Fantastic experience: Dr Austin was THE BEST! my elbow and arm was giving me grief for months. Anti inflammatory meds DID NOT WORK so I went in to see if this could be remedied before I went ahead with steroid shots. OMG.. after 2 sessions I could sleep again and now its 1000xs better but you got to do the activities. Thank you Austin.

Fantastic experience: I’d been dealing with lots of hip pain for almost a year and went to Airrosti and was treated by VanPoole. He was SO friendly, got to know me, and made Airrosti such a good experience! I was apprehensive to go at first thinking I would leave with more pain and would have to keep going back like a Chiropractor. The treatment is like no other, I never left with major discomfort and the exercises were easy to remember and truly helped. I was there for a total of 4 sessions and I thought it would take me longer than that. Now I’m back to doing daily tasks and doing the things I love without pain! Gonna be honest, I was happy and sad to be discharged, amazing office!!

Negative experience: I have seen Landon off and on for several years with great success. The last time I received treatment I brought in my X-rays on my phone of my knees with knee and calf discomfort.I even had the area of pain marked off with several Marxalot colors, not on my ankle btw. When I left I paid the amount requested. I later received a bill for an additional amount and after back and forth with the office they concluded that the xtra cost was due to a coding error, said it was coded as an ankle pain. They said they would correct the error, later I received another email with a bill as if I never spoke with their representative. I started the process all over. Today I received an email and it said that it wouldn't matter if there was a coding I should pay extra, why didn't they just charge the right amount when I checked out, there was no insurance involved. This is a shake down and I am never going back and will not recommend Arrosti to anyone....

Negative experience: Dr. Poole was okay. He did some Arosti techniques which kinda helped. He is a chiropractor so I asked for an adjustment as well, he agreed. Nearing the end of the session he declined to do the adjustment. He then sat at his computer to book another appointment. I am a cash customer and $225 per visit and not get an adjustment just not cool. Not going back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Poole fixed my pain in just a 3-4 sessions. He took his time with me in diagnosing the sickness and fixed it. He was caring and spent an ample amount of time listening to me. He recommended exercises which played an important role in my healing, I recommend Dr. Poole and will go there again. Fantastic experience: Before coming to Airrosti, I had gone to my PCP, who diagnosed me with osteoarthritis, referred me to an orthopedic surgeon, and prescribed me some pain medicine. I had been to Airrosti several years ago when my insurance wouldn’t cover it, but it was so effective that I was willing to pay for it this time, even if my insurance wouldn’t cover it again. I was thrilled to find out that it was covered by insurance this time! Dr. Van Poole at Airrosti helped me get back to my old self after a bad fall that left both knees badly injured! He took the time with each visit to assess my pain, discuss what activities I do that cause it to hurt worse, and then worked his magic! He used manual therapy and physical therapy to relieve the pain and teach me exercises to practice at home to continue to heal. After only three visits, I no longer feel the pain. I can lift weights and do squats again, and the best part is…no need for surgery or pain meds anymore!

Fantastic experience: My fun and function has returned thanks to Dr. Van Poole's methodology! The app and exercises help me maintain pain-free movement now that my rehab (4 appointments) are complete. If pain returns, the stretches and strength exercises, he taught me, relieve it. Dr Van Poole's treatment relieved pain and swelling from a long term injury. Wish I had known about this years ago!

Fantastic experience: Great experience with my Golfers Elbow. 3 visits and I feel good enough to golf again. Prior to going, I tried steriods (no success), had an MRI, went to an Orthopedic Dr and explored PRP (platelet-rich plasma) treatment but the reviews were 50/50 on whether it actually worked, surgery (which I really wanted to avoid) and finally heard about how Airrosti treated a friend's similar condition without surgery and only therapy. BAM! Fixed!

Fantastic experience: I'd give them six stars if I could. My muscles were so tight it hurt when Dr. Can Poole worked on me but man, was I grateful. Went from hardly walking to bending down past my knees in one visit. Better still were the practical stretching exercises to keep you getting better. Try them - they're the best.

Fantastic experience: I was very impressed with the whole place. The only negative I have to say is that they did not take my insurance (medicare advantage), but in the long run, the cost was worth it. Dr. Van Poole took the time to really listen to me, asking questions to narrow down the source of the pain. He always explained beforehand what he was going to do, and checked frequently along the way that I was doing okay. He gave me exercises and stretches to do at home and checked back at each appointment to make sure that the exercises were accomplishing what was needed. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience!! My daughter is a multi sport athlete and has been dealing with ongoing knee pain for months. The typical icing, taping and bracing was no longer helping. Fantastic experience: My experience was fantastic! Dr. Van Poole found the source of my pain, started me on a handful of exercises to isolate and work on the area. In just a few days after one visit I feel like new. Great service & great results!!

Fantastic experience: These guys fixed in a couple sessions my hamstring problems that weren't resolved by six months of physical therapy. Similar great results with restoring flexibility to my repaired Achilles tendon. Every athlete should have these guys on speed dial.

