Negative experience: This company is not cooperating with insurance and me to get records. My accident was 2 months ago and they still won’t give records on my injury.. they act like they don’t know what’s going on when I ask question and they ignore me over the phone in silence. And they constantly make me repeat myself when I talk to them. But service while treated the was good to my knowledge. But their interaction with people is poor over the phone and email exc..

Negative experience: Absolute scam. A tens unit and an automatic massage table that scraped my spine for a shoulder injury. What? Also worth noting that if you're scheduled here by your lawyer to include an Uber they will consistently delay arrangement, making appointments over an hour late and send rides that smell so strongly of cigarettes I feel physically ill and between that and the spine scraping I feel worse than before said appointment.
