Fantastic experience: Dr. Hesham was highly recommended to me by Alexa B. and I am so grateful I came in to see him. I was experiencing intense pain in my lower back, hip and thigh. I did not have an event or injury, but I was unable to bend or stretch without having extreme pain which prevented me from working or being able to walk and perform basic functions for a couple of days. As soon as I had my first session with Dr. Hesham and Felix, I started to feel relief. I slowly but surely gained mobility throughout our sessions. Some of the techniques used were Dry Needling and Shockwave therapy which were first times for me but Dr. Hesham & Felix's gentle and thorough care gained my comfort and trust. Fantastic experience: I came to Hesham with lower back pain at the beginning of August. I have completed 12 sessions with him and his assistant Felix. Not only have they relieved me of that pain through specific exercises, dry needling, and message, but they shown me ways to strengthen my core. They are very professional and always looking to make one physically better all the way around.

Before I leave each sessions he always makes sure I feel better than when I came in (and I always do). He has so many available options for healing the body - it’s not a one or two skill type business. Dry needling, cupping, Mayofascial release, trigger point therapy, massage, PT - you name it! He also is super smart and informative so can help talk thru ideas, methods, products etc.

Fantastic experience: I had a sports injury. A tear in my rotator cuff and tear in my labrum. My shoulder was causing me so much pain it was difficult to sleep and do many normal daily tasks. Hesham was amazing!! After weekly PT sessions including dry needling and an ultrasound and doing recommended at home exercises I can honestly say I am almost back to 100%. Hesham is very knowledgeable and I highly recommend him!! So very thankful I did not go with surgery!!!!

Fantastic experience: "Dr. H" is truly a restorative therapist. I came because he is one of the few PTs who understands electric-wave therapy. I leave as both a friend and an advocate for his work. I had frozen shoulder for over a year and he helped "cure" that in one session! I say "cure" because we discovered frozen shoulder was a symptom of a bigger problem - it was actually holding a pinched nerve in place! Each session, we would work toward fixing the root problem causing the pinched nerve. And - surprise! - the root problem stems from years of built-up bad habits (carrying a heavy attache, poor posture, etc). Today, I am on a path toward truly better health. No surgery. No pills. Truly restorative healing. I only wish I discovered him a year ago.

I actually left a different physical therapist because they were nothing but a cash machine with Theracave if you get one on one attention the entire time. He gave me an ultrasound and amazing therapeutic massage and dry needles with electric stimulation amongst take home exercises. You can see why he has five stars from everybody. If you are in need and I went to him because of personal injury protection and a car accident, he is your man!

Fantastic experience: Dr. H is awesome. I'm pretty athletic and active, and I deal with aches and pains regularly. That's to say, I don't go see anyone just because I'm in a moderate amount of pain. I've been here twice now for about 3 or 4 sessions each time. Once was for severe neck/back spasms that had me nearly immobile and the second for a strained hamstring that got too bad to run with. Both times he used a combination of dry needling, electro stim, massage, and other methods to work out the problems. Additionally, he sends home PT exercises to help ameliorate the issues. This guy truly cares about getting you back to working order. Too many times I've seen a chiropractor or other "therapist" that just seems to keep you coming back. Here, I feel like he doesn't want me coming back. The source of the issue (muscular, nervous, skeletal) is identified, and you work to fix it directly. Very happy with the care here. Highly recommend.

After I described my accident and complained about pain, he suggested to see if I could also have a concussion or other issues. Very thorough examination and treatment. He also e- mailed me home exercises in an easy to follow format. Personal custom treatment, not like some other Physical Therapy places crowded by numerous patients at once.

Fantastic experience: Hesham is the best! I'm an avid tennis player, had shoulder surgery years ago. Re-injured with a few partial tears. The pain was so bad that I could not lift a glass of wine. The surgeon suggested trying PT first - Hesham was recommended by several tennis friends. After a few sessions with dry needling, cupping, myofascial release, stretching ..., I started to feel better. Weeks later I'm on the court again and playing great. His personal approach and technique really made a difference in my recovery.

Fantastic experience: Can't say enough good things about the physical therapist, Hesham. He's very knowledgeable, professional and will research and do whatever it takes to figure the best treatment for an individual. After tearing my rotator cuff and dealing with a bad shoulder impingement, I suffered for about a year with horrible shoulder pains. I had a hard time carrying my newborn baby and was losing hope on a cure other than surgery. Hesham spent an hour with me each session, and I think the individualized treatment makes a big difference. The dry needling was a game changer, which helped my back along with my shoulder; I'd recommend it for just about everyone. I'm back to normal with exercising, volleyball, etc., and I'm very thankful to his dedication to me.

Fantastic experience: Arrived to Hesham with severe lower back pain with sciatica that I was dealing with for about two months following sports injury. I was disabled and could not do my everyday routine tasks at home, needless to mention not able to do any sports activity. With Hesham’s positive attitude and experience, many sessions of massages, dry needling and guided exercises in the gym and his office I managed to get back to stand up paddle boarding, snowboarding, and running with minimal to no symptoms. I came to him after being advised to try dry needling for tennis elbow. I could barely even lift my water bottle because of how much pain I was in. After a few weeks of dry needling sessions, Cupping therapy, and sending me exercise programs to help, I am completely back to normal. We also did some shockwave therapy to help with blood flow. He also helped with spinal alignment and joint adjustments to relieve my back pain and neck pain to boot.
