Oakbend Physical Therapy - Fairfield

Fantastic experience: I had a preconceived notion when I first came here. Thought it would be super hard and uncomfortable. Madison made my fears melt away. She asked questions, LISTENED and made me feel like she really cared & understood. I highly recommend Madison and Oakbend Physical Therapy. All of the people there are friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate and easy to work with.

Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough positive things about my overall experience with Oakbend Physical Therapy. Madison treated me for a shoulder injury and was so patient, kind, and encouraging throughout my treatment. She developed an at-home regimen for me which was both easy to follow and challenging enough to complement my recovery regimen. I actually cried when it was time to ‘graduate’ from PT sessions as Madison and I had developed a very sweet bond during our time together. The entire staff and facility are amazing too. If I ever have to do PT again this will be the FIRST place I go to!

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed working with Madison Nagy so much! She is very patient and supportive and is great at not only explaining how to do each exercise, but also how it is helping to strengthen and heal your body. I am so grateful to be pain free and excited to be engaging in activities that I’ve had to pass on for a long time.

Fantastic experience: After having physical therapy a few years ago for my shoulder at Oakbend Physical Therapy, I decided to go back after knee replacement surgery. I had the pleasure of working with Madison Nagy and I have to say I hated when my therapy ended! She was such a ray of sunshine at every appointment! She was very attentive and made sure I was doing my exercises correctly as to not hurt myself at home. I seemed to have improved at every appointment and was constantly praised for my efforts. Everyone was extremely friendly! I highly recommend Oakbend PT on Mueschke Road in Cypress TX. Be sure and ask for Madison!!!

Fantastic experience: Started working with Tara to help me get through post-surgical spinal rehabilitation one month after undergoing lower lumbar L5-S1 spinal fusion surgery. Tara not only helped me achieve a total surgical recovery, but she helped me to come back even stronger than I was before my surgery. The staff is super welcoming, always helpful, and easy scheduling. Fairfield PT absolutely earns full 5-stars and I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: After having a not so great experience with another physical therapy clinic nearby, we were so lucky to find Oakbend for my daughter's knee recovery. Tara was absolutely amazing with her...so patient, but also challenging her to make progress. It is bittersweet that my daughter has now been cleared from PT cause she'll miss her time there, but we are so very grateful.

Fantastic experience: I have been to another physical therapy place in Cypress so I have something to compare to. Oakbend is easy to make appointments with, the therapy is one on one, the parking is great. Jessie is my therapist and she is beyond wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I went to Oakbend Physical Therapy (Fairfield) after rotator cuff surgery. It’s a rare find to have one-on-one with the therapist by your side for the ENTIRE session. They are skillful, compassionate, and truly motivated to get you better. I highly recommend Oakbend for your PT needs.

Fantastic experience: Have been a patient at Oak Bend for 3 years off and on for various medical issues. As a medical professional I was very impressed with the care given to me. There are not enough words to express the excellent care and attention I received from Laurence and Kristen. The office staff, Katie, was wonderful scheduling around my other appointments and surgeries. They were impressive with the care they give utilizing the one to one treatments. I have recommended this facility to several other friends in the area and they were all very impressed and have returned when the need arose.

Fantastic experience: Best experience I have ever had! Laurence takes the time to treat patients properly. He is very knowledgeable. After a few sessions I have had incredible improvements with back and should pain I have dealt with for years. Laurence has provided various tips to improve my form when exercising and provided new exercises and techniques to improve my strength. I have recommended him to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I've been seeing Tara for about a month now and she's so wonderful! She's both an amazing person and physical therapist that obviously loves her patients and job. I totally love coming to see her, and I've had huge improvements in my sciatica pain. You're the best! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I started going to Oakbend Physical Therapy- Fairfield from March to December of 2020 after my torn achilles surgery. Jenny was my physical therapist and she was awesome. She pushed me and helped me manage expectations for my recovery. The facility was also nice and extremely clean and the rest of the staff was a pleasure to interact with. I’d definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for PT.

Fantastic experience: I was working with a different PT office after knee surgery; for a month. One on one interaction was unheard of. I would see a different person every time and they'd just put me on a workout machine. I wasn't getting anywhere with the inflammation nor the recovery process. I finally ditched them and went to Oakbend PT. I met Jenny & Chris. I worked with Jenny. Jenny is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about physical recovery after injuries. I didn't think I'd run again. It took me a few months to feel like myself. I'm for ever indebted to her; I'm jogging again as if I never had surgery.

