Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing care! They meet you at your needs without judgement but only encouragement! PT diagnosed my problem before I even got my MRI and she was right! Appreciate the entire team! If your insurance doesn’t cover them…pay cash! You won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: I love this place! Every Physical Therapist I saw was very helpful and all had consistent plans for my shoulder. I went to them for shoulder pain but also had bad vertigo and they were able to cure it. They will forever be where I go for physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: From the front office staff to the physical therapists and aides / student workers, I have nothing but good things to say! Esmerelda always greeted me by name and was cheerful and polite. Jessica and Ashleigh always made sure to explain every exercise and intention clearly, ask questions, monitor my pain level, and celebrate my progress - Jessica even took the time to make sure I could clearly dictate to my next PT my progress / the plan moving forward for my move out of state. All of the aides were super polite and professional - I usually worked with Calvin and he always made a point to ask how I was doing. Cannot recommend Performance and especially the staff and the Sacramento location enough!!

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough positive words about the staff at Performance Physical Therapy in East Sac. I worked closely with Jen and Ian on a hip injury sustained in a very embarrassing matter that we laughed about all the time. After a few months, my pain improved about 90%. I returned about six months later to rehab from a surgery and was happy to be back with Jen once again. Jen is great at pushing me without feeling like I am being pressured which was helpful in getting me back to healthy quickly. The staff have great attitudes and it’s obvious they enjoy what they do. The next time I seriously injure myself by being a klutz, I‘ll be heading to Performance to rehab whatever I have broken/torn/busted.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say this is the best place that I have physical therapy at I feel safe and comfortable they take the coronavirus serious always cleaning wiping down this is my favorite place to be I would rather be here than anywhere else people r great

Fantastic experience: I injured my knee at work and was prescribed physical therapy to get my knee healed. I never really understood physical therapy and thought of it as a benign process, until I actually needed it. Through this experience, I was not only on the road to recovery, but learned a lot about my body and the way it works. Not only did the physical therapists help my knee, they educated me, and provided really great motivation and continued support throughout the entire process. The environment is very comfortable and I never felt pressured through any exercises. The staff are very friendly and know what they are doing. I highly recommend this establishment and encourage those who are skeptical, to really give physical therapy a shot. John

Fantastic experience: This was my first time ever going to Physical Therapy. I was having issues with my neck, waking up with terrible pain every morning and daily discomfort for 6 months prior. Ian, the PT, was very helpful with figuring out why this was happening and very friendly and comfortable to talk to. After the 1st session, I started meeting with Jen. Jen was extremely knowledgeable and utilized various methods and therapies to help ease the pain and also to strengthen my neck. I really appreciated that they weren’t trying to just put a band aide over my issues, but truly help figure out the root of the problem and help me fix it. I always felt very comfortable walking in to my appointments and enjoyed everyone that works there. My pain is practically (unbelievably!) gone now! I do continue to practice the home stretches, since I still stare at my computer daily, but my pain went from an avg 7-8/10 to 0-1/10 and I am very thankful! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: They’re all respectful, helpful, cheerful and very knowledgeable. Make sure you’re comfortable with, the exercises and check on you comfort throughout the routine. All around great people. I know because they put up with me.

Fantastic experience: My physical therapy requirements are carefully discussed, Warm Pool my First choice. I enjoyed recumbent cycling when it proved helpful. My knee may need repair so therapy is modified based on weekly progress and/or impairment that I caused during the previous week and/or month. Every consideration is applied based on my input and physical abilities. I choose to continue with this Medical Team until I cannot or no longer achieve gains (age means change sometimes quickly) or sufficient benefits. Friendly capable staff and Therapists mean I feel welcome and that my health is paramount; their highest goals!!!!

Fantastic experience: All the staff here are so wonderful! Front desk staff is always nice and accommodating if I have to reschedule my appointment. Remembers my name and things we discuss at appointments. PTs are knowledgeable and professional. I have to drive 25 minutes from home but it's worth it!

Fantastic experience: Performance physical therapy Sacramento has the best physical therapists . I have been seeking help for a long time now with on going injuries from being a runner and this is the only place I have been able to find relief and am finally starting to feel better! Any injury I have they know what to do to help me recover. They are Always friendly and I actually like coming to physical therapy. My physical therapist Jen is amazing and so patient with me! If you actually want to see results and heal from injuries you should go here !
