Fantastic experience: I can’t thank Cierra and her team enough! After spraining my ankle, I visited multiple orthopedists but received little help or guidance. I was devastated, as months went by with no improvement, and I kept reinjuring it. Then, I found Cierra for physical therapy, and she guided me through the most crucial phases of my recovery. Thanks to her expertise, my ankle is now fully healed!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Darrell Hardin is wonderful. He has amazing hands. I am a dancer. I had back knees pain for a month. He worked on my hip muscles released pain. This morning my neck was in pain I could not move my neck. He worked on my armpit muscles stopped pain right away. Magic hands. He is find, knowledgeable on what he is doing. I really appreciate what he has done for me.

After trying multiple different physical therapists in the Fort Lauderdale area for injury rehabilitation and dry needling, I can confidently say that it does not get better than the USA Sports Medicine team. Extremely professional, insightful and will go the extra mile to ensure you have all the knowledge and exercise plans needed to fully rehab an injury.

Fantastic experience: Cierra is the best PT, she recommended shockwave for me and it was life changing. The shockwave helped to break down my scar tissue and my shoulder feels so much better in one session! Nastasha and Ricky at the front are also so welcoming and helpful! 5 stars all around!

Fantastic experience: A wonderful experience through and through. I injured my shoulder from being a goofy young man. I was worried about PT since I’ve never gotten hurt before, but after coming to USA Sports Medicine of Fort Lauderdale I’ve never felt stronger. Cierra was my trainer and continuously provided amazing advice, excellent workouts, and an even better environment. Natasha was also amazing, provided extra coverage for Cierra, made sure all the equipment was ready, and always followed up to make sure scheduled appointments could be met. If you ever think you would benefit from physical therapy, this is the place to go.

Met with Darrell, and he was able to work with me to not only loosen up my muscles but also have the patience to educate me on different stretches and movements to avoid being injured again. My 14 year old son needed therapy on his knee and we've been going since December 2023. They were able to rehabilitate him and he's back to playing soccer. I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: I gave one star to the owner of this company for the bureaucracy. Two weeks ago, a chiropractor ordered a table for treatment. The chiropractor treats patients on a regular table. It is not safe for the doctor and patients. I had the treatment last week. After the treatment, my back hurt more. I can't walk normally because my back hurts!

Fantastic experience: Went to USA Sports Medicine this year for an issue in my lower back. Cierra, Omar and Dave were great! They were quickly able to identify a game plan to get me back to normal. I highly recommend anyone that needs a physical therapist to check them out!

Fantastic experience: I've had this brutal ankle injury that I've been dealing with since January of this year after tweaking it during football (soccer) practice. After the very first game of the UPSL season that I played last May, I knew i had to seek treatment when I could't even give 50%. Dr. Smith took the time to listen to my problem and promised to heal me when I was sure no one would due to the severeness of the injury. I was very negligent in getting an MRI, but Cierra still found a way to fix me and get me healed within just 3 months of PT and kept her promise. Everyday she would analyze my progress and made sure I avoided setbacks. Dr. Smith is forreal and is the truth! Love the environment there and everyone is very accommodating! Shoutout to everyone there Nick, Deshon, Omar and everyone i didn't mention! Wish to never have to come back but thanks for everything, im very grateful for yall!!

Fantastic experience: I've gone to USA Sports Medicine Ft Lauderdale for several months. The name of the physical therapist who helped me is Omar. Omar was friendly, laid back, super professional and exceptional at his craft. Omar customized the physical therapy sessions on an ongoing basis, based on his questions of me about my current level of pain, and has masterfully increased the level of intensity and added more difficult exercises, as I was building strength over time. I really felt like I was working on muscles I've never really focused on before and could see material changes in the level of strength I was building, with significant resulting improvement to my chronic lower back pain. While the entire team is superb and super friendly, I couldn't say enough about Omar who has really helped me not only improve materially, but also provided me with the knowledge of how to continue to build strength in critical muscle groups critical for my continued improvement. If you ever need physical therapy and are looking for a world-class, knowledgeable and friendly team, USA Sports Medicine Ft Lauderdale should be a strong first on your list.

I'm now starting PT, where the focus is to develop an exercise plan to lock in my gains. A very comfortable, clean facility with plenty of parking. Although it was a lot of hard work, this group made it a pleasure and a very positive experience. Hoping I don’t need their services in the future,, but if I do I would not hesitate to return to this office or recommend their services to friends and family.

Dr. Cierra Smith is a skilled and bright doctor of physical therapy who is at the top of her game. Dr. Cierra diagnosed my injury and created a dynamic treatment plan that helped me quickly get back to my regular activities. As much as no one wants to spend time healing and not being able to be active to their usual level, my experiences with Dr Cierra and the entire staff made it not just tolerable but enjoyable and fun to attend my twice weekly sessions for over five months. I have recommended USA Sports Medicine and Dr Cierra to several friends. Natasha the receptionist is friendly and always a joy to see and was always willing to work with my busy schedule to make sure I got my appointments. Fantastic experience: USA Sports Medicine is the 3rd rehab facility I’ve been to (3 knee surgeries). It’s so hard every time going through rehab after injuries and I wanted to quit before I started this round, but since I’ve started working with Dr. Cierra Smith it’s been great. She’s fun and motivating, which makes the whole process much more enjoyable and I actually feel stronger now than I did before my first knee injury. Not like I wanna go through rehab another time, but if I did I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I've been with this clinic for 2 months now and I have to say everyone is amazing. From the amazing receptionist Darline, and Kareen to my wonderful physical Therapist Alex and D ( don't judge, I couldn't spell his name right) and even the patients are friendly. It almost feels like I'm going to my personal trainers, because the clinic has an inviting warm and friendly vibe to it. I'm glad I was referred to them because they are now like family to me!

Fantastic experience: With 2 herniated and 2 bulging discs I was in tremendous pain. Went to another physical therapy place and they were not good at all. I was referred to Peak from a doctor friend. Darlene and Demond are the absolute best!!! Demond knew what to do each day and week of my recovery!!! I cannot recommend them enough!!! They helped give me my life back!!!

Negative experience: Made an appointment for 8 am was told To arrive 15 minutes ahead. Got here and waited until 8:10 was told that my appointment was never scheduled at 8, but at 9. I specifically made the appointment at 8 to not conflict with my work Schedule. Office is a complete mess at this Location. Wouldn’t ever come back.
