Fantastic experience: I Don’t even know where to start I never thought I would be in treatment or at Evolutions Staff welcomed me with open arms from Detox to IOP staff is Amazing. My experience was phenomenal Tony and Peter are such Amazing therapists Staff go over and beyond to make sure your ok. I’ve learned so much being a client I was always looking in now I’m looking from the other side. I am so grateful and thankful for all the staff..I met so much amazing people.. Evolutions help me become a better version of myself and I am truly grateful and blessed for all the help..

Negative experience: Florida shuffle, YES, 100%!!!! This is the worst place possible you could ever send your loved one to. I know because they watched my son die, getting high right in front of them. When he first arrived there, I was told by his "therapist," Leon, who was actually only an intern in social work, NOT counseling, that I would be allowed to have contact with my son while he was there. That was just one of many lies I was told. They also put a claim into insurance just days after my sweet boy passed for over 300,000 dollars, after they already got their 3000-4000 dollars per day for his short 42-day stay, and then didn't even have the decency to call me and inform me that my sweet boy had passed; I had to hear that from a police officer. The hottest place in hell is reserved for you!!! Please, please do not send your loved one here if you care about their well-being. My son never received the treatment he asked for and lost his life because of it!

Fantastic experience: Evolutions was a great experience that has guided me in my new found recovery. Thank you Martha for everything. The therapy I received was amazing, eye opening, and interactive. All of the staff are caring, and comitted to your recovery journey.

Fantastic experience: I've been to evolutions. Interesting place. 28 days in detox. 30 php and 45 in iop. The food in detox is ok, healthy. Clean all around. The people are of all sorts. Therapy is informative, along to think about. Character building for the mind body and soul. Staff cares. Policies aren't hard to follow. Went for mental, even though it's for drug users mental and alcoholics. All in all a pretty good experience. Be prepared to be locked in for a lengthy time.

Negative experience: Some staff was great but this place sucks money from you for rent. ALL this needs to be covered by insurance . It's not and this needs to change. Do NOT send your loved one here. Edit: I left my journal in my apartment on the morning I was Baker Acted. Never got it back. Had lots of private things in there and staff told me they didn't see it as they were putting my things in storage. I'm still angry about that. They also housed me with a drug addict that relapsed in the apartment bathroom. (I was there for mental health only.)

Negative experience: They commit fraud and try to cover it up because all they care about is money. Completely scammed my insurance. They were running my insurance through saying I was still in PHP, even though I had been in IOP for two weeks at that point. Also, when I was in IOP, they tried to scam me on rent, saying I never paid, when I in fact did. This was a normal thing for them, by the way. The very first thing I was told by the other residents was, "keep track of your payments and receipts, they will lie just to get more money out of you". Unfortunately, that was very true. Ambetter insurance already pressed a lawsuit against them, which is the insurance that most of their clientele uses, so it's surprising they're still in business. On another note, I got a beach towel embroidered with my name on it as a graduation gift. That was something that was really important to me, and what do they do? TOOK IT FROM ME WITHOUT ASKING it from me, gave it to another resident so she could use it as a blanket in the hospital. Never saw it again, and they refused to reimburse me when THE STAFF quite literally stole it from me and laughed about it. Crazy how the same people that sit in meetings talk about how they're all about God now, are also scamming and stealing from their own residents. Lol classic. Mind you all this happened in 2021, but I highly doubt they've changed. And this is something people need to be aware of before they come here.

Positive experience: So far everything has been good. The staff is friendly and helpful at the center and housing. Not what I expected when I pulled up, but compared to where I would be it's nice.

Negative experience: Do not trust these reviews staff bribes patients to allow them to leave good reviews….. this place is horrible and after the fire at php they have been discharging people for no reason….. they claim to help with mental health but the groups are horrible and do not help…… they hire people fresh in recovery that still have addict behaviors and continue to act as an addict…. They are money hungry monsters and drive people back into addiction and it is sad that they are allowed to operate….. they fire staff that advocates for the patients while keeping people that steal from the business….. they don’t have safety plans in place and even staff stated that after the fire they did not have a plan and it does not happen very often….. there are so many grievances that I have but here is a few to let you know the truth about this place

Negative experience: This was definitely the worst experience I've ever had in rehab they stole my iPhone it's all about your insurance money the food is absolutely terrible got to wait in line constantly do yourself a favor do not go there

A huge shoutout to MOE she has been so welcoming and helped me get situated and feel at peace. She goes way out of her way to make sure that the clients are taken care of. Her unconditional love and words of encouragement along with her unconditional support is amazing I can always go to her if I need anything❤️

Fantastic experience: I have to say the treatment here was outstanding and I’ll do things too help of one of my peers and Alumni coordinator must stay here has been outstanding. My case manager Raquel was excellent. She was very helpful in finding housing for me after discharge.