Fantastic experience: Best therapy place ever. Special thanks to Dr. Gray. I feel like I went from zero to 100.

Negative experience: I came in with torticollis. The chiropractor was extremely aggressive and when tears were rolling down my cheeks against my will, he did not stop or try a different approach, just condescendingly told me it would be painful. He pressed down on my neck several times to test the pain level (it was excruciating, a 9). At the end of the session, he stood behind me and asked if "I wanted to see something neat." I said, "um, sure." He took this as permission to press down on my neck again, this time without warning, which caused all of my muscles to tense up painfully again, undoing any progress. He blamed me for "anticipating pain." He then told me to ice several times a day for the next week. My doctor said at a follow up appointment that heat is the treatment for torticollis - it softens the muscle spasms. Ice stiffens muscles, making the condition worse. At a follow up with a Rolfer, she said she gets multiple clients a week that she has to rehab from their overly aggressive treatment at Airrosti. She proceeded to very gently manipulate my neck and shoulders in a way that caused no pain and increased space and lessened discomfort. I wish I had never gone to Airrosti. If any good can come of it, it is to warn off similarly suffering people. Other in-town professionals made it clear that the "treatment" I received was not the appropriate care for my condition.

Fantastic experience: I was going to traditional physical therapy after my ankle surgery per my doctor's orders but felt I needed something more aggressive. Since I was a recent patient before with Airrosti I decided to give it a try. I was about 3 months post op when I first went to Dr. Yazmin Ruvalcaba. I had some relief, but I bruised and was really sore afterwards which is very expected since I was still recovering from my surgery. Dr. Ruvalcaba listened to all my concerns and focused on the areas I needed help with recovering. Alliston helped with my stretching and gave me exercises that helped with my strength and flexibility. Overall I went to 4-5 treatments. My ultimate goal was to get back to running and I'm happy to say I've completed two 5ks and a 5 miler since I "graduated" from treatment. I'm so excited and I don't think my progress would be where it is if it wasn't for Dr. Ruvalcaba and the Airrosti team! I hope she sees this to let her know she played a huge role in my recovery!

Fantastic experience: Stabbing pain in the scapula area and coming over the shoulder when golfing for my son. Aching all the time. Heard from three others about Airrosti (one with sprang ankle, one with knee injury, one with back pain). So, we decided to give them a shot before going to Dr. House. They worked on him for 3 visits and he was able to play golf throughout. So, my son seems to be another success story story. Thanks Airrosti.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Leonva she’s is the Best! I had major pain in my knee and every appointment my knee approved and because of her. I didn’t have to get a major surgery. Because she did her part and now I’m walking with no pain. She’s kind and she sweet and she’s listen to her patients and she becomes a friend more than a doctor. And that’s is win for me . Fantastic experience: My Son is the most recent to visit Airrosti. He is 13 and had severs disease from really fast growth. He was in a lot of pain. Just three visits later paired with homework and he is a lot better. He can now run without pain. The wife and I have been as well. We have always been very satisfied with the service. We have used Dr Christi and Dr Leonova. Both were awesome.

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from back pain for 2 years. I found out it wasn't my back but my hip. After 4 sessions I was pain free. I still do the exercises given to me to maintain mobility. Then I developed painful tennis elbow. Again, given the exercises it improved. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic experience: Dr Gray was amazing. Both my wife and I have gone to him and by the second visit we graduated and were able to move again. He really listens and gets right to the meat of the problem and fixes it. He will even tell you that if he can't get it done in three visits then it's beyond his abilities and will get you to the right place to fix your problem. He also noticed that I was have another issue, and since he did such a great job with the first problem I'm going to let him fix the other.

Fantastic experience: 12 Years of back pain from highschool sports to 30 years old. I saw one other chiropractor to get relief from a car wreck but it only temporarily helped my lower back. I am 2 weeks out of treatment and still feel much better than before. The adjustments were good, the soft tissue work while painful was much needed. I beleive the exercises will strengthen my compensation muscles enough to return to the gym and get my fitness back in check.

Fantastic experience: We've taken both of our sons here for ankle injuries and been very pleased each time. The treatments and strengthening exercises have been very effective and the doctors and staff communicate very well. Each time they have helped us understand the nature of the injury, what they are doing to treat it and provided realistic time frames for return to action. I recommend this office highly.

Fantastic experience: I injured my right shoulder while exercising, had myself convinced it was a rotator injury. Dr. Gray has treated my son for several football injuries. Dr. Gray and his staff were amazing. No rotator tear, after 3 treatments I'm pain free and back at it. Airrosti is the real deal, there is some minor pain involved in treatment, but Dr. Gray will fix you, not just treat symptoms. Can't say enough good things.

Fantastic experience: I've been to Airrosti twice now. The first time was for knee pain with Dr. Christy. He did an excellent job, and turns out it wasn't my knee that was causing the issue, it was my hip/calf. Got me back to jogging within a month! My most recent visit was for low back pain, and I saw Dr. Gray. Again, not actually my back causing the issue, but my hip. It's amazing how they can work with you for a few minutes and cause such drastic improvements. Follow their instructions and home exercises, and the results are amazing. Much better than conventional doctors, and taking medications. They are all about getting you back to your normal activities and exercise.