Fantastic experience: Jenny Nguyen was my therapist for about 3 months. They say Dynomite comes in small packages. That’s Jenny 100 %. I came to her 2 months after my surgery cause my doctor thought his nurse already had me doing therapy. That wasn’t the case. Jenny worked with me for For several months to the point of having a better bend in my Left knee than my right knee.which was also replaced. She worked her small fingers in areas I would have never believed. I always told her I enjoyed massages cause it really took the pain away. I highly recommend her as a therapist. Rodney Crosby

Fantastic experience: Everyone I interacted with at Oakbend Physical Therapy - Fairfield was friendly and professional. It is a very pleasant and encouraging environment. I spent almost two months working one on one with my PT Andrew Skellie twice a week. He is very knowledgeable, personable and encouraging. I genuinely enjoyed my sessions and with Andrew's expert guidance, I was able to progress and rebuild my strength more quickly than expected after my ACL surgery.

Fantastic experience: Oakbend Physical Therapy helped me recover from my first knee replacement surgery so successfully that I scheduled my second knee surgery 12 weeks after the first. Laurence was so supportive and professional. He made a process that I was dreading initially into a high point of my recovery. I absolutely recommend Oakbend and Laurence for PT!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Oak Bend Physical Therapy. I had a torn rotator cuff, bicep and labrum tear. My rehab was extra challenging due to a previous spinal cord injury which limited my ability to do typical shoulder exercises. My therapist, Chris Nguyen was creative and found ways to adapt the exercises so I could be successful. He taught me the proper way to do my stretches and exercises and educated me on how to avoid future injuries. I highly recommend Chris and the caring team at Oak Bend.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Completed 3 months of PT with Chris Nguyen after my rotator cuff and bicep tendon repair. He knows his shoulders. I preferred the one on one care and attention. The facility is great and the staff is amazing!

Fantastic experience: I first started with Fairfield in 2016 after a knee replacement with Laurence. It was my first time with one on one Physical Therapy and was amazed at the results I gained in this environment. 2018, I had a Hip Replacement and was set on going back to Fairfield. That's when I met Chris Nguyen. His outside the box methods yielded insane results because he not only treated the surgery, but treated the misalignment of compensation my body adapted to prior to the surgery. Each time I reached a goal, Chris pushed me to go beyond the goal. I can't thank Chris or the staff at Fairfield enough for their efforts. If your looking to maximize your recovery and actually recondition yourself after surgery, I highly recommend Chris and the staff at Fairfield. If you want to just go through motions and achieve minimal results, go somewhere else. 3 joints and counting, see you next time

Fantastic experience: I have been receiving physical therapy at Oakland Medical Center for the past eight weeks for knee surgery recovery. My Therapist has been Chris Nguyen and he has been absolutely GREAT! Chris has helped me heal, and recover and I couldn't have done it without him and his professional care. I highly recommend this facility as all the therapist are outstanding but Chris, I will be forever indebted to you for helping me through my recovery.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about Oakbend PT in Cypress and my therapist Chris Nguyen. The one on one treatment format of Oakbend is very personalized and ensures each patient get the therapist full attention. Chris’ knowledge and understanding of my back-pain issue were impressive. He taught me what was going on with my back in terms I could understand and tailored a program just for my needs, as we had to work around knee and arm issues. He spent the time to make sure I used the correct form so I could do all of the exercise at home without hurting myself. If he saw my form was off, he would ask me not to do that exercise at home until I could perform it correctly during our session. His goal was to make me self-sufficient, which he did. I would highly recommend Oakbend and especially Chris If you are in need of a physical therapist.

She was excellent at determining the appropriate therapy for my situation and worked very hard to achieve the best results. She is very detail oriented in making sure that I performed the exercises correctly and easy to work with. All of the staff at this facility are really friendly and therapists devote themselves completely to you during your appointment. This was very important to me. The facility is very clean and well maintained. If you’re serious about getting excellent physical therapy, this is your place!

Fantastic experience: Laurence took the time to understand my situation and issues (from recent hip replacement surgery) and developed a personalized program for me, moving at my own pace, which led to encouraging progress, substantial pain reduction and increased confidence in my day to day living. Fantastic experience: Lawrence really cares about the overall health and recovery process for my daughter. He focuses on what's best for her both in the short-term (to return to her sport), as well as long-term so that he's not just prepping her to pass a test from the doctor on that one body part. The personalized attention and specific instruction/support has been great!