Fantastic experience: I went to detox, residential and PHP and am currently in IOP. The techs have been very helpful. Jeremy has been especially supportive and caring. I decided to come to treatment because I was hopeless with my depression and alcoholism. At evolutions, I have received comfort medications to assist me through detox with medications addressing my mental health. I have received wonderful one on one as well as group therapy from Tony and he has made me feel important while considering and addressing my thoughts and feelings.

Fantastic experience: This place has changed my life, and I've learned a lot from the therapists here and the staff. Everyone at clinical are very caring. I've learned how to deal with stress through coping skills, and I'm seeing that I can live a life without drugs...I would highly recommend this place to anyone struggling with addiction.

Fantastic experience: a special thanks to my therapist Brianna and the staff at miami as well as php in Lauderdale evolutions has changed me in so many ways inn a short time this far and I'm only half way thru... Fantastic experience: I entered evolutions treatment center on 01/14/2024 without knowing what to expect. It was my first time in treatment after struggling with addiction for many years. I reached a point in my life where I could no longer manage my life and those around me began to notice. I was lucky to have met a man in AA who took the time to find a treatment center such as evolutions to begin my detox and recovery journey. In residential I learned about my mental health conditions and was given appropriate therapy and medications to assist with my depression and anxiety. I began to feel like I was no longer alone with my struggle/addiction, I met so many amazing people who brought me so much happiness and knowledge. Once in PHP the hard work began, it was not easy, but necessary to participate in the daily group sessions to accomplish true sobriety and recovery. At times, I almost gave up, but the staff and clients kept me motivated to continue. At IOP level the staff helped me find work in an office with other recovering addicts and I started feeling like a productive member of society again. Now that I have graduated from the program I am so grateful for the experience and tools that I have acquired to continue to live a healthy sober life. I continue to go to meetings and bring the big book with me everywhere I go. Thank you Evolutions, the staff, my therapist's Brad & Margarida, and of course my peers for the wonderful recovery we shared!

Fantastic experience: I'm very grateful for Evolutions treatment center. I really needed help, and was in a very hopeless situation when I checked in. This place gave me a place to start my recovery journey. The staff all the way from the therapists, the techs, to the cooks we're respectful and worked hard. Dr Buzz who you will get to know if you go to Evolutions is amazing and helped me e immensely in understanding my mental health and how to deal with addiction as well. The program gets better as you go through it. Eventually you get to IOP which is located right on the beach in Lauderdale by the Sea. Evolutions takes lots of insurances, and can help you get your life back on track. Always

From the moment I arrived, I felt supported and cared for by the dedicated staff. The center's serene and welcoming environment provided a perfect setting for healing. The therapy sessions were really good, and the therapists helped me a lot. The groups sessions offered valuable opportunities for connection and mutual support. The accommodations were comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. The meals were nutritious and delicious, contributing to my overall well-being during my stay. Evolutions Treatment Center truly exceeded my expectations in every way. Thanks to their exceptional care, staff and support, I feel equipped to continue my journey toward recovery. Negative experience: Yeah sure this place cares if you use. But I’m in iop and moved from one roach infested room to another room and first night here have 17 bed bug bites. I remember clients complaining about this a month ago. And management has done nothing. If you like living with bugs in sobriety (crazy people and insects) sure come to evolutions. Negative experience: Evolutions was the absolute worst treatment center I've been to. The staff are the most disgusting and disrespectful people I've ever met. The way they treat their clients is absurd. The housing is not up to standards. They discipline their clients in a manner that is not acceptable. Knowing the fact I came here to get better , I left with extra baggage from them. I would highly you continue your search with getting help for your loved one. Stay away from this facility at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Trent,Masha,Ro,Rudy Ms.Varlerie and Candy are cool staff here. They take care of you and want the best for you durning your treatment process and want to strive and good and positive progress and pay attention to your needs.

Negative experience: They were good a year ago but after a change in management the new residential directors use their position of power to cover their friends that work there whom steal from the clients and get their enjoyment by kicking people out and making it difficult for them to collect their belongings and medications. The focus should be on a contuium of care which it is said to be, and I can tell you from personal experience that it is not. I had expensive bedding taken, kitchenware, and my own showerhead which I put on ( so they got me on all corners ) and they tried keeping my medication but I got the police involved so they begrudgingly gave those back. I'd just say if you are going to go here make sure and watch your belongings.