Fantastic experience: Dr Christy and Cara are THE best! I thought my tennis days were over when I came to them in so much pain. Fantastic experience: When I first started treatment at AIRROSTI, I was in a great deal of hip pain- to the point of losing sleep night after night. I made an appointment with Dr. Gray, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I have made for my health and mobility. Dr. Gray always answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained the work he would do. He set-up a plan for me to work on at home and always made sure I was performing the stretches and exercises correctly. The personalized plan combined with in-office treatment were key to recovery. I have since received care for plantar fasciitis and in less than 4 visits I am back to walking pain free. Fantastic experience: My daughter plays basketball and dance, before coming to see Dr. Marina Leonova I took my daughter to see a regular chiropractor and it didn't help my daughter's hip flexor injury pain and they suggested she stop playing both sports to rest... Fantastic experience: MAGICAL! Airrosti was recommended to me by a co-worker and the one word she used to describe them was magical. Fantastic experience: Dr. Gray is an amazing chiropractor. I had nerve numbness running down my arm that woke me up at night, and his adjustments along with the physical therapy take-home exercises fixed a problem that had been bothering me for 6 months. In three visits! I definitely recommend Dr. Gray and his physical therapists.

Fantastic experience: I had a really great experience at the Airrosti in Denton. Beautiful office, friendly and compitent staff, doctors and physical therapists. I went in for knots and pain in my shoulders and shoulder blade. The doctor administered firm pressure to areas in my back, pecs and strangly, my arm pits. The pressure helped the muscles release. Then the therapist gave me a bunch of excersizes do do at home. So now i don't have to go back in to their office anymore because i can do the excersizes at home and i am pain free.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gray's treatment, along with the exercises, ice, and tape, helped heal my long-term SI problems. I was in pain for years, mainly when getting up from a chair or from bed. Dr. Gray explained the problem, as I always wondered what was really wrong. I now know what exercises to do and the correct posture to keep the problem from coming back. I would recommend Airrosti to anyone who wants to get to the ROOT of the problem, not just a bandaid!

Fantastic experience: I pulled a muscle in my glutes and I couldn’t even get out of the chair. Fantastic experience: My son was diagnosed with sever's disease and had suffered through the pain for a couple of months, limiting his range of motion in both feet. Fantastic experience: I love it here. Everytime I come in they fix me right up very fast. I run track and I have really bad hamstrings, and even came in for my sprained ankle once and I always leave feeling so much better. After fixing me up they give me great stretches to do and home. It’s great!! I recommend this to every athlete.

Fantastic experience: I went to airrosti I couldnt move my left shoulder at all. I had a car 6 years ago, and nobody would do anything for it. So my pain management dr.told me to start going there. The first day I was in so much pain I didnt want anyone to touch it. But with them working on it and my doing the exercises at home. My shoulder have never felt better. I am back to being me again. I would definitely tell everyone if you are having pain anywhere and you cant work through it. Give Arrosti a try, they are very nice and very professional. Fantastic experience: I was at the point where the doc told me it looked like I was going to have to have cervical spine injury. I had heard of Airrosti from a few friends and decided to give it a try to eliminate all options before choosing surgery. Fantastic experience: I broke my hip and wrist in 2017...Luckily, surgery wasn’t required, but I knew I had to build strength to optimize my body as I got older. I’m in my mid 30’s and decided to take up Powerlifting! A broken hip was no match for the pain I began to feel as all of my imbalances began surfacing. After months of pain, I could no longer lift. Seeing Dr. Gray was the best thing I could’ve done. The treatment was NO FUN but totally worth it if you’re an athlete and need to get back to your program ASAP! Chastity was my exercise therapist and assigned me stretches tailored to my issues to continue to improve upon my gains and flexibility. Now I’m training for my first Strongman Competition! Fantastic experience: The staff here is incedible. Their soft tissue treatment was the only thing that helped to relieve neck pain that I had been suffering from for over a year. Chloe at the front desk does an outstanding job of making the patients feel comfortable and keeping the check-in/payment process as painful as possible. Dr. Leonova is pretty amazing... she does NOT keep things as painful as possible , but that is part of the treatment. She was very thorough in explaining the source of my pain and what steps we would take to get rid of it. Jason W in rehab was an important part of my healing in the education of exercises that were prescribed and helping me make sure I am doing everything I can in-between appointments to ensure quick results. I recommend Airrosti to anyone struggling with painful issues! You will not regret it. I am thankful for all they did for me!!!

Fantastic experience: What can I say about Dr. Leonova other than that she is truly amazing. She patiently answered my many questions and treated me with a level of professionalism and skill that is lacking from some of the other establishments I have visited. Jason not only showed me all the ropes of exercises needed to speed my recovery, but he was delightfully engaging to work with.
