Fantastic experience: Aaron has been the only one to help me with chronic trigger points in my neck back and chest I’ve been suffering with for 5 years. Fantastic experience: I hurt my back lifting weights, was in pain for 6 weeks, thought it was related to a herniated disc as my MRI showed a small protrusion. Thank God I met Aaron and his team-Enrique and Nick. After examining me, Aaron was 99% sure the pain was muscle related. He worked his magic-massage, mobility exercises and a session of dry needling. Fantastic experience: Started my Santiso Therapy journey at the end of November after a severe traffic accident. At the start I couldn't even stand from the wheelchair after months of non weight-bearing recovery. With every therapy my body was showing signs of improvement. Their expertise, the work ethic and the right mindset made it possible to walk on a walker. That progressed enough to the point where it made it possible to move to crutches. Recently had whats hopefully my last surgery to regain full range of motion of the knee. I'm still at Santiso and will continue to do so until we reach the end goal to this journey. Fantastic experience: I have been suffering with neck, trap, shoulder discomfort and pain for years. For some years, did deep-tissue massage, and that seemed to work. But now I realize the massage was just not really releasing the knots and trigger points in the muscles. My guess is my condition had been ongoing for too long and the muscle fibers were just not responding to the massage. Learned of Santiso and dry needling from a friend. I was in a lot of discomfort and pain so there was nothing to lose by trying it. I've been going now twice a week for maybe two months, and every time they find new problem areas. The improvement has not been instantaneous but I have kept going and over time there has been definite improvement. I have less discomfort, less pain, am able to do more at the gym, and rarely have to take any muscle relaxant or ibuprofen. The staff is warm, friendly, efficient, professional. They treat many different conditions. My personal case - starts off with a heating pad over should area, then a choice of massage gun first, then needling, or massage gun afterward. Finally a cold pack over the shoulder. But this isn't all they do; depends on your condition. I would pay more for this. Pain is a great motivator. :-)

Fantastic experience: Santiso PT deserves 5 stars and then some. The entire team is extremely kind and welcoming. You can tell the staff has amazing work chemistry and they spill that same energy over to their patients. Most of us are in PT for pain (and mines chronic) so we’re not always the best versions of ourselves upon arrival. But by the end of my appointment, I always feel so much better mentally and physically and I can tell others around me feel the same. The vibes are always high and it’s common to have the entire floor laughing while we’re getting treatment. Your calls will be answered and returned in a timely manner by Shannon (you’d think they had more front desk staff since she absolutely KILLS it). All of the PTA’s are so helpful and give such an effort to get you set up and loosened up (Dani, nikki, Peter). Both Heidi and Aaron are the 2 of the best PT’s I’ve ever had. This comes from someone who works in medicine and has been to PT several times in my life. I mainly work with Heidi and I can promise you that her kindness, intelligence, compassion (and of course needles) will change your life and help manage your pain.

From the initial greeting as you enter the reception area to the entire treatment process from start to finish I can’t be happier to have found this office. I suffered a bad deadlifting injury about 10 years ago and ever since that time my mobility and pain would prevent me for doing my day to day activities. I was referred to Dr. Aaron from a client of mine at work who had nothing but wonderful things to say about Santiso. I booked an appointment about three weeks ago to get “dry needle therapy” and literally within 2-3 days after the initial treatment my back, mobility and life were back to normal prior to my injury. After trying SO many different therapies to no avail, I have finally found something extremely effective and MOST importantly a doctor and staff who’s passion, excellence, and professionalism are second to none.

Fantastic experience: I have been a fitness instructor and mental health therapist for over 20 years. I have always been a believer of alternative therapies. I have tried everything from acupuncture to cryotherapy, and am well-versed in different forms of pain relief treatment. Last week, I was having excruciating neck pain that felt like a Charlie-Horse that just wouldn’t release. The pain was shooting down my arm, into my eyes, even to my chest. Fantastic experience: My daughter had a door fall on her head at school. After going to the ER and making sure she is fine, she still had a huge hematoma on her forehead with picture day coming… I was having my therapy when all this happened and Aaron jumped on it and told me to bring her the next day. He spent 15 min with her taking care of her hematoma making sure the wound can heal fast and properly. Next day her hematoma was pretty much gone and two days later she was ready for picture day. I had told my wife about Aaron and Santiso Physical Therapy, after meeting the whole team, she understand why I love this place. I had bunion surgery several years ago and have experienced pain, stiffness in the joint, a great deal of tightness in the arch and my big toe was not aligned with the other toes causing difficulty finding shoes that fit. After one session of dry needling my foot feels amazingly better. It is looser and the toe is better aligned. The procedure hurts but it is only momentary. Fantastic experience: Love Aaron and love Santiso PT. The best PT in south FL! Everyone here knows exactly what they are doing and know exactly what area needs therapy. Dry needling, compression boots and salt sauna all in one day! My foot feels 100% better after one needling session. I could not walk or put pressure on my foot without compensating with other foot or scrunching my toes. The pain was becoming unbearable. I was ready to go to ortho Monday. My only regret is not going before my vacation. Before seeing doc or surgery trying dry needling is a must. It’s not acupuncture!! I have had other PT and no comparison. Santiso PT is the only place that gets me moving again. Seriously this is why I can function with all my injuries. Spinal cord fusion, Lumbar fusion and many breaks all at different times‍♀️ Worth the visit!! A must if you have any pain. Fantastic experience: Aaron and his team are top notch. I went in for heel pain and tight hips (I’m a runner). Aaron did dry needling on my calf and hips (to help with trigger points and plantar fasciitis). It was an UNBELIEVABLE difference the next day! Heel was 100% better the next day and calf was only mildly sore. I was able to run and lift weights the next day. Zero limitations. I truly don’t believe I could stay as active as I am without Aaron and his crew! THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience: They’ve brought my legs back to life!! I have an auto immune disease in my hip joints and it caused a compressed nerve in my lower spine. It’s been almost 4 years since I’ve been able to really use my legs. For the first time I’m able to do leg workouts, walk and even run pain free thanks to Aaron and his team. Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this place. I went to 2 other physical therapists before Aaron, and there is definitely a difference between him and them. I had a neck and spine injury for about 3 months. Aaron is extremely knowledgeable. He diagnosed my issue right away and explained it to me as any doctor would explain to their patient, and he gave me sets of exercises that were specific to my injury. I immediately started to notice improvements. After about 4 weeks, my pain symptoms have are almost gone and my range of motion in my neck is completely restored(with just a little pain when I turn my head all the way to one side). The staff, and overall atmosphere, is great too. Very laid back, yet professional. I've never had to wait for treatment for more than just a few minutes. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I feel 1000x better every time I leave Santiso PT! I started coming here to treat pain caused by a herniated disk in my neck that causes tightness and pain all the way down the left side my body. Aaron doesn’t only work out the tightness that takes away the pain but he also teaches me exercises that strengthen the weak muscles to reduce and prevent pain. Outside of his expertise and professionalism I love Santiso PT because the team is so friendly. They all create a positive fun environment to come to!

Fantastic experience: RESULTS! That's what I got from Aaron and his team. For over 2 years, I've had worsening back, hip, and groin problems. Unfortunately for me, I've been to a lot of physical therapy in my life, but this place is head and shoulders above the rest. Here, I did exercises and had treatments I have not found anywhere else. Every single person that works there is professional, knowledgable, and friendly. At one point, not too far into therapy, I told Aaron I could almost go an entire work day before things started hurting me (which was a HUGE improvement) and I said, I was aiming for a full work day without pain.