Negative experience: This place is a total DUMP. Completely disorganized, poorly run, and only cares about ripping off your insurance! My tub is clogged and fills up with swamp water when I shower, air conditioner is broken, and I am currently in the EMERGENCY ROOM because I have been sick all day and the staff absolutely refused to let me rest in my room! Even AFTER the paramedics confirmed that I had a fever of 103!! So my only option so they would stop coming in my room and yelling at me was to go to the ER. Since I’ve been at Evolutions, I’ve seen bed bugs, had a roach crawl on my foot, and every day someone steals from me and they allow it. They applied so late for my food stamps that I JUST got approved yesterday and I leave in 4 days so it’s pointless anyway. My therapist at residential (Tony) was dedicated and made time for me but my current therapist doesn’t have the time to speak to me so I get no one-on-one therapy. I’m considering just going home when I leave the hospital if they won’t let me rest because I’m really ill and the doctor says I need to sleep it off. This is a joke. The lack of professionalism and respect for the clients is just on another level. I do not recommend this facility.

Fantastic experience: After detox/ Residential I went to PHP. Recovery is what you make of it in Treatment either you want it or you don't and i really want it. Treatment and recovery isn't always sunshine and rainbows,but staff can really change a bad day into better day. Joesph and Trent are awesome. Nora, Jacquline, Antwan,Mo,and Roy always treated me like a person and not just a addict. I love you Theresa, she's the best. Thank you all

Negative experience: This place is drugging people to stay in business. I came here 4 years ago and left with trauma. I watched multiple people die. I felt sick the months I was there. Finally I booked a plane ticket and left AMA. When I got home I went to a doctor for my nausea I had been experiencing and I tested positive for fentanyl. How would this be possible if I was in a treatment center for 3 months clean? They are drugging people thru their medicine. They wouldn’t let me take my medicine with me when I left now I know why. Do not send your loved ones here.

Negative experience: So detox/residential is absolutely nasty!! The place is ran down no TV remotes, no hot water In showers, serious mental health clients, kitchen is dirty...the PHP is a slight step down from living in a tent..It is NASTY!!! Roaches, stopped up sinks, no AC, refrigerator is nasty, bathroom has like nasty mold...pictures online are nothing like they look like in person, some of them are not even of facilities..Place has been let to go-to hell...uggh and ewww..DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE

Fantastic experience: Before My mom came through evolutions, we were hopeless. I didn't think anything was gonna help get my mom back. She had been in and out of rehab and jail. She was in bad shape. I am so grateful to evolutions because She's been sober now for almost three years now. We just had the best time. Together again as a family. Thank you so much to the entire team at evolutions.

Fantastic experience: Here at PHP it is a well maintained community Joseph is on point. He keeps everything in order and is always there when you need him. When I asked him for help with the freezer he jumped right on it. Also giving us and helping us hook up our tv. Is a great person for the job.

Fantastic experience: This is the only treatment that has actually helped me. The housing is nice and the techs are super helpful. My therapist Arthur’s is wide beyond words. I am grateful for the care I received here. They actually care about their clients.

Negative experience: PLEASE IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE YOU LOVE IN NEED OF REAL HELP. DO NOT SEND THEM HERE. ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE THE FACILITY IS MISSING THE MOST SIMPLEST OF THINGS AND IS NOT WILLING TO IMPROVE. This place is complete garbage. Do not recommend at all. I just left to go somewhere else. The staff believes the patients work for them. Starting at the top with the director Aleth. An actual power tripping monkey. Rude but true. She/he doesn’t listen to any advice anyone has to offer to improve the facility and is consistently rude and snide to all patients. The case manager Catherine is overloaded with work and I’m sure is a ok person outside those walls but is rude and has some belief she is greater than the patients. Two of they’re top 4 therapists just quit. Now to the staff as u move up in the program they get progressively worse. At detox they are accommodating and willing. By the time you get to PHP your dealing with inept, irrational and incompetent staff members, who seem they were hired right off the street or hired one year after recovery from this place. There is absolutely no control and is super disorganized not one patient was satisfied with the staff besides two(John and Nina). 4 out of the full week they are understaffed and take it out on the patients. The woman in charge of the Php clinic is a delusional and simpleminded individual and a joke for housing manager. She picks favorites and completely unprofessional in the way she acts towards certain patients.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this . The theaprests and staff are amazing. I absolutely love the weekends when we have a karaoke experience. Watching all the clients laugh and have fun it's the best.

