hour or more of working on me my hip pain the level had drop to 6.5 to 7. I walked in there with a walker and at the end of that 3 day of therapy I no longer needed a walker and started using my cane and by the 2nd visit of the following week I was no longer was using my cane and yes, the pain level had gone down considerably and I just kept improving every day due to the exercise’s and strengthening work out that Marc had laid out for me. Marc is very knowledgeable and takes time to understand the pain level, and the rehab that you need, and he continues to ask questions and encourages you in a positive manner not once did I ever feel rushed to get my exercises done because they may be taking too long. As a general rule I do not write reviews but in this case, I had to make an exception. PEAK PHYSICAL THERAPY IN DENTON went above and beyond and Marc and his staff were always very attentive and helpful throughout the hole process. Thank you, Marc and staff, for an amazing job!!! Fantastic experience: Great staff and physical therapists that truly build a program unique to your needs!! Mark and Juaquin were super responsive and did a terrific job of listening. They explain everything they are doing and why. Everything was transparent and accessible. I had some relatively minor Achilles and elbow issues that were impeding my progress to hit the gym and run like I wanted to. I've read some of the reviews here about long term issues they have resolved, so I guess they do it all. Big and small jobs alike. Very impressed and I would definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Peak Physical Therapy is not the "been there done that" stereotypical place I was expecting. It is outstanding, so get ready for results. Marcus, my therapist, was knowledgeable and skillful. He educated me about my back pain and how to mitigate it. He developed a therapy regime which has successfully reduced my back pain from a 10 down to a 1. The facilities and staff are welcoming and they practice social distancing. I recommend Marcus and Peak Physical Therapy without reservation. No need to suffer any longer. You will not be disappointed with the quality of therapy you receive.

Fantastic experience: I am an observer at this clinic and have learned a ton from the PT (Mark) and DPT student Juaquine. The staff is great and alway answer questions with great detail and great attitude. The environment in the clinic is always inviting and friendly. Sarah, the front desk person, is always great about working with my availability and tries her best with coordinating time for everyone to be able to get hours. In all it is a great clinic for observation and physical therapy and I highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: Mark, Sarah, and Joaquin have been excellent in the treatment of my post-surgical care and rehabilitation. I completed almost 16 weeks of therapy with them and can honestly say I have never had one complaint. In fact, I’ve recommended several people to their clinic. They are flexible, easy to work with, understanding, knowledgeable, and compassionate. And they have gone above and beyond several times to ensure I was provided with the absolute best care.

Fantastic experience: I have been blown away from day 1 at Peak physical therapy. From the customer service received via telephone inquiry to the outstanding rehabilitation of both my knee replacements. I was frustrated with therapy prior to finding a Marc and his staff. His recommended work has improved my stamina, making it possible for me to return to work as a nurse on my feet for 12 hour shifts, as well as gaining the strength i need that was lost after my surgeries for daily living. Would highly recommend to both friends and family!! The personal attention from the staff here is what sets them apart from all the rest.

Fantastic experience: It’s difficult to say enough good things about My Denton Peak Physical Therapy experience. Marc is highly skilled, compassionate and attentive. He helped me improve ankle range of motion after a total ankle replacement surgery. He also helped me to strengthen my lower back, thighs and hips. Those parts had been impaired by 50 years of walking & working out with an impaired ankle (from a 1967 car wreck). Marc can help with ANY joint and demonstrates knowledge of how they all work in tandem with each other. I’m continuing the exercises he taught me at home and I’m sure I’ll reach my personal goal of long walks and hiking! The place is clean and well organized; and the entire staff from front desk manager to the PT intern assistants work together to support Marc’s work and to ensure the comfort and encouragement of all patients. Hope I never need another surgery-but if I do I will return to Peak in Denton!

Fantastic experience: This changed my life! I had been suffering from back pain for 10+ yrs and it got worse after the birth of my son. I relied on pain meds to get me through the days. My goal was to be able to pick up my 1yr old son (was in so much pain I couldn’t). Marc far surpassed that goal and my expectations. Within just a few sessions I noticed significant changes and was able to pick up my son with minimal pain. Then within 3 weeks, I had zero pain with any activity - picking up my son, running, P90x, biking. I no longer have to take pain meds. Marc was professional, personable and knowledgeable. That actual sessions were great and taught me so much but it’s also really important to do the exercises they recommend at home too. This is probably one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. I am so thankful to Marc and his wonderful team!!

Fantastic experience: I received excellent care from the physical therapist! I had a neck issue and within a few treatments, my pain was gone. The staff is kind and very accommodating to the patients.

Fantastic experience: After my horse fell on me, I was afraid and in severe lumbar pain. My ortho recommended PT, and my pain was reduced after the first session. Marc talked me through the entire care plan, adapted to my abilities, and made sure I knew how to reduce the pain on my own if it came back. I may be partial, but the value of this therapy is undeniable. Would recommend Marc to anyone, regardless of identity or their past PT trauma.

Fantastic experience: After a lake injury I had lost mobility in my right shoulder, was not able to lift my arm to remove clothing. I met with Marc and he assessed me and gave me 3 exercises to complete 3 times a day for 6 weeks. After 3 weeks I was able to have complete mobility. Several months later I still use those exercises to stretch and increase the mobility. I am so glad to have his expertise.

Fantastic experience: I had the first of 2 total knee replacements done in January and the second in June. I really did my research on rehab facilities know that the key to recovery is rehab. I chose Peak because it was a new facility with new equipment and their other locations had a good rep. The experience with rehabbing my first knee was outstanding. Marc is knowledgeable and professional. We worked hard, but not to the point of overdoing it. When COVID interrupted our schedule, Marc and staff quickly implemented protocols to make the facility safe for all. I start rehab on knee 2 in a couple weeks and am actually looking forward to seeing everyone again. Yes, I am looking forward to rehab. Go figure.
