Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Velocity Physical Therapy. The staff is friendly and professional. I enjoyed the rapport amazing the staff. Erica did a great job assessing what I needed each time, even when I did something that caused a setback in my strengthening, she helped me through it. I feel much stronger and balanced now. I am also thankful for the app so I can keep going at home.

They go the extra mile to ensure all your therapy is tailored to your specific needs! I've gotten more information & details regarding my situation, than I ever received in the past. It's audiable, visual & physical learning & training. They receive a 5+ star rating from me.

She is so easy to talk to, very funny which make awkward moments a little more bearable, and does a great job explaining what she is doing both before and as she is doing it. Fantastic experience: The atmosphere of the North Denton office is lighthearted and makes PT fun, even when they’re putting you through the wringer with exercises. Sidney was enjoyable to work with and really knowledgeable with her therapy, individualizing my plan for exactly what we needed.

Negative experience: They no longer accept United Healthcare. Ok, I understand working with insurance is difficult, but my mother, who is 83, went in for her first assessment on Monday and the physical therapist wasn't there, she went home for an emergency. My mother goes back on Tuesday and thats when they finally tell her. This is stressful for old people. How can you improve? Tell them on the phone before they show up.

Fantastic experience: This location is easy to get to, easy to park. Great people from the receptionist to the therapists. I am very happy going here and will continue to do so and suggest them to others.

Anna has not only addressed what my primary concern but other relates factors that will improve my overall well-being. Also, the whole place feels clean and well cared for. She went above and beyond explaining things to me, giving me good recommendations, and made me feel very comfortable. Gave me enough time to ask any questions without feeling rushed. Fantastic experience: I was very nervous to start pelvic floor physical therapy at first, but it quickly became a highlight of my weeks because everyone here is so fun to be around. It was so much easier to relax during pelvic exams here versus other doctor’s offices I’ve been to because (1) the office and exam rooms are very cozy and comfortable and (2) Anna and Sydney always make sure you feel comfortable and safe during exams. I made so much progress while I was here that I don’t think I could have ever done on my own. Unfortunately, I had to move before I could finish there, but I will always be grateful for my experience here. Anna, Sydney, Natalie, and Kristina have made the last 10 months of physical therapy so enjoyable and I highly recommend anyone who needs pelvic floor therapy to go here!