Negative experience: This place is the worst ever, do not bring the one you care about here, these 5 star ratings are not all true. My son was here, when he first arrived the next day I couldn't get any answers they said he was admitted to a hospital but didn't know where I called every hospital no one had him, then I called them back and someone told me he left. We lived in Tennessee and he wouldn't know the first place to go there. Come to find out that wasn't true but imagine trusting your love one there but they don't know where he is. He is worse than ever hearing all the stories of others just made him afraid. Photos are not real

Fantastic experience: My experience at evolution treatment Center has been so positive and instrumental in saving my life and saving my brothers life. I would especially like to thank my therapists Mr William and Mr Arthur. I would also like to thank the day techs Beno,Katie, Tanisha,elijah, Philip, Robert and Mackenzie and patient advocate David for assisting me in reshaping my life I truly don't know where I would be without this program.

Negative experience: The horrible people that the OWNERS are do not treat us staff well at all. We just had the best person for the new director and even he as all therapists and staff are fed up with this place. Most currently looking elsewhere for employment. And when it comes to these poor clients coming here. Starting at detox and residential. They feed them three meals a day, mediocre at best. If they want snacks, which are free 24/7 at other places, they charge them 3-4 bucks at a vending machine as well as 10 dollars for a pack of cigarettes which are given freely at other well established treatment centers. They are getting 2000-3500 per day per client and now have the audacity to make them pay 100 cash per week at php and if do not have it, force them to call family and friends in a pressure tactic right before you go over. Then they make them buy their own food. At this very time, there are clients without food and drinks. Some of them do not even have forks, spoons, cups and plates. They extended the hours per day at php and still go all 7 days with Sunday being only shortened day for the money hungry ownership here. Some staff have brought clients ramen noodles and peanut butter just to survive. It's unbelievable what this place is putting these clients through. We discharge people without notice and sometimes at late times of the night, also without notice. I've heard of many putting together a class action. I do not know one staff member happy. In which they have fired many long term and replaced with kids as staff. All underpaid and over tasked. Steer clear of this place

Negative experience: florida shuffle rehab malpractice at its finest. the owners are gedale and elisea fenster. they got rich of preying on addicts in need . don’t take your loved one here. multiple deaths , terrible treatment and credit card fraud are just a few

Positive experience: PHP here is definitely a good experience as far as PHPs go. You get your phone, there is a pool, go shopping and cook your own food, and a solid gym at the residence! Groups are similar to residential. Primary group among others throughout the day. The facilitators were all pretty good. Remember treatment is frustrating everywhere. This place is structured and will help you get back on your feet IF you surrender to the process. Troy is a group facilitator and supports the community in other ways. He's just over a year sober and he began his journey at Evolutions! He's always around and available for support when you need it.

Fantastic experience: I’m at php. Joseph is amazing. He’s always there to help the clients with anything that we need. He goes out of his way for us, and shows us respect. He super caring empathetic. And does his job extremely well.

Fantastic experience: Evolutions is the greatest treatment center in the entire South Florida with an amazing PhP/IOP program where there's not any other I'd rather go to . The best of the best family-oriented, attentive, and caring staff ! Professional and down to earth therapists ! Rock star, awesome lead BHTs ! Most of all the biggest shout out to my favorite Alumni Coordinator TRENT for checking on me outside of treatment , keeping me close , and also doing whatever it took to bring me back ! To a place I'd call "a home away from home" and the best step to a new beginning ! I love EVOLUTIONS !!

Fantastic experience: As we are parents of a CLIENT, and this is her second go around at A REHAB, we were a little hesitant. I have to tell you she is wrapping up her last month at Evolutions and we are very OPIMISTIC that this time it will be the best one. We just did "family day" which is a monthly four hour gathering of first the families and then the clients join in. I have to give kudos to both Leon, the leader, and most importantly to Trent the alumni speaker. Trent's journey was truly amazing, and encouraging to both us parents and the clients most importantly. We were grateful to Evolutions for giving us parents this opportunity to both explain how it all works and for us to see other families and hear their stories.

Fantastic experience: The staff is phenomenal. My therapist and Case Manager go above and beyond the call of duty. With the help of evolutions I was able to find myself again. Claire is a lifesaver. I’ve never had a therapist that I connected with but I feel as though Claire has lived my life.

