Negative experience: Dr. Dennis Nguyen UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE. I went in for a physical and drug screen the Dr there is EXTREMELY RUDE! Didn’t even see me yet just looked at me up and down told I was “too over weight and my BMI is high DMV takes weight serious come back in 3months” I went into bathroom to do my drug test (urine test) and I couldn’t believe how rude he was just looking me up and down telling me that?! I was in the bathroom literally crying. The nurse was rushing me bc it was there lunch time. I finally gathered myself and came out the restroom by that time the nurse left to lunch and it was just the Dr. Sitting at the front desk looking annoyed. He walks me to the examine room finally checks me, my breathing, my eyes, then my hearing, all okay. Then proceeds to tell me rushing me out “my ears are dirty I need to clean them” hands me papers says to “come back in 3months” walks me out to lock the door behind so he can go on lunch. This Dr is so unprofessional and disrespectfully rude. This experience ruined my first day of truck school that went very well to ALL BAD. I was so sad cried myself all the way home, so stressed out to the point I gave up and called my school to drop trucking school all together.

Dr. Dennis Nyugen is the best, no nonsense straight shooter. Their front desk's customer service is top notch also. I'd lost my CDL renewal notice from the DMV and the front desk helped me out and answered all my questions. They pointed me to the (CDL) DMV in West Sacramento, on Evergreen Ave. where there was also no wait or appointment. I was done with both my DOT Physical and with the DMV in less than an hour. First class VIP treatment for just $50-$75 (price depends on the day of the week) you won't find that anywhere else guaranteed.

Negative experience: Waste of time and Money. 50 dollars gone. Dr is full of it. Chiropractic Adjustment was 5 minutes long, barely did anything. Do not reccomend this place.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Dennis is very knowledgeable and helps educate patients about alternative options to maximize health results. I take my young athletic teens to him to get treatments, back adjustments, and check ups that help their bodies stay healthy and recover from intense workouts.

Negative experience: The only positive thing about this place is the secretary has a Sweet Disposition. There is a few reasons why this place is one of the cheapest in town for a DOT physical. When I was waiting to see the "doctor" for 45 minutes a gentleman was in there complaining to them about his paperwork saying DMV would not accept it. I should have walked out then but I already paid. So I go back to see the "doctor" and my blood pressure was reading a little high which is ironic because I see a real doctor a couple times a year and I don't have any blood pressure issues. So the "doctor" goes into some spill about taking an IV vitamin C flush which will lower my blood pressure instantly and get a two-year physical. At first I entertained it although there was really no chance I was going to let this guy put an IV in my arm until he told me the price, $200. So basically you can pay them $250 if you want a two-year DMV physical. Not a bad price until you research the medical certificates on the wall and recognize that they're offered in other countries and only online. So I politely declined the offer and head over to DMV to spend 4 hours of my day to update my DOT medical information. 4 hours later I hand over my paperwork only for them to highlight a section and say we can't update your information until the "doctor" correctly fills out this form. Okay I should have known when the other gentleman that was complaining about his DMV paperwork so rather than be upset about it I looked them up and thank goodness they're open that weekend on Saturday. So I wake up early as DMV is open on Saturday now and head on down to their office to get it sorted out hoping that I can still fix this before I have to work on Monday. And wouldn't you know it, I get there and there's a few other people standing outside pointing at the hours of operation that says they're open but the door is locked and the lights are off. So I called their phone number, goes straight to voicemail, mailbox full. So come Monday I have to go in there and tell my boss about the quack pot "doctor" that screwed up my DMV paperwork and basically I'm not able to drive. He sends me home I head over to the doctor and he gives me abs apology and tells me good luck, doesn't offer any compensation for screwing me over... so my only option left is to vent on Google. Do yourself a favor pay 10 extra dollars and go get your medical certificate from a legitimate doctor. You've been warned!

Negative experience: Bought a groupon for lazer hair removal, which is a BAIT & SWITCH!!!!! They do not do lazer hair removal they have an IPL machine that does not permanently remove hairs, in fact it doesn't remove hairs at all. The receptionist redeemed my groupon without explaining this. 100% false advertisement. Not to mention I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes before the "nurse" came to the front desk to explain the services which I declined. And now I'm having a hell of a time getting my money refunded back from groupon. Any merchant that lies about their services isn't one I would recommend or EVER give my business. Save your time and money and go somewhere credible.

Negative experience: Got my DOT exam done here. The Doctor left blanks on my exam and i got denied for my ambulance license. Went back for him to fix it and there wasnt even a doctor there during their business hours so i have to come back AGAIN to get it done. Very frustrating experience.

Fantastic experience: Fastest service I have ever recieved for a DOT physical. I did a walk in with no appointment and was seen in less than 30 min. Dr. Nguyen is friendly and fast! Will definitely be going here for years to come. Not to mention the price is alot lower than other facilities at $50 you can't beat it.

Fantastic experience: It was super easy! DOT Physical was $50 flat and we were in and out in about 30. I don’t know about all the other stuff they do but if your looking to please the DMV, this one is perfect.

Positive experience: It's a great place but be very careful about cryotherapy. IT IS NOT THE MACHINE YOU WALK IN! It is a spot treatment machine. I would suggest changing the picture on groupon and in the details explain what machine you are using.
