Fantastic experience: I have had the pleasure to work with Dr. Wilson as well as receive physical therapy from her and I highly recommend her. She assesses the body as a whole and is able to rehab people from hamstring strains, low back pain, strokes, and other orthopedic conditions. She also is different from most physical therapists as she works at Nova Southeastern University and teaches students about our profession. Her knowledge is constantly evolving as she remains up to date with the research in our field. Not only is she a great therapist, she also is an incredible human being. I highly recommend her services!

Fantastic experience: I have been using their services for over a year and a half now and Millie had helped me tremendously! I go twice a week and it is better than any medication i can take for my injuries!

Fantastic experience: A+ for excellence!! Doesn't get any better than that. Having been seen by both therapist, I can honestly say they BOTH are the REAL DEAL!! What a dynamic team they make. When you come, you work with the therapist one on one. All attention is on YOU, that way your treatment is targeted for your individual needs. I felt a major difference after my very first visit. My range of motion (shoulder) improved and doing the recommended home exercises really strengthened the weak areas. Finally, the massage...let's just say their hands are gifted! What more could you ask for. Thanks ladies for all you do!

Fantastic experience: I recently had reverse shoulder replacement surgery after 3 failed surgeries since Jan this year. I missed having the proper therapy after this surgery which is critical per protocol to properly move the shoulder. I was frustrated trying to find a place that took my ins losing 2 more weeks of critical time. When a friend highly recommended A+ Rehabilitation and fitness. Millie was my therapist. She come to my home to do the evaluation and access my shoulder. Millie noticed that I was struggling walking with my cane my gate was horrible with my right leg weak. So she didn't waste any time scheduling me for 3x a week for therapy. Millie was so kind and compassionate every session I had. She has alot of knowledge and excellent idea's in setting a program that best helped my progress in both my issues. Millie always made sure to explain why and what she was doing and how it would benefit my progress. With the little time Millie has worked with me my family and friend's as well as myself could see a huge difference in the progress I'd made with her help. She always made sure if I had any questions or concerns she's only a phone call away. Millie always come with a smile on her face and ready to hear how I was doing. Millie took time and worked out a program that would help me progress in both areas she was working on. She's very professional but, at the same time made sure to listen and laugh with me She just made you feel comfortable and at ease. I'd have to say Millie was one of the best therapists I've had that got accomplished what was needed in the little amount of time that she had. I'd give Millie 10+ but, this wasn't an option. I give her 100% 5 stars. I highly recommend Millie if your looking for a good loyal and get the job done therapist. Millie your the best!! Thank you for all your help!! Sue M.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wilson is handling my 11-year old son who suffers from having an arch and Achilles injury. She is very tentative and makes him feel very comfortable with all the exercises she gives. Very detailed information as well as making sure we understand the importance of how to treat the injury. Fantastic experience: Words cannot express the energy, the ambience and most importantly the love express by Dr Ashley Wilson for me as her patient. I tore/pulled what I thought was a hamstring which I did!! It wasn’t till I got to A+ Rehab that Dr Ashley actually pointed out I had also pulled my right “Butt” muscle in my gluteus. With her background In Physical Therapy and proper preparation she guided me back to walking without crutches in a matter of 3 treatments “with in a week” I was shocked. Dr Ashely is one in a million and would recommend the world to her!!! Even if your not hurt, she has hands that actually heals!!! You will feel blessed to have her touch you. Fantastic experience: I can honestly say 100%, that this was the best massage I’ve had in my life!! It’s honestly more than a simple massage! The therapist analyze your muscles so you don’t eventually have to explain where the tension is located. Then to top it off, they are licensed PT’s so if an adjustment is necessary, they’re able to take care of that for you as well!! I treated my mother who was chronic back issues to a massage here, and she said it helped a lot with the pain! Plus the therapist educated her on how to lessen the pain futuristically. Awesome staff!! I’m looking forward to my next massage, and even joining them for fitness training soon!!

Fantastic experience: I first met Dr. Wilson in February 2019 as part of an amazing physical therapy team that helped me recover from injuries sustained after a car accident. Once I could begin working out again, I was nervous to start because I didn't want to hurt myself or aggravate my injuries. As a client of Dr. Wilson, she was able to design a work out program specifically tailored to my needs and goals. She took the time to hear my concerns, coach me through work outs, give me a plethora of modifications, and explain things so clearly and thoroughly. I would highly recommend Dr. Wilson because she is a caring, thorough, and inspiring professional.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Ashley because I noticed my left knee was performing very poor and weaker than my right After a thorough physical, she diagnosed me with degradation of the cartilage in my left knee. Dr. Ashley was honest enough to tell me that I didnt need therapy but a little one on one training (which is cheaper in price) would help my knee. During my one on trainings she has focused on building and strengthening the muscles around my knee. She has also given me lifestyle tips and advised me on habits that I should discontinue. When she realized my knee was strong enough to perform higher intensity workouts we then progressed towards training my body, incorporating full body exercises. Its almost 2 months and she has been consistently attentive to my knee as well as my low blood pressure issue (which caused me to get light headed very often) . To have a trainer who is equipped and cares enough to be so attentive is what kept me coming back. My left knee is much stronger now and I'm on my way to a happier, healthier, stronger, sexier me. Its awesome to look good but to know that I'm actually building my body without hurting my body in the long run lets me know that I've found the perfect trainer. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Ashley.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ash is amazing! My initial experience was her providing treatment for my 18 year old son on his Birthday. She did a deep tissue massage and cup treatment. It was his first time and he raved about it for days!! So I decided I needed to schedule an appointment for myself. So happy I did! I was COMPLETELY satisfied! She hit my troubled areas (upper back) and provided advice on how to treat my allying feet (I had self diagnosed ). The treatment worked! Pain subsided and I was able to work out pain free!! I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ash and the A+ Rehab and Fitness Center! She’s very professional and prompt! You will not be disappointed!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wilson and Dr. Obregon are both physical therapists dedicated to the better health of their patients. They have shown me a level of care and compassion which I have found enormously supportive and inspiring. In fact I have come to rely upon it. I have been living with chronic pain from a failed back surgery for five years. They have shown me that positive changes WILL follow - with the right attitude and a considerable amount of hard work! Though, perhaps most importantly, they have given me something that is in excessively short supply these days...Hope.

I appreciated your patience and the way you educate as you go. A+ Rehabilitation is my go to for Massages, Cupping and now Needling.