Positive experience: The staff is wonderful. I like the groups. Nesha my therapist is very nice. The level of care I'm getting here is helping me prepare to go back into society as a productive member. I'm grateful for their help.

Fantastic experience: Evolutions is one of the best treatment centers I have worked with. They have every level of care you could ask for. The therapists are great. And Troy is fantastic. Always willing to help and he has a sea of knowledge.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I went to see a person we have always considered our son at Evolutions in Ft. Lauderdale for family day Sunday 6/25/2023. It was our first time there and I was nervous b/c I hadn't seen our loved one in 5 years b/c he's 4 hours away, and I wasn't sure what to expect from the treatment center. I unfortunately admitted myself into a treatment center several years back due to my mental illness and it was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! This is why I was worried about my loved one at Evolutions. WOW! I cannot say enough about Evolutions. Once I went there and was able to be at a meeting, meet the staff, and other families and their loved ones, It gave me a sense of peace I did not see coming! The staff we met, Leon and Trent were such compassionate, kind, caring, inspirational people and I knew my loved one was in good hands. After hearing from the other clients and their families, it confirmed what I already knew. My loved one was finally going to get the help he needed b/c it was very obvious the people at Evolutions truly really care about the people they are helping. Every person that spoke during the meeting whether they were clients or their loved ones, spoke so highly and were so appreciative of all the staff, the programs and just the love they had been experiencing being at Evolutions from the staff and each other. My husband and I left with such a feeling of happiness and hope it was overwhelming. Thank you so much Trent, Leon, Elena, Aleth and everyone else who is helping my loved one b/c for the first time in YEARS, he actually sees there's hope for him and that he will finally complete his program. He heard Trent's story for the first time at the family meeting and was so inspired by Trent's tough journey to get to where he is today, he wants to take classes to help people too after he completes his program! I have worried too many nights as to where my loved one was sleeping, if he was eating, if he was safe and Evolutions gave me the peace of mind I needed to help me not worry so much about him and give me peace at night knowing he is being loved, he's eating, he's safe and in wonderful hands! Fantastic experience: Evolutions has made me identify myself and help me grow in an instant manner. My case manager Raquel is absolutely fantastic! She has countless amounts of clients but she has still managed to help me in whatever I needed, I appreciate her to the fullest as well as the program itself.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my treatment here at evolutions. There was a lotta great discussions and groups lead by the techs, therapists, and peers. I personally enjoyed the therapists I was assigned to. They are amazing at giving insight towards your recovery process.

Fantastic experience: This review is to let EVERYONE know what a great place this is. I'm currently in PHP & this community and rehab is everything. I would stay away from Banyan in Lake Worth. Troy is specifically spectacular. His values and morals along with his story has fortified my recovery. Zach is patient & understanding and well the whole staff rocks. I'm glad my son found this place through an owner of another facility. The transition from Banyan was incredible. Day 27, we DO recover! Cookie

Fantastic experience: Being a part of Evolutions Treatment Center has been a great experience. They have truly helped me with my mental health. Carlton, Troy, Chad, Christina and my therapist Peter have been great to me and super helpful working to help me accomplish my goal in doing better with my life. Fantastic experience: Well so evolutions is awesome. I was going through a rough time in life and when I got here I started learning so much and different ways to stay sober. Fantastic experience: When I arrived at the facility, I did not know what to expect. My previous arrivals at other facilities were not smooth and welcoming. I came from a rough and difficult in-patient facility, and I must the say the staff at Evolution had my back. They were very welcoming and helped me transition while I was in a tough mental state. Shoutout to Troy and the therapist Peter!

Fantastic experience: My experience? here not too bad so far. The staff here's patient the group meetings are helpful. Medical and mental team is far and very helpful. Shouts Claire, and all the therapist. Trent's here cool. Tony and Jack is like a one two punch. I'm on my journey and I wouldn't pick a better place to be at the moment

Fantastic experience: Evolutions treatment center is a wonderful place to detox. I love that they have an organized schedule exactly when we eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, (we even have snack times between meals!) you will never be hungry. The rooms are spacious and they have queen size beds that are very comfortable. The only AC is wonderful in the rooms, the doctors make sure you are medicated appropriately so you don’t have any pain with withdrawal symptoms. The outside courtyard is beautiful and filled with nature, and the staff is very helpful and kind. Cande did a great job at helping me through my intake even though I was reluctant at first upon arrival. Cigarettes and vapes are available at all times through a vending machine they have here. If you need somewhere to detox, I highly recommend coming here .
